Adam Vaillancourt Roofing & Gutters - Seabrook, NH

Our salesman Andy was thorough with his inspection both on the roof it self and inspecting from underneath in the attic. He explained the process and the specified products thoroughly. On the day of installation the project manager Allyn walked the site with me explaining the process and what to expect. The crew arrived and after discussing the project with Allyn they got busy. Allyn inspected and documented every step of the process and took the time to answer any of my questions. They were very detailed with their tarps and the protection of any plantings in the area. At the end of the project I walked the site again with Allyn and he again answered any questions that came up. The work areas were spotless after they were done. I figured they would do a good cleanup but I have not found one nail left behind. A good experience and we feel like we have the 50 year roof we were hoping for.

We had a leak in our roof that for years I'd been trying to figure out from where it was coming. Water is tricky because where you're seeing it doesn't mean that's the source ("water finds a way").
Finally decided to call in an expert and Adam Vaillancourt Roofing was the first company that was listed in a Google search.
The first thing I noticed was the company's consistently high customer satisfaction results (at least 4.5 stars). Customer service is very important to me when doing any work to our home, which is our biggest investment.
I called and spoke with Cat Vaillancourt to set up an appointment. We met with sales rep Jose Luna, who conducted a thorough inspection and found the leak easily. His presentation about the company and how they do their work was impressive and Jose was very professional. The meeting included a video that Jose shot while on our roof in which he explained not just the issues that were found but WHY the work was needed. He patiently answered all our questions and never pressured us into agreeing to anything. It's our money, it's our decision, he said.
After meeting with Jose, we didn't hesitate to sign a contract immediately to get the work done. One of the biggest factors in signing was that the folks who do the work are company employees, not contractors.
Fast forward a few weeks later and Paul Camarro and his crew showed up at the house on time and ready to work. When they were done, Paul showed us photos of the completed repair work, so I knew they delivered as promised.
Jose is in the process of making a follow-up appointment so that he can inspect the job and make sure that we are completely satisfied.
From Cat Vaillancourt and Mary Kay Macfarlane in the office to Jose to Paul, every person we dealt with at Vaillancourt was fantastic and professional. Their emails often include the signature, "The Team at Vaillancourt Roofing" and it's obvious that they truly are a team. We will absolutely be calling Vaillancourt in a few years when our roof needs to be replaced.

Our meeting with Shane was great! He spent a lot of time inspecting all of our roofs.. inside attics and outside. He let us know which roofs needed replacing and those that didn’t. The crew was right on time, they worked all day and left our yards spotless. We were very happy with the job and have no complaints.

Kurtis and team did a great job repairing 2 leaky roofs on our property- all in 1 afternoon. It was a bigger job than expected but he made it right without any problem. He went out of his way to make sure everything was done well and double-checked the details. The area was left perfectly clean!

This was the finest job of shingling I have experienced. Our consultation was clear, friendly, and not pushy in any way. Scheduling was quick and very communicative. The job foreman was always present. The workers busted their butts and the job was done to near perfection. They rearranged some patio furniture to set up scaffolding and returned it nicely when the job was done. There was not a shred of left over shingles or old nails. Not one. I'm relatively sure you could get the job done somewhat cheaper, but I've had poorly done work in the past. It's just not worth it. If you want your roof done properly, I don't think you can go wrong with these folks.

A team of workers led by Eric B. arrived at my house right on time and began working on my storm damaged roof. As work was being done on the roof a girl on the ground was removing scrap material from the lawn. By mid afternoon the job was completed. It was a good team effort.

I’m very happy with the gutters and service. It looks great! Downspout was supposed to be a different color to match the house and it was installed with white. I called to let them know and they immediately scheduled and changed it to the right color.

We had about 80% of our roof replaced. The whole experience was great. The management team let us know what to expect before the roofers arrived. And the roofing crew is amazing! They did a great job and left the work area spotless.

This company is super easy to work with and very personable. They are professional and clean up after the project is done which makes your life easier. I highly recommend this company!

Both crews did a really great job from my perspective. Also Bradley, who came out to perform the original assessment was very helpful in making our decision to proceed with the repairs and gutters. We had some damage that was hard to see on certain areas of the roof but his video and presentation really made it apparent.

Very good company had a roof installed very good job on the clean up would highly recommend these guys used quality products not inferior products like most companies and they even had a portable toilet for the guys on the crew

Vaillancourt did an amazing job on my roof. They did such a thorough job inspecting my roof initially and then not forcing to upsell me anything was appreciated. They only sell quality products for roofing and I’m super pleased with the results. They also finished the job very quickly and did a great job cleaning up and showing me the results. So appreciated their professionalism throughout the process. Would highly recommend.

I received several quotes from very solid roofing companies. I choose Vaillancourt mostly off of reputation. I now wish I hadn't. In order to get a price that was still several thousand over the other roofers, I had to choose a lower grade roof. I was told the biggest difference was the underlayment, but as it turns out, it was the shingles themselves. They are very thin and do not give the appearance of architectural shingles. Also the ones that I can see up close on my attached porch seem to have some chips in some of the shingles. I could have paid less and got a better quality and better looking roof from any of the other companies that I received quotes from. My choice, my fault. Live and learn even at my age. By the way, I see I had a missed call, but the email I received indicated that I spoke with someone, but I did not.

Great experience! The project manager arrived exactly when he said he would. He explained what to expect and roughly how long the crew would take. Once they were done the project manager walked around our property and went over everything they did. My roof is beautiful. I would recommend Adam Vaillancourt to anyone looking for quality workmanship. Five stars!

Crew showed up on time and were very respectful of the property and considerate to our coming and going during the work process. Finished amazingly fast.

Kurtis and Flavio reviewed the job in detail and were very helpful and friendly. All of this during 90 degree heat and high humidity.

When they finished there was barely any evidence that they were even there. Everything they needed to move was put back in its original place. One side of the house was actually cleaner and neater than before!

Let me tell you a little bit about my experience as I saw it. Feel free to skip to comment 2, if you are looking for the bulk of it.

1) I want to shout out to a few of the great professionals that I met, who went above and beyond many times over what was expected.

Ben Couture. You were an excellent salesman and evaluator. I appreciated your time spent at my house and the extra effort you put in on my behalf.

Juan Muniz. Project manager extraordinaire! You and your team CRUSHED my entire shingle/gutter removal and repaired my roof and re-shingled all 2K square feet of it in 1 day!

Jeremy, Doug, Darren. We had some weird hiccups and a holiday and by far the strangest 320 y/o house to contend with having no straight lines. Those gutters, your attention to detail. Amazing.

I would love to buy each one of you a drink!

2) My house is very old and was very challenging. It required some fancy repairs due to some ..unique construction that has endured through many previous homeowners. I received 3 quotes after reaching out to 5 local roofing companies. Adam Vaillancourt LLC came in at the highest price point, by only a couple thousand. When Ben came out to assess the house, he spent 4 hours here. Much more time than anyone else. Now I can identify with other comments about a "high pressure sale" but I want to remind anyone reading this. You are a human being and can say "no". Its that simple. They want to offer the best product upfront and it is up to you to decide. Ben was great about hearing my "no thank you" and still working with me professionally. He did not ever pressure me into buying anything, but he is quite enthusiastic and I loved that energy.

Now this team, you can trust. The people who do the labor are of the highest quality and they care. There will be no woes or horror stories about some shady contractor taking your money with this company. I can only describe it as a "little big company". They hold themselves to a high standard so that reviews like this will be posted and we all very much know that bad reviews sink this line of work, but also, because of their pride of workmanship. I've never met more people on a job who will entertain someone like me. Everyone was personable and answered all of my questions.

Now, nothing is perfect and we ran into some issues with my gutters. But that's all good, how those issues were handled was very important. I never had a doubt that once they were finished I would be 100% satisfied. It took 3 days spread over weeks, but it all looks great and my microscopic details that I noticed were addressed.

If you've made it this far, I hope this review has been helpful. Ultimately you might be thinking "what makes me think I can trust this review"? Well, that's your call. I gave a 5 star review because it was earned and this has nothing to do with the good things to company does for the community either. (those are really awesome to support as well). But. I am planning on using them again to work on my barn roof for another future date. I know that the service that I receive will be just as reliable in the future. You should know that this company is worth trusting.

Our re-roofing experience with Adam Vaillancourt roofers was excellent. We were impressed with the initial salesman who climbed on our two story roof to do a physical inspection and take video as this was the only company out of six (6) potential contractors to do so. On the day of installation, we were initially concerned on having the work start midday but their team size (10) made up for this in spades. Our property was well protected with large tarps and wood teepees as required. The team was well choreographed with every worker knowing their roles and all in a state of constant motion. Upon completion, there was a thorough cleanup conducted followed by a walk thru with the on site supervisor and ourselves. As a testament to the work performed, recent rain storms have validated the quality of installation with no leaks detected to date. We highly recommend the Adam Vaillancourt constructors for your future roofing work.

Overall fantastic experience from start to finish. No pressure or long sales pitch during the quote which was very refreshing. Leading up to the roof being put on, communication was great and things were delivered on time. On the day of, the crew was there on time and the project manager was very communicative and great to work with. Upon completion the cleanup was outstanding.

Had roof cleaning and conditioning done. Very timely, thorough, and fit my budget! Roof was full of moss before and now it looks good as new. Would definitely use them again

I have used these guys on several occasions. Incredibly professional. Quality work. Very quick to complete a task. I wouldn’t consider using anyone else.

Our roof had been covered in moss and had some minor damage. We had been told by another company that the roof needed to be replaced. Adam Vaillancourt's rep went up on the roof and took video, told us the damage could be repaired and they could treat it so that it would last another 10 years. The roof now looks great! The work was quickly done and they covered our plantings to protect them. We were very impressed.

Even though they are a bit far away from us in Mass (them being from NH) they were super outgoing, friendly and willing to go above and beyond. Highly recommend!

We had just put up new gutters before the roofing work. I was concerned. The Vaillancourt crew completed their work with no damage.

Also replaced several skylights with perfect attention to detail.

Removed two cupolas. Not an easy job. Patched the roof and it looks like they were never there. Perfect.

Adam Vaillancourt put a new roof on our home. Every aspect of the process was exceptional, from the clarity and thoroughness of the inspection and proposal through the pre-work communications through the installation. Their crew showed up exactly as promised, protected everything around the perimeter, cleaned up well, and finished in one day. The workmanship looks great and I know the materials are top notch. They even gave me a rebate because they used less sheeting than they estimated. Their project foreman Juan was proactive, focused and personable. I'm certain I could have found a less expensive company to replace our roof but I am very glad we went with this company. 100% recommend!

EXCELLENT experience. Juan and his crew were awesome. Demoed old roof and installed new roof in less than a day! Very professional and courteous. The entire experience was excellent. From the initial salesman Craig, to the maintenance crew installing and explaining the job, it was a thorough and customer oriented process. The maintenance team accidentally damaged some tulips with their ladders, but took the time to try and save one by propping it up with one of their sign posts. I highly recommend this company!

This company did a great roofing job for me 15 years ago, so I hired them again (for a roof on a different house.) The salesperson, Craig, was very thorough, including looking in the attic and noticing my shower fan was not vented outside. The onsite supervisor, Keith Jordan, was excellent. He was straigtforward when he discovered I needed some additional plywood, and he got that right away. The roofing job only took a day and looks excellent. I recommend Adam Vaillancourt Roofing if you are looking for a professional, well orchestrated roofing job.

Brian our sales rep was very helpful, knowledgable n respectful!!! We chose Adam Vaillaincourt for our gutters as they have high reviews !!!! We chose the best gutter as we r tired from getting leaking water into our basement via foundation n guess what ? After the big rain we had on 5/8 no water in our basement!!!! The team did the gutters in one day which is awesome n then Brian our rep will follow up with a visit to ensure we were happy with the installation!!! Also Brian will take videos/pics of any issues u have ie we r having chimney issues with leaking rain into our master bath so he took video of problem n pics n now we have a chimney guy working on that !!! Awesome job guys! Very pleased with results and I am very optimistic with performance. We have never had gutters on our house before. When we look around at our neighbors houses we see gutters overflowing with pine needles and things growing in their gutters. We have hesitated putting gutters on the house until we saw gutter shutter. We have been having problems with water coming into the house as it ages. Since the gutters were installed we’ve had some down pours and we are happy to report NO WATER! Darien, Doug, Nick and Jeremy did an outstanding job installing them. Great guys. Hard working! Doug even fixed a piece of my siding that fell out of place. Thanks Doug! The back gutters are high and I am never going up there! I know I won’t ever have to now! We had a tree fall and damage the front of our roof. Initially we had some issues getting estimates from Adam Vaillancourt roofing to send to our insurance company, but after voicing our frustrations, they sent out a new representative to start the process over. They even tried to help us argue with our insurance company about how much of the roof should be covered. They were very patient as we worked through this process. Once we settled with the insurance, signed the contract, and sent in a deposit, they were here to do our roof within the month. Eric and his team were very efficient, replacing the front of our roof in just a couple of hours and it looks amazing! They were even great about protecting our garden decorations and picking up all the debris and stray nails afterward. My only complaint would be that we only had 2 days notice for when they were coming to actually do the roof, but we were able to make it work.

Vaillancourt roofing did a superb job on our roof. We are very happy with their work. Also, the roof specialists that came to the house to explain the different roofing products were very easy to talk to and they didn’t do the typical high pressure sales routine. They were respectful when we explained that we were absolutely not making a decision that day. We considered four quotes before making a final decision. Vaillancourt was competitive with their pricing; we were happy with the quote and overall experience. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof. i received excellent service right from day one.crew was on time and never had any problems with any of them. work was done very professionatly. they completly cleaned up as they went along with the job. very impressed. very courtious and uderstanding people. would highlt recomend for any roofing needs.

The work was done the way the service tech said it would be done. Materials were delivered and a porta potie the day before the work was to start. Work started on time in te morning with all areas covered to protect my property. Pictures were taken to show te entire project. When done all areas were cleaned properly. A final walk through was performed with the project tech . In all the work was done efficiently properly and in a very professional manner. Very pleased with out come.
