Hired this company after having a fire in my garage. Charlie is very responsive and has a very calming manner which is reassuring when you're upset about a loss. He explained the insurance process to me and attended the meeting with the adjuster. His crew did excellent work. I was happy to be able to pay extra to make improvements to what was there before which Charlie was flexible with. While I was dealing with this situation, I had a pipe freeze in my empty rental property. Charlie to the rescue! It was great to hear him say, "I'll take care of that for you." His crew installed new kitchen cabinets, drywall and paint, carpeting and flooring. Note that Charlie does not do the remediation piece, my insurance company arranged for South River Restoration to handle that for both claims.
I recently had some wind damage to my home and reached out to my insurance company. They suggested Charlie Melesh. I emailed him and he answered right away, came the same today to look at the damage, and we scheduled for him to repair the damage. Charlie is very professional and I appreciate the work he completed. I will be utilizing him in the future for other projects. Great job and trustworthy.
Charlie and his team have completed repair/restoration work on my home over the last two years. The pricing is very reasonable, but what stands out to me is the professionalism from the entire team, especially from Charlie. He is easy to get a hold of via phone and very responsive via email. He is one of the most personable contractors I've had the pleasure in dealing with. He educates his clients in detail and with easy-to-understand terminology. When the work is completed, he follows up to make sure the client approves of the work and if there are any questions. If his crew is not trained in a specific area that needs attention, he will provide a referral. When I contacted my insurance company for a referral on an area that wasn't covered by home insurance, Melesh was at the top of their list. While home repairs are annoying (and necessary) Melesh delivers top notch customer service while getting the job completed the first time at reasonable pricing.
