Started having interior water damage on the ceiling. Ray's Roofing was quick to respond and came out next day for inspection. It was a small job to replace shingles and rotted bird boxes. The job was delayed but Cody Ray remained very professional through the whole process. When the job was delayed he made a promise it would be completed the next day. The best review a roof can get is to go through a storm with no leaks and no wind damage. Ray's Roofing replaced my old roof three weeks ago and we just just had a four day monsoon complete with wind and tornados. We are dry and the roof looks great! This is the second home where Ray's Roofing has completed a complete tear-off and shingle replacement for us and we could not be more pleased. Where to start... I work in direct sales so pretty notorious for doing research on products and stuff however our roof was leaking. I had no idea who to call I just needed my roof fixed, I called 1 company and was happy with the gentleman who came wasn't unhappy with his quote but me being me I thought I better get another estimate so we did in fact we got 2 more. We weren't unhappy with the 2 company in fact we thought we were going to use them I was actually about 95% sure we were, then Cody the owner of Rays Roofing came out and before I even got out of my front door this young man had his ladder up and was on my roof. Now remember I am in direct sales, so when I get out to talk to Cody just as polite at can be and we start talking but he's still on the roof!! I told him when he gets down and comes inside we will talk more, and we did. The first 2 companies did exactly what was asked of them, but Cody did what I do, he gave us choices, he asked questions, he helped us understand what was happening on our roof and how he could fix it. They took the time to move all my outdoor patio furniture so it would not get damaged during the process and they moved it all back after completion. They left no mess behind. Local family business, good people, competitive pricing. I would definitely recommend. They use Joist software so everything is very well documented through the process with pictures and itemized quotes/invoices. I liked being able to go back and reference what I was quoted with high level of detail in the materials being used.

They talked through the options with me for a flat roof job and got me comfortable with a TPO system.

They showed up in a company branded truck. A lot of other crews I have used for roofing have been subs. Quality work and you could tell their guys took pride in what they were doing. Job site was orderly and they left it clean.

It has been a tough environment to pin down contractors since COVID. I had another roofer flake on me after signing a contract and partial completion of my main roof.

Ray's took the attached completion picture with a drone. I thought it was a nice touch. The final invoice showed pictures throughout the install process. I have actually never worked with a contractor that included that level of detail on the work they did.

He took care of a small leak and upon inspection noticed another small area that may need attention in the future so he proactively took care of that while he was here. Ray's Roofing came to my rescue, evaluating the condition and subsequently making the necessary repairs. Working from dawn to dusk, Ray's Roofing corrected my house problems (and the homes of three neighbors adjacent to me). Excellent service, again five stars in all categories.

Edited to add a third five star review. An EF-0 tornado rolled through the neighborhood, inflicting damage to roofs, trees, fences and windows. My roof had extensive damage. Ray's Roofing was here the next day to implement emergency repairs, and had the complete roof replaced and finished in under three weeks. I think the most important thing I can add is this: while most of the houses with original roofs had damage to some extent, the two houses near me with Ray's Roofing replacements (from about two years ago) had no visible damage. Bonus points for zero stray nails left behind. Overall excellent service.

After a big storm, few shingles were blew off my roof. Cody’s team came as soon as weather permitted and repaired my roof. They also checked the whole roof to make sure it is in good shape. Update May 2023. I'm not sure what has happened to this company. I've had multiple conversations by phone, in person and via text since Feb 24th and have has assurances they would handle a small job I needed done. After waiting patiently for nearly 3 months my job still sits uncompleted and I'm now starting the process of finding a roofer or handy man to help me out.

I highly recommend this company if you need roofing work performed. When I need a new roof this will be my first call. I needed a small repair and Ray was prompt in showing up to look at the problem area, pointed out a couple of other areas that needed attention, gave me a fair quote and his crew performed the work promptly.
Give these guys a chance and I think you'll be pleased.
