Sunday 7/20/25 i was on my way home from work just wfter 9pm on rt 9 of all places and a deer totaled my car. With the help of Phil he and his team where able to get us into an amazing new vehicle quickly and im forever thankful. Definitely buy from here. Great place. Wont buy anywhere else. Again.

In 2023 we purchased a "Brand new" Durango with the Hemi Orange package. We were happy with the purchase. I recently was hit from behind and stopped at a local body shop and was informed that the car had been repaired and repainted. I stated I've owned this car since new, he showed the areas that had been replaced and repaired. The tailgate was repaired and repainted, tow cover replaced, the bumper cap had been replaced and the left rear quarter repainted.
I replace vehicles every 2-3 years and am a Mopar guy! 6 Rams, Charger, Caliber, etc. I thought I found a reputable dealer and would be buying more Stellantis products locally.
I typically receive a monthly solicitation email from the sales manager about my interest in a new vehicle. When I discovered the damage sustained to my vehicle prior to my purchase, I informed him of this but never received a reply from him. No follow up at all!
I won't be buying from them again. What they did was deceitful and their lack of response proves that.

Why don't they reply to the negative reviews? I see responses only on positive reviews.

Today I picked up my Durango from the body shop. I received more news about the damage sustained prior to buying it from your dealership. The damage was so severe that the hitch had to be removed and a "filler bar" was installed and there was damage to the exhaust tailpipes as they do not exit through the bumper as they should.
When I purchased the vehicle, the salesman I believe it was Brian Zipp? told me there was a hitch and all I had to do was remove the cover to use the hitch. I took his word for it and never looked. This past winter we decided to use the vehicle to tow our snowmobile and trailer. When I removed the cover I discovered there was no hitch! So I was in desperate need of a hitch and had to pay several hundred dollars to U-Haul to install one. Unfortunately it is not a factory system and it shows. But we needed one right away and didn't have another option. I'm not sure of the threshold needed to be met, according to NH regulations. But my belief is there was significant damage done to the rear of this "New" vehicle requiring the hitch to be removed, the bumper and hitch cover replaced, rear tailgate repaired, repainted and the rear left quarter repaired, repainted. Phil made my experience very enjoyable and was very appreciative of his efforts. The only glitch was the lack of communication in regards to obtaining my copy of the RI RMV title & registration form with the insurance stamp. I had inquired twice of how I would receive my copy. No explanation was ever given. Had to contact my agent then return to the dealership for the finance managers signature. MA only gives seven days to complete registration.

Everyone was friendly, but I had many issues with the lack of communication. My car was there for two full days with no updates. I was told they’d let me know when a part arrived. They estimated by the weekend or early the next week but a full week passed with no calls. I had to keep reaching out just to get basic information. In the end, my car wasn’t fixed for nearly three weeks because of the delays here.

The manager eventually called me, but it felt like unless you knew exactly what to ask, you were left in the dark. They also completed a recall without my permission, even though I brought the car in for a separate concern.

While the manager clearly explained the process and pricing at the end and expressed that “we’re human and can do better” which felt no one truly took accountability for the communication breakdown. Due to this experience, I no longer trust this dealership and won’t return. The time and effort I spent just trying to figure out what was going on ended up being costly, and I didn’t even get my car repaired.

Though I love Jeep brand vehicles, this experience has opened me up to explore other options. I’ve since found a mechanic with better rates, clear timelines, strong organization, and respectful communication…..including calling to ask for permission before doing anything extra.

This proves you don’t have to accept poor customer service there are better options out there. Communication is ! Thank you.

To your response: Thank you for the response. I understand that recalls may be necessary, but I believe customers should be informed and given the choice before any work is performed especially when it’s not the reason the vehicle was brought in. In my case, that communication never happened. Regardless of intent, this should’ve been a conversation, not a decision made on your team’s behalf.

It’s not just about what was done, but how it was done without permission or discussion. Respectful communication and transparency matter just as much as the work itself.

My husband Charlie and I are from Vermont and had a negative experience with a dealership there. We had an issue with an intermittent problem that after two repairs and $1200 the problem still existed. The general manager, seemed concerned and offered to "pay half " for another try, that still was not guaranteed to work, for another $500.
We contacted Jeep and they were very helpful and open to us going to another dealership.
The drive was farther but worth it.
Craig Korpi and Jeremiah Collins were a breath of fresh air! They
listened to our information and diligently searched , diagnosed, discovered the problem and fixed it! They were courteous, kind, respectful, professional, and thorough.
This dealership cares and we will continue to support this business that truly puts their customers first.

An overall great experience with the staff at Keene Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I worked with Sales Consultant, Tim Harrington to place an order for a new Jeep Gladiator. He spent time with me to share all available options and ensure the vehicle would be built to my specs prior to placing the order. When the vehicle arrived, we negotiated a fair price, reviewed purchasing and leasing options, and closed the deal. This is my second time working with Tim Harrington, Sales Manager, Paul Blanchette, and General Sales Manager, Duston Blanchette, and I recommend this dealership for their professionalism, knowledge, and no hassle approach to selling vehicles.

Staff was nice during the sale but after has been kind of an off and on. Before I purchased the vehicle I did note some transmission issues, I was told the open recall would fix it. It has not, I also told them about a vibration issue, after having Ford look at the vehicle it was determined that the tires were bad ( choppy) and needed to be replaced. Mind you this is all in 2-3 weeks sense purchase, I’ve yet to make my first payment. Was told that service would be getting in touch with me soon to help, I’ve not gotten anything from them at all, even though a salesmen said the GM would be on it. Now some of this I should have caught but did not. It happens. I was told I wouldn’t be sold a vehicle unless it was perfect. Here we are and I am looking into getting the transmission replaced, tires, and some other odds and ends. I may have gotten them on a bad day, but just be extra careful when buying and double and triple test drive and take it to your own mechanic to have things checked over.

Edit to add more details. The truck as “as is”, but I was also told by the salesman that the vehicle would be perfect and have no issues before I purchased it. ( 20,000$) truck. I understood that there was not a warranty with the vehicle and that was fine with me. What wasn’t fine was the issues I brought up even before signing, but was told it would be fixed with the recall. I also think it’s not ok that the truck was sold with an inspection sticker and bad tires.

Bought a used suv for my daughter here. We were naive, the car was "as is". Was around $7k. It would not pass inspection in Mass. Cost a little over $3k just to get it to pass inspection. After a few months of driving and another thousand in repairs and then transmission failed. Now will cost another 5k+ to fix. We reached out to the dealer and they would not help. Bottom line I hope nobody else falls for the scam that we did. "As is" means you are getting screwed over. It is really sad that you can't trust a car dealer. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

The dealer offered us $1000 to take my review down so I did and then never paid us. They took advantage of us twice. So I put it back up...Not an ethical place.

Ill start this off by saying. I am 1000% at fault for doing a as is deal and taking a salesmans word ( my fault 100% ) now im replacing a head cams and rocker arms at my own expense. After having the vehicle for 3 days. " im sure you can fix it " thats what my salesmans response was. facebook market place seems safer nowadays. But if you ask them they did me a favor by dropping the price by 3 grand. If it wasnt for the parts department doing me a solid im not sure what i would do with this vehicle. Luckily they were the only ones willing to actually help and it wasnt even there responsibility.

Buyer beware: Jeep Wrangler 4XE are very fickle vehicles that do not work as intended in the New England climate. On a most recent service the oil change light was not turned of and I found out all 4 shocks were blown and defect and the vehicle would not pass it's safety inspection. Parts were to be ordered in a week, and I requested to be emailed as soon as that occured. A month later no email. Finally they confirmed they had the parts but it would be 10 days or longer to install them, even after waiting 5 weeks for my vehicle to be repaired by warranty. After several emailed Jeremiah the srvice manager has determined that my vehicle will not be fixed by the dealership after no effort has been made to them to fix it, nor would they confirm a date & time. The reason is that if you are not happy with a lack of service at this dealership you are not welcomed as a customer. The vehicle has 4 blow shocks since the 4XE Jeep was poorly enginerred and it will not pass safety inspection. For 5 weeks I've had to drive under this condition and zero effort to assist in anyway was made by the dealership. Very odd, but this is what this dealership seems to be about. Another note is that they suggest leases through ALLY which do not allow you to easily trade the vehicle in. Other leading dealerships in the Keene area would NEVER subject a customer to either of these problems.

Conversely the sales department was always happy to research, address issue, and add value.

Went to this dealership yesterday 2-15-24 because of a particular jeep which was HEAVILY discounted. I drove 50 miles to see this jeep. I have a dealership 3 miles from my house, by the way.
I got there and drove the jeep. When I pointed out the HUGE discount which was on their ad they said it was an error. Yeah a $7900 error and then they offered me 4500 less than my trade was worth. They deleted this "typo" immediately . Good thing i had a picture of it beforehand .Go elsewhere if U are looking for a jeep. This place is untruthful and shady.

Now I know most people hate going car shopping, especially me but Phil made it the most amazing experience and he is awesome! I highly recommend you come here to work with him. My daughter brought her Jeep Wrangler here. After throwing a bunch of pots at radiator water pump thermosthat, they came up with the conclusion. It had a plug block. I worked on cars my entire life and never. Ever saw a plug block even from a junkyard motor? They do not have the knowledge to do headgaskets on jeeps they are totally incompetent. Try getting ahold of the no reply back? Just blew me right off. Not a great place to deal with if you want something fixed. Obviously, they do not know how to fix vehicles, just parts replacers. And total incompetence from the owner on down. Finally, if you all lack the experience to diagnose the vehicle ride, it took me in another shop in cane about 15 minutes to figure out what's the head, gaskets? And that's without replacing anything. It was so simple. It was pathetic you've ever heard a dive or what? We call the narrative a sniffer that goes into the radiator

Absolute horrible experience with service department. 2.5 hours after being told 1 hour. I am better than you service tech needed to tell me why I am not right. Way overpriced, I mean seriously $100 for a 6 qt oil change on a brand new truck. Get the heck out of here. No response from management on questions I asked. First Ram truck and if everyone that is part of Dodge/Ram is like these guys it is my last.

They didn't check my vehicle, had to tighten all lug nuts, had to top off oil myself, never checked any other fluid levels/tire pressure/brakes and pads. Like the literal easiest things to. Heck when it's on a lift. God I hope it is only Keene NH Dodge, Jeep, Chrysler, Ram that is absolutely horrendous for service...

I drove two hours to look at and purchase a used Ram 2500 and i was not disappointed! In fact, the vehicle was better than expected in every way.
