A Step Up Window Cleaning

Justin Allen just finished our travertine deck and our Redwood front porch and steps. Justin did a fantastic job and I didn’t have to do anything. A STEP UP will definitely be back when I need them cleaned. I highly recommend Justin and A STEP UP!!

On time, Brady was extremely personable, and love the fact ASTEP UP uses a water filtration system on the exterior leaving no spots or water scale and the glass air dries clean and clear. No squeegees were necessary.

Brady did a great job bagging the debris in the gutters and flushing them out. I had tons of silver maple helicopters stuck in the gutters and cottonwood seeds all over the windows and screens. All look great.

Before the day of the cleaning we received a couple updates indicating exactly what we needed to do to make the procedure go smoothly.

On the day of the procedure Nick, the technician, was also very professional and courteous. He spent several hours meticulously cleaning the all the windows and screens, cleaning our deck and the patio below the deck and lastly cleaning the exterior of our home.

I had a disappointing experience with this company due to poor customer service and communication. After I canceled the service, an employee still came to survey my home. He spoke to me in a sarcastic and passive-aggressive manner, saying I should have sent him a simple text because he drove from Lakeville to Maple Grove.

The issue is that I had already received multiple texts from different company numbers and believed I had clearly communicated my decision not to move forward. I found his attitude unprofessional and unnecessarily confrontational, which honestly ruined my day.

It's unreasonable to expect the customer to manage internal miscommunications within the company. Based on this experience, I would not recommend their services.

Justin did an AMAZING job!! I didn't know my siding could even look that good and the windows are spotless! Very, very happy with the results. I will definitely use A Step Up again in the future. Thank you Justin!

Two window screens were left on the floors of a couple of rooms. Even after I pointed out a large smudge on my picture window, he said he just couldn't do it? Very dissatisfied with the service. Update: they returned to fix their errors. All is good with them!

Overall the house looks much cleaner, and the technicians were polite and professional. I was disappointed to still see mold on some of the soffits and at least one of the windows was not cleaned very well...or maybe missed. There was also a mess left on our deck after cleaning out the gutters.
