Vaillancourt is the company you need to fix your roof. Keith, the supervisor, came with his team and did the most amazing job. They were organized, and knew every move from start to finish. I have a new roof, and it was done in a day. Every detail was attended to. The job site was totally clean when they left...not a scrap of anything...no mess...no nails...just a beuatiful new roof. I can't say enough about their level of professionalism and the quality of their work.

I called around for ROOF MAXX treatment and contracted with Adam Vaillancourt (out of Milford NH I believe.)
While the treatment is not the issue, there was damage done by the crew while they were on my roof.
The house is over 100 years old, and the roofing sheathing is, obviously, as well. There has been no one on that roof since it was reshingled about 10-plus years ago until the crew from Adam V. was up there. Now there is a depression in the shingled roof that was caused by one of the crew stepping on a board that had cracked from age.
I understand they cannot see under the shingles as Paul pointed out.
I am not contesting the age of the sheathing and that it is showing its service.
The issue is that the crew stepped in that area and in doing so caused the depression and displacement of shingles, resulting in damage that will leak and must be addressed asap.
I called to have it looked at, fully expecting it to be addressed after the thousands paid but was stonewalled by Paul.
He stated the wood was aged at the break. Yes, it is. I never said the break was anything but age. He also said that the crew cannot see what is under the shingles, I agree, but the damage WAS none the less DONE BY THIER CREW!.
Yes, the break in the grain of the board was due to shrinking after drying out before the A.V. crew was there, this was agreed.
That said, there was no damage to the sheathing nor the shingles. All was in-place, flat, sealed and weather proof.
The new damage is now clearly visible from the street.
In summation, there was no one on my roof between the reroofing and the A.V. crew. It happened when they were on my roof. I am sure there will be some sort of push back to this review as the damage liability was denied to my face.
Bottom line is they refuse to repair the damage they clearly have done.
He was 'kind enough' though, to offer an estimate for repair, how nice.

Just had Adam Vaillancourt replace the roof on my garage. They did an amazing job, everything was done on time and professionally. They left my yard and driveway cleaner than when they arrived. Justin was the onsite project manager. He kept me informed of any changes that needed to be done (needed some plywood replaced) so nothing was a surprise . We chose Vaillancourt Roofing for our residential roofing project. The results were stellar. Steve, the project manager (backed up by Kurt) did a great job, keeping us informed at every step. A large crew finished the job in one day, with Steve's non-stop supervision. The finished roof is perfect as far as I can tell.

Had my roof replaced on 6/12/25. They did an amazing job! Removed the shingles and replaced the entire roof with new plywood by 3pm. They still had enough time to do my shed roof, pack up, and leave my property clean and tidy. Two members of the crew clean up through the entire day. Keith, the project manager was very friendly, knowledgeable, and supervised the crew through the entire project. He addressed my concerns, and was clear about any changes to the project. After the first day i felt I had a lack of judgement in hiring this company, but give Keith the project manager credit, he worked through some obstacles like rain for 2 days after roof was stripped, he came in on a Saturday to add more tarps in the rain, he dealt with different buildings, different roofing methods, some asphalt, some rubber, an 1800 home requiring sheathing, and a barn. In the end keith the project manager made this job a success, he went over and above to turn this job around and went out of his way to leave us a happy client. He communicated well, let us know what steps he was taking, listened to my concerns and responded appropriately. The completed job looked fantastic.

He took time to take videos & pictures of roof & attic, so we could see what needed attention. This company was very professional. I had a leak near a skylight . They came and investigated the problem, even crawling along the attic to find the problem. Recently, we had our roof replaced. Adam Vaillancourt roofing team arrived promptly at designated time. The team leader explained what was going to take place and I would get an update at the end of the day as to when job would be completed. The crew members immediately put tarps around the house to catch the debris falling off roof. Next they began removing the metal roof and preparing for installation of the new roof with shingles. Before noon the metal roof was removed, ice and water barrier, and underlayment was installed. After lunch the shingles were being laid. At 5:00 pm the roof had been shingled, it began to rain lightly. The ridge top was completed as the ground was being cleaned and tarps being removed. The job was completed in one day start to finish. We walked around the house looking at the roof and yard to ensure everything looked good. Very nice job, the crew was made up of diligent workers which we were completely satisfied with. Thank you

It was worth the wait, Cat in the office kept me updated and apologised for the delay even thought it was outside their control. The work was completed quickly and efficiently, and the team respected our property. Mike the project manager was very good and polite. We are very happy with the entire experience.

I called Adam Vaillancourt Roofing on Monday because a small piece from my roof had fallen off the ridges from the extremely high winds we're experiencing in NH. Paul came out to my house that same day, early afternoon. He immediately noticed the location from which the piece had fallen off and told me he and someone from his team would come back sometimes in the next few days or following week when the weather got a bit warmer. The next morning, with even stronger winds and a much colder day, Paul was back at my house and the missing piece was put back where it belonged while I was at work. Extremely happy on the quick response and repair. Thank you, team! Happy to know that you have my family's back in all kinds of weather.

If you’re considering a roof replacement from Vaillancourt, be aware they can make some big mistakes with the installation if you’re not present during the installation of your roof materials. Since I have past experience in roofing, I had noticed problems right away with the installation. The mistakes made would be entirely avoidable, had the project coordinator and the work crew manager communicated to each other. Also the work crew manager had difficulty communicating to the installation crew because of language differences. The only thing that saved the project from being a total mess was me being at home, on-site, and stopping the work to allow everyone to take a minute and realize the mistakes that had happened. I shouldn’t have to watch Vaillancourt roofing like a hawk to see the huge errors and mistakes they were making. I shouldn’t have to be the Site Manager because the actual site manager is off-site trying to find materials for a job that was planned a month in advance. Sloppy coordination results in sloppy installation. If you plan on using Vaillancourt be prepared to take the day off of work to supervise the installation and be assertive with the site manager. It was in my experience, the only way I could get a decent installation.

The job was done well and on time, with videos to show me what was done when the job was completed. Extremely professional group from the secretary, to the salesman, to the installers. I would recommend them to anyone who asked.

They came with a crew that spoke no English other than the foreman who was often off property. I know because whenever I asked a question the reply was “No hablo Ingles.” They hit and bent my lamp with falling roof debris; refused to insulate a corner under the roof though in the contract; took the gutter guards to the truck, bent them so they were installed upside down; and ended with the foreman standing in our driveway screaming at my husband! When I reported these atrocities to the company, a different, smaller crew did come out and fix most of the errors. They tore off all the mis-installed gutter guards, opened the roof back up to insulate what they had not previously, and reinstalled new gutter guards. The lamppost was never repaired. It stands as reminder for me to tell our experience to anyone I’m able to. The foreman yelling at length at my calm husband will remain in my memory forever. Absolutely no excuse! I would never recommend Vaillancourt roofing to anyone.

Adam Vaillancourt Roofing was responsive, thorough, honest, and reasonable with their pricing. For the first job we consulted them about, they ultimately concluded that the issue was not the roof, and they were right. That saved us a lot of money. Months later, when we had a different issue on the other side of the house, we immediately called Adam Vaillancourt to have them assess the situation. They came out, identified the issue, applied a temporary fix, then came out and permanently fixed the issue a few weeks later. Our service tech, Brian, is excellent, and I now call him our "roofing guy." Five star service all around.

I thought they were excellent. The fact that Jose came to our house and spent so much time with us just explaining why we needed a new roof was amazing. Then they scheduled us very quickly and followed up by installing the actual roof. There were a few small things that needed dressing after they were done, and those were handled very quickly

Had them come to check for a leak at the area of the chimney..during the inspection they noticed my soffit was rotting which is something we have been looking to replace but we have been burnt so many times by hack contractors it’s been hard to find somebody. Was told it was something they did got a quote for it and new gutters. Initial quote left out the flashing repair for the chimney. ( main reason for the call) Then ask for less expensive options for gutters I just didn’t feel 4000 for gutters were worth it. Get left in the dark for two weeks reach back out for a new quote and then told they no longer can provide the work on the soffit. But offer to put new gutters on the rotting soffit. Wouldn’t make much sense and wasted time since I stopped looking and was going to go with them for the work. Not saying not to use them I have no idea about there work but there customer service and sales rep are not up to par. Do better

Just met Shane Ordway~ he came out, day of call, to inspect our roof for us. We had a raccoon up there, trying to get into our attic, and we wanted to make sure that the 2 year roof was still in good shape. Shane was friendly, capable, and just all around-awesome. He assured us that the roof was in fine shape - Mr. Raccoon was unsuccessful - and that we could ease our minds for a leak-free winter. Phew! Thank you, Adam Vaillancourt, and Shane!

Justin and his crew were fantastic. Justin reviewed the job upon arrival and even caught a small error in drip edge color which he corrected. The crew was impressively efficient and also worked safely during the entire job (important to me as I am a safety professional). During the day, Justin answered any questions I had as the work progressed and I now feel I know so much more about roofing systems than I did before.

At the end of the job, we reviewed all the work that was done, any issues that were encountered, and the cleanup was done so as that one would not have known they were even there.

An important part of this process was learning about my existing roof and the issues that needed to be addressed. We had noticed that a very small overhang at our breezeway door was getting wavy. We called our regular handyman thinking it would be a small repair. He was out on injury so he highly recommended AV Roofing. Boy are WE GLAD HE DID! After an extremely thorough inspection (including video so we knew we weren’t being buffaloed) we learned that our entire roof was in seriously sad shape. (The breezeway overhang had actually rotted right through!)
The crew that did the work were amazing. A well-oiled machine with each person knowing their part and all working together seamlessly. They protected everything around the house before starting. During the project some small tangential items were uncovered and they took care of them. No complaints. No trying to push them off on me. Just “Oh, by the way, we found this. We’ll take of it. No problem.” The scope of the new roof included correcting original design flaws that I knew nothing about. They could have just redone the roof the way it was, but the problems in the design would have remained.

They have a fantastic hard working crew. Jamie who was the site supervisor really knows how to communicate with the work crew to be sure of quality work. They removed 2 layers of shingles and installed new plywood on entire roof. When they left my house you would never know they were there except for the beautiful new roof. They protected landscape and no damage.

My whole-roof replacement (replacing worn out shingles) was completed last week. It is a very large and complex roof that slopes steeply, but I"m so grateful to say that it still took only two days due to the size of the crew they sent out to do the job and their efficiency. I am an avid gardener so I was very concerned that they protect my plants and gardens as well as possible. They were very attentive to that request and did a very good job (though I will say I"m glad I didn't have the work done during the prime part of the growing season). Project Manager Allyn Davis was very good at communicating what to expect and keeping us up to date on the progress including showing us pictures of critical places on the roof that were hard for us to see from the ground. He even helped me troubleshoot a skylight shade while he was here since I couldn't easily get up on the roof to do it. The crew members were friendly and hard-working. The roof looks great!

We had our Roof replaced by Adam Vaillancourt roofing and they did an amazing job. There ended up being 2 full layers of old roofing that they had to strip off. Then my porch ended up not having any plywood sheathing so they had to add the plywood. The cost of any necessary plywood was discussed in advance! The entire thing was completed in 1 day and other than having a new beautiful roof I would never even know they were there. It all looks incredible and they cleaned everything up perfectly.

Crew of 11 showed up in the morning and left by 4:15. Cape Cod house full dormer on back and are attached garage with two dormers on the front. I can't believe it was done in one day. Roofing company is a total rip off. Had the same job performed with the same materials and a guy I’ve known for 20+ years and his quote was literally half what these guys wanted to charge. Vallancourt doesn’t even have their own employees either they just subcontract. They bring over some slick sales guy who takes like 2-3 hours for a quote to try to talk you in to all kinds of crazy things. My advice get a few quotes. It was eye opening how they were literally tens of thousands higher than the other places I got a quote (for the same roofing materials too). I didn’t really have an idea what the price would be I’m glad I followed a construction friends advice when he said their price was way too high. Almost got screwed over

Justin and his crew arrived early to our home to start the day. They worked steadily throughout the day. The completed the job in one day and cleaned up our yard and left us with a new roof. Great job, very pleased with the work.

We had Adam Vaillancourt Roofing replace our roof ridge cap and install new gutters. We had Brian come out initially to give us an estimate and he was very thorough and helpful. Doug did our installation and they were excellent as well. I would definitely recommend this company!
