The technician was very friendly and checked everything inside and outside thoroughly and confirmed where the leak was located in my front yard.

As a licensed Property Manager and Real Estate Sales Agent, I have used this company repeatedly over the last 10+ years and have never been disappointed! They are thorough, efficient, and provide excellent customer service. I find their prices to be exceptionally reasonable and have always been super impressed by the expertise of their technicians. Oh, and not to be left out, their office staff is AWESOME, too!!! I highly recommend them!

When it finally quit raining for the winter I realized that my driveway was still wet after a few days of sun. Turns out I had a steady leak below my slab where my main water line comes from under the house. Water was moving under my foundation and seeping up from under the driveway and front patio. Joe and his team came in with thermal imaging and acoustic detection and had the leak marked within a foot of the actual leak site for the plumber to some fix. They were friendly, professional, and happy to show me the tools they were using (I was curious). The only Issue I had was that because they are good at what they do there may be a few day wait to get them out. In fact, I called another company after I had a scheduled appointment with Joe to see if I could get someone else out sooner. That company straight up said wait for American if this isn't an emergency. That was the right call.

I just wanted to take a moment to PRAISE Mike and this ABSOLUTELY AMAZING COMPANY… first he arrived BEFORE my scheduled window time which is always a PLUS, his customer service was unmatched, he was so friendly, he greeted me with a smile, explained the process to me and gave me a recap before he left. Lord knows I don’t ever want another leak on my property but if I ever get one (knock on wood) I would definitely make sure I do business with Mike again! Thanks Mike for being so awesome and thank God the leak was under my driveway and NOT MY HOUSE

Wow! Thorough, professional and personable. Chris was here to investigate a problem we have had before. He was not only more thorough, but was willing to listen to our input and explain what he was doing and what he found. Highly recommend.

A total of two different companies came out to my property to detect the leak that the city said I was having. Both claimed that there was no leak. The city ended of turning my water off because of this leak still being present. My landlord called American Leak Detection for the beginning they were communicative. As well as respectful of my time by letting me know the time frame of when a technician would arrive and that the technician would contact me with an eta. Within 5 mins a leak was detected! Mike was knowledgeable and also showed me a cost effective solution to use until the leak was fixed. I’d recommend them for anyone who wants to use a company that cares and is not just trying to waste your time and take your money.

Jeremy Lupien is the guy he was so helpful and giving us a peace of mind on where our leak was it was all kinds stuff running thru our minds…..we have been without water for 5 days and the stress level was on 100 he calmed all that down ALD is where it’s at Thank you!!

Atomic Plumbing pointed me towards American Leak Detection as they don't offer that service. I'm really happy with the service they provided and they were able to put my mind at ease after seeing there were no issues with our plumbing. Joe was very knowledgeable and professional during the visit and made sure anything he had done was returned to it's original condition when the work was completed. Would definitely recommend them if you are having issues.

I recently hired American Leak Detection. I was very impressed with their service. The team was prompt and professional from the minute my call was answered to the time the technician left. The technician was able to identify the leak in my home. I highly recommend them for their excellent customer service and expertise!

Zero stars ....Not able to find leak. Came out 3 times. Marked driveway wrong each time. Had to dig up six to eight extra feet of drive way. Called supervisor and he said they marked it correct. But even after that call we had to dig up more drive way to find the leak on our own. He says he has pictures but I have them to. Sad thing is. The leak was directly in front of where the water meter is located on city side except for about two feet on the property side. Again. 6 to 8 feet off american leak detection markings. And the fee is outrageous not to be professionals. Manager bragged about being in business for 30 years. It amazes me that they do not stand by their work. I highly do not recommend them. Just call Ms. Utility. They are free.

I would recommend American Leak Detection to anyone with a suspected leak. Mike the technician who came out was knowledgeable, informative, and professional. Izzy the receptionist was everything that you would want in a person who is representing your business. They stand behind their work so you don't need to worry if you are getting the job done by the right people. If you go with American Leak Detection you'll have the right team on your side. I would 100% call them again if I had any other water issues.

The technician, Mike was very polite and friendly. He’s very professional and found the leak right away within 30 minutes after connnecting his LP air into the faucet. He also help me remove the insulation foam to expose the leak.

It is never difficult to get them on the phone and I really appreciate that. The staff is very professional and helpful. I did not wind up needing a leak detection service yet but if I ever do in the future I will definitely be using their services.

I have to say, Customer Service has always been # 1 with me. This company is fantastic. I recently had some elevated water in my bathroom tiles and my home owners insurance recommended them to figure out where leak was coming from. They did a great job to determine where the leak came from and Tammy who could be the office manager, was so kind and helped with all my questions and concerns. Joe came by and wouldn't leave until he figured it out and he did. I didn't know a company like this existed. I highly recommend them. Amazing company to work with.  Their newest service coordinator Tammi is AMAZING. Ever since she started running the scheduling and handling the office,  I get very responsive replies to any work orders I send over. She is very polite and will work in emergencies quickly. They stand by their work and always find the leak. Very happy with this company and look forward to continuing to work with them!

My insurance company recommended that I hire this company because of persistent wet stains that are showing up on my condo ceilings. The technician came out and eye-balled the areas with some of his equipment for about 40 minutes. In the end he concluded he couldn’t “recreate the problem.” He suggested I hire a plumber to determine the cause of my leaks. I asked for a written report to share with my condo board and insurance company and never received one. There was no follow up and I still don’t know the cause of my wet and stained ceilings.

This company is staffed with very competent and skilled technicians. (Joe) diagnosed a problem that two licensed plumbers missed, saving me thousands of dollars! I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone suspecting a leak.

My plumber recommended I call American Leak Detection to pinpoint the leak in my residential water service line. I called on a Wednesday to schedule an appointment and was told the first available appointment was the following Tuesday. Ten minutes later Margie called back and said that the technician, Joe, was about 10 minutes from my house and could be there in 10-20 minutes. Within an hour Joe had pinpointed the leak. Very satisfied.
