I was having issues with the sump pump working properly in my home which resulted in repeated flooding and some minor property damage as well as a fair bit of distress. Due to some frantic work on my part and use of an additional sump pump I was able to minimize the flooding and damage. I finally called Waterbury and they were able to figure out the issue immediately. They discovered the sump pump that was placed in my 2023 Empire built home was made in 2021 so guess what, there will be no warranty for this pump as it is too old. On top of that it was not the correct size for this home as it was too small and very easily overloaded. It's not likely the pump sat on the shelf in the builders warehouse for three years before they decided to see what happens and just use it on my new home as my plumber said they sit on shelves 3-4 months max before they are used. Yeah, read between the lines. So I got all that detail because the plumber knew his stuff and made sure to inform me. This is consistently the same experience every time I call, a well informed and experienced technician shows up. They have been consistently solving plumbing and HVAC issues for me since 2021 and I can't think of a single bad experience I have had with them. Once again thanks for your help it's was needed and appreciated!

My air stopped working in the recent high heat and humidity. Jacob arrived within 30 minutes of my phone call, and my air was fixed the next day. Service was prompt and efficient, and the service workers were friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure I had working air that day. Five plus stars.

We had the chimney cap get bent during a severe storm. Waterbury responded quickly and their guy was able to straighten the cap and secure it to the chimney. It looks good a new.

The young man was on time and went above to try to fix an electrical issue. He spent more time than he needed and tried everything. In the end we did a total new outlet. The rest of the work was done very well!!

For HVAC. The technician called before arrival, introduced himself, covered his feet before entering our home, asked a couple questions, explained the procedure, and finished his work. He explained what was needed and what he had done, which was a cleaning, and gave us our bill. All done cordially with respect to us and our property. Highly recommend for HVAC.

We had our AC unit suddenly turn off on a Sunday and were worried about sleeping in a hot house. We called around and Waterbury was very quick and responsive to get to us. Very respectful, efficient, and knowledgeable!

Quick to get a service person over to check my on my condenser unit that stopped working. He was very informative and provided me with the various pros and cons of options available. Price also good for service. Only drawback was I would have had a week to get an estimator out for a new unit which with a family of 3 kids would not have worked for us.

We had Mika come and replace our kitchen and sink drain. He was amazing to work with. Very open with his communication and provided guided recommendations that really made the whole experience stress free. He was a very nice guy and did the best work on the pipes.

Prompt same day service!! Jim, a knowledgeable technician, explained in detail the process of determining problem with our furnace fan. Business I've used for over 35 years has been sold and new owner indicated it'd be 3 days before they'd be able to check out our problem. No fan to circulate air conditioning in 90 degree heat....unacceptable!

I decided to call Waterbury because my mom needed her furnace looked at and they repaired it while AireServ wanted to replace it. I’ve called Waterbury a couple times for repairs and they always treated me well and never tried to upsell anything. I had them recently install a new AC unit, coil and whole home humidifier and couldn’t be happier. Jess came out today and added some ductwork to get me better circulation and air flow. Waterbury is my go-to when I need HVAC, plumbing or electrical work done.

Best in the business in South Dakota. Very price competitive as I got the top of the line for what others quoted me as their midline products.
