During the very big downpour we had in DC, we found our basement foundation had several leaks and was beginning to flood our basement. We reached out to DC Foundation Repair for assistance. Joseph went above and beyond for us that day. He called around to others for remediation help with the water. He called to check on us to make sure we got what we needed. He gave us great advice on how to handle the situation until someone could come out to our house. I truly believe his help kept us from a total loss of our basement. That kind of customer service is exceptional.
