Despite the fake reviews, here is a real one! Reached out to Robb after a storm initially thinking I just needed some shingles replaced. Robb showed up when he said he would and upon inspection Robb advised that a full replacement would be the better option. He worked with my insurance, met the adjuster at the house and ended up getting a new roof for us. When it was time to install, his team started when he said they would, tore off the old roof and installed the new one all in a days time. He sent pictures throughout the day keeping me up to date with the progress being made. Robb even checked in a few weeks later to make sure we were still happy. I will recommend Legacy Exteriors to anyone!! Top notch work and customer service is second to none!

I have worked with Legacy Exteriors in the past without issue. They work directly with your insurance to help save you time and money. They show up on time and leave the place clean. The crew is very professional and friendly. To see fake reviews pop up all at the same time, sounds like another roofer must have lost a bid to them. Always get multiple quotes and always inlcude Legacy exteriors so you know what an honest quote looks like from good people.

Despite the clearly fake reviews that are all done at the same time this morning, this contractor is absolutely one of the best around. I’ve never once had to “chase them down” for anything. Legacy Exteriors did a fantastic job on roof and Hardi siding for a tricky portion of my 53 year old house. They were cleverly creative dealing with my oddly spaced windows and angles. I appreciate their understanding and consideration of rain intrusion and wind directions during storms, addressing previous abnormalities beneath the siding, and installing flashing accordingly to ensure proper water flow. They were enthusiastic and efficient and we've already talked about future projects and updates that I look forward to them doing to my house.

I hired Rob and his crew to fix some siding and aluminum trim that was damaged and poorly installed by another contractor, and they did a fantastic job. Attention to detail is important to this company down to the padding they put in their ladders so your house doesn't get all marred up. They even used a magnet to clean up dropped fasteners. I am very happy with the quality of their work and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

I have worked with Legacy Exteriors LXI a few times now and especially Alan, and I have to say I will continue to do so again. Their professionalism and the way they timely get to your job is just what you need. I called Alan up this week and shared with him what our problem was. It was so easy working with Kobe on our project! From the beginning he took the time to follow-up and check-in and answer our questions. He made the process seamless and smooth. He was upfront about the process and expectations and was on site during the project. We went with a complete new roof and gutter system and are very pleased with the end results and the lifetime warranty on our shingles! Certainly if the need is ever there again, we will give Kobe a call!

Poor follow-through, does not stand behind their work (warranty), and not very responsive when issues arise. Legecy was hired to install a patio roof and failed to
Put a simple drip edge on. The entire patio structure had to be torn down and a new contractor built a second one. Again Legecy was contracted to install a new roof and repair damage from the previously installed patio cover. Their work was not done correctly and additional damage occurred. When I contacted Robb Horn (owner) about the issues and damage, he was condescending and unprofessional. He claimed he would come out to look at the damage (but never showed). He also stated the repair his company made are not covered by any warranty because their repairs. Way to standby your work Legecy!
To date, no one from Legecy Exteriors has come to my property to even look at the damage, but claimed they would. I hired another roofing company to make the repairs because Legecy never followed up. Buyer Beware with hiring this roofing company.

Allen is a true professional. He is so genuine and reliable. After a wind storm, many companies said my job was too small. They wouldn’t even come check my roof. Allen came immediately to assess the damage, inspected the rest of my roof and found things that my home inspector missed. He had a very simple app to see picture proof of repairs. He genuinely cares about making connections, helping his local community, and doing quality work. I would absolutely recommend Allen from Legacy Exteriors.

When you have a roof problem, call, get quotes, even from those fellas on TV. My first quote for a simple roof from the place with that little girl on TV was $24,000. I don't know roofs but thought it was a bit...high, so I started checking around. My next quote was $11,500. Again, from TV. Someone recommended Legacy so I got ahold of Robb and he came out. Same roof, same materials as the others use. Robb is great to work with and explains everything. Get your quotes, then get Legacy's quote. You won't be disappointed. Thanks, Robb.

Robb with Legacy was amazing through the whole process. Very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything, from the materials and warranty, to what maybe found after tear off. We found some areas of concern during the tear off but Robb and his team fixed everything correctly and didn’t charge an arm and a leg. We were very pleased with the repairs to our roof after a tree had fallen on it. Kenny Downey coordinated the effort and went out of his way to make sure the repairs were done properly.

Listen! Never have I ever had a woman show up knocking on my door wanting to hop on my roof this was a first! But let me tell you this Girl Renee knows her stuff she is incredibly knowledgeable. This company offers a service like no other! My husband wasn't home but we have set an appointment with her for this Friday! Definitely using this company for our roofing project!

I wasn't in the market for a new roof, However Renee was in my neighborhood this evening offering their services for my roof that is in need of an update. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional. We are planning for a new roof in the spring and we will definitely be going with this company!

I originally reached out to Legacy on Facebook about some roof flashing that was damaged in a storm. Alan Delaney showed up on time and addressed the issue. He also asked if our roof has been inspected recently and told us that they would check it out for free. Come to find out, our entire roof was 1 storm away from essentially coming off. Alan was super helpful and was more of a guide rather than a salesman. He assisted us with filing our insurance claim, then when the claim was denied, fighting the claim and eventually ended up with a full replacement minus depreciation.

Alan kept in touch with us every step through the process. He came out and met the insurance inspectors 3 or 4 times, he came and inspected the materials before the roofers installed the shingles, and he followed up with me after.

Alan made everything as smooth as possible. 12/10

They went above and beyond, especially Allen who coordinated everything, to make sure we got what we needed from our insurance company to get our new roof. What should have been an easy transaction turned into a prolonged process but Allen stuck with it and got it done.

Dane came out and gave completed a roof inspection and looked at some siding that fell off during the March 2023 wind storm. He was very knowledgeable and helped me get the siding covered until one of his team could come and replace it. They are professional and on time but most importantly, they are honest!

Wouldn't recommend. I contacted them after the storm the other week. A person came out and recommended that I just replace a few shingles. Also my neighbor had seen his vehicle and had asked for a card so that he could maybe look at his house as well, the man didn't leave a card or attempt to help in any way. So I had another contractor come out, and now looking at a whole new roof via our insurance. I just feel that they were a little too slammed, which is understandable. However instead of lowering your standards, customer service etc., Just tell the Customer that your slammed and will have to book further out in order to meet the needs of clients and potential clients. By the way, after recommending the repairs, I still have not heard back from them.

I highly recommend Legacy Exteriors. Rob and Travis were great to work with. The whole process went smoothly and in a timely way. Communication was great! My home looks much better.

Legacy re-roofed our home due to hail damage from March 2021. Their work is impeccable. They completed our roof in just over 8 hours. Our insurance company gave them a very hard time with the claim but they were persistent and finally convinced the insurance company that the hail damage was MORE than sufficient to replace the roof. A big shout out to Clint Lecroy for being the point man and never giving up!

Legacy Exteriors went above and beyond.
We were purchasing our neighbors home and the roof was original (20+ years). The home owner had put a claim in earlier this year to see if she could get it replaced before selling it and the insurance company denied it.
Rob came out to give us an estimate to replace it once the purchase was finalized and convinced us (homeowner and buyer) to resubmit the claim and to let him handle it. He did, he met with the adjustor and a couple of days later, the homeowner had the claim approved and money in the bank for the new roof.
Legacy Exteriors were able to come out quickly and get the job done. The roof looks great and we are extremely happy with their work and service. We will be calling on them again to replace our other home when the time comes.

There are a lot of roofing companies out there and I am sure they all do good work but if you need a company that is caring and compassionate this is the one for you. From the very first time they came to the house they were professional, understanding and fair. at no point did I feel like they were taking advantage of me and over charging. They followed up, tried different ways to save me money and were appreciative of my circumstances. and they did awesome work on a very hard roof. I would recommend them every time!

I found Legacy Exteriors after many disappointments...calls not returned, an agreement being cancelled because my job not worth his time.

WELL: Robb (owner) responded to my message on their FB page within an hour. He and Kevin were at my home next morning to give me estimate on replacing all gutters/downspouts and a piece of damaged siding. That afternoon I recieved written quote. Kevin came next morning to sign contact. Talk about responsive!
Work was performed next week as my job worked into rainy days and the fact other jobs already scheduled.

I needed help with several leaks in my roof. After receiving a recommendation for Legacy Exteriors, I gave them a call. They came out to look at the situation within an hour of my call. Rob explained exactly what the problem was, and what needed to be done to resolve it. He said he would get me an emailed estimate within the next hour - and he did! I looked no further, and scheduled the work. Rob and his crew showed up the following week and got the job done quickly and efficiently. They were respectful of my landscaping and even threw the frisbee a couple times for my dog once they were done and everything cleaned up. We had a great experience with using Legacy for new gutters, adding a roof ridge and a few misc roof things that needed addressed. Rob and his team are geared toward customer service that is for sure! They were prompt, knowledge and a pleasure to work with.
