He first gave me this input off photos in the listing and provided a more than fair quote for the inspection. The whole process was smooth. Brent Foster with Eagle Vision Home Inspections is a fantastic inspector and a man of honesty and integrity. I was impressed with the amount of knowledge he has and also the tools of the trade that he used for inspections. Not only did he have a drone to film and inspect the roof, he also had a remote control buggy with a camera attached to it to inspect under the homes deck and crawl space. Brent is very thorough and detail orientated and I know he was able to document every aspect of the home I was interested in buying. Buying a home is one of the biggest investments a person can make so having the best inspector on the job to ensure that the home you are looking at is in good shape with no risk of costly repairs from a missed item is paramount! Brent was great to work with!
He showed up early on a Saturday morning for my home inspection that had to be done before the following week. He was there most of the day and was very thorough! The property was a duplex and there was a lot to look at.
He was in no rush at all and reviewed his findings with me and my realtor after we showed up. He sent a detailed report and photos to my email, and he even text me later that evening to discuss some of my questions.

Our Realtor Jim Swafford highly recommend Brent Foster of Eagle Vision - We reached out to Brent - to do a home inspection on a property we are interested in purchasing in Dunlap Tenn.
We called him on the 14th of Sept - he scheduled us for the 18th. We received a highly detailed and thorough report on the 19th. I did a quick review of the report with a friend that is a builder and they were totally impressed with the detail as well.
We had a call with him this morning on the 20th to go over the report to address any questions we had. He took his time and addressed each question and pointed out a couple things we had missed in our review.

Brent came out to perform a home inspection per our request. We were able to get scheduled quickly and he arrived on time. Brent called within the first half hour to let us know of a concern regarding several inches of standing water throughout the crawl space and advised it was up to us whether to continue on with the inspection right then or not. We decided to go ahead and continue to see what other issues may come up. The inspection was very thorough, and he explained exactly what the standards of the inspection were and what was found. We met with him during the last portion of the inspection to go over some concerns and his explanations helped us understand what was most concerning and what was not such a big deal. It made sense. He also let us know that he was available should any other questions regarding his findings arise. So I just want to say Brent at Eagle Vision is absolutely the best and most thorough home inspector I have ever worked with (and I used to be in real estate). Some inspectors only hit the major stuff, he got everything, including sending a photo of the AC filter so we have the size. The website he uses to send the report is very useful.
