Adam Vaillancourt Roofing & Gutters - Keene, NH

We had a large sanctuary roof on our 155 year old church that needed re-roofing. The job was complex, the site was tight and the job involved both asphalt roofing and rubber membrane cricket roofs. Vaillancourt was competitive, very professional and did the job flawlessly. I recommend them highly.

Very quickly reroofed after our initial appt. Team worked very, very hard in the daily heat and then during a rainstorm! Probably if the supplies had been delivered as scheduled on the day before, the team may have finished before the rainstorm. One leak was caused by not being properly sealed around a previously installed skylight (impending storm, I bet had a lot to do with that), and leakage caused some water issues for 2 chairs and a messy cleanup. Someone came out and caulked around the skylight and so far there has not been any more leaks.
We did recover about 50 roofing nails around the house, in the driveway, in the backyard pool and area, as well as the penned in front yard.
All in all, we are pleased with our new roof.

The main reason I hired Adam Vaillancourt Roofing to put a new roof on my house in Weare NH was that my neighbor highly recommended them. My neighbor had his roof done by Adam Vaillancourt 12 years ago and praised their workmanship. I must agree with him and I am truly thankful that I was told about this Company. I had 3 other Companies over to discuss my new roof and received quotes from all.
It was a pleasure talking with Shane who was very understanding, taking the time to inspect my roof, showing me how and where my old roof had developed a leak and he took the time to go over all the possible choices I had for a new roof. He was very mindful of my budget restrictions and we were able to agree on a price to do the job. Vaiilancourt was not the least expensive quote nor the most expensive, it was the best plan to strip and put on my new roof and came with my neighbor's recommendation!
The job was scheduled with the materials dropped off two days before the installation date. Justin and his crew showed up at 7:00 am as scheduled and, per their timeframe to complete the job in one day, they were packing up by 3:00 pm. My roof looks excellent, better than I dreamed of. Excellent workmanship, the whole crew were very efficient, knowledgeable and professional. .
Everyone that I have dealt with: Shane Justin and the entire installation crew , to the people I talked with at the office to answer my questions, were all professional and quite helpful. I highly recommend this company if you are in need of any roofing work.

The company did a great job from sales to completion. They were the only company to actually get on the roof and thoroughly go over everything with us - from issues with our current roof to options for a new roof. The costs are higher, especially if you have a larger house, but the warranty and work quality are worth it. I would highly recommend at least having them come out and talk to you before you choose a company.

Very happy with this service. Another roofer said we'd need to get the roof replaced. Adam Vaillancourt Roofing came out to check out the roof, showed us a video of any damage and where some cleaning was needed, and indicated that the roof would last several more years with a treatment and some minor repairs. They were quick and friendly and the roof looks great!

Did a great job on our roof. Small project doing the front porch roof replacement but so far 0 issues. Minor damage was done to window screen but the process was quick and easy with them fixing it in 2 days. Will recommend and plan on using them for our full roof replacement sometime in the next few years when we can afford it. Also they have great financing option available. 10/10 do recommend.

I had a roof on my house replaced today. The folks did a great job. I’ve had problems with the valleys previously. They made effort to do it correctly this time. As always, they are friendly, helpful, efficient and in particular wanted to know that everything was done the way i wanted it. I highly recommend them.
