I can’t say enough good things about Jake, Nick and their team. It was a smooth process from beginning to end and my husband and I were very impressed with their professionalism. We have a 3200 square foot house. The team showed up at 6:45 am, got to work at 7 am sharp.it was quiet from 12 to 1 as they took lunch, and they restarted at 1 pm and were done and finished cleaning up at 5 pm. They were incredibly efficient and wonderful. Very happy with the quality of the work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Oh! And Jake came to our door to ask about our roof. I don’t usually open the door to sales people, but this was a great decision. Glad he came by!

We used JL Construction to install a new asphalt shingle roof as well as a new roof deck about a month ago. Jake was excellent to work with and demonstrated to us that he is a man of his word. What an amazing, efficient company! I called on a Monday to get a quote on a siding repair project, the next day I received the quote, that Friday I called to schedule it to get done and they were able to fit us in the schedule that Friday afternoon and did an amazing job. Highly recommended.

Nick and Jake were great to work with. I have not had experience with roofing companies and was kind of flying blind. They let me know I was asking the right questions and encouraged me to visit a site they were currently working, which I did. I never felt pressured and we talked off and on for a few months before I pulled the trigger. The crew showed up when they said they would and were very respectable and responsible. They covered all the windows, moved everything out of the way and knocked it out. They had it done and all cleaned up by nightfall. I was very impressed, as were the neighbors I’ve talked to.

Leo and his team are awesome. Initially, we called them out to look at a small leak in the bathroom. After further inspection, the roof needed repairs too. We filed an insurance claim and got approved for a whole new roof. Leo and his team fixed the leak in the bathroom and replaced the entire roof in one day! Unbelievable! Their professionalism and expertise are top-notch. They found a perfect color-match for our bathroom and cleaned up the entire site as if nothing ever happened. Highly recommend!

I had a leak in my roof and called around. Jake at JL Construction came out first thing the next morning. Jake was amazing! JL Construction did a great job throughout the process of dealing with the insurance company and installation of the new roof and gutters. They were on time and completed the job per the estimate. Recently used JL Construction for an entire roof replacement - decking & shingles. Jake was recommended to me by a reputable contractor that services the region, so I reached out. He’s as professional as they come - immediately answers every text and call, and is on-site for a good portion of the job. We had a minor hiccup with some ceiling drywall that cracked and Jake had a crew patching it up immediately. You’d never know any different. He’s also working with my insurer to request further compensation for the outdated and weathered decking that needed to be replaced, as it was originally only supposed to be shingles. We now have a brand new (up to code) roof that’s safe, but also looks amazing. We opted for the solid charcoal shingles, and they really slick-up the curb appeal of our home.

They were out here the next day, and the whole project was completed within a week. They are very knowledgeable, located where the water was coming in and know what they’re doing. I started using JL Construction in 2022 for all exterior repairs to various communities I manage. They have been great not only with customer service, but with their turnaround time (from when you report the issue to the completed repair) as well as their pricing and their attention to detail when completing repairs.

They worked with my insurance company for about 4 months to get them to pay to replace my roof. When they came to do the work the workers were very professional and were aware of my shrubs and flowers. When finished they cleaned up and did not look like any one had been there.
If you need some to come out and give you an honest opinion about your roof these are the guys.
