1st full service as required was completed today on my Hyundai Santa Fe. Appointment was easy and quick to schedule on line, and work was done in short time frame. The gentleman I dealt with to check in and out was very courteous. Best of all, being the 1st service, it was complimentary! Overall positive experience!

This is the second Hyundai that we have purchased through Hyundai Keene. The sales persons there are patient, non-intrusive, and not pushy at all, and that’s what I want. We recently purchased a certified pre-owned 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz SEL premium from Jon G. We stopped by to test drive a different model of Santa Cruz when considering this or a Honda Ridgeline. The truck we went to look at was at one of their other dealership lots, so we drove this one over there to look at it. We ended up falling in love with the SEL premium model after driving the non-turbo/DCT model we went to look at. Originally we were hesitant due to known transmission issues with the DCT models, however after learning on the CPO model that you get the remainder of the 10 yr/100,000 mile warranty we were sold. Jon was fantastic to work with, no pressure tactics. We got what we wanted for our trade with minimal back and forth and are very happy with the transaction. When signing everything it was getting late and almost closing time on Saturday and we did not have our trade-in vehicle with us because we were not planning to buy that day. We set up an appointment to pick it up on Monday, and they undercoated the truck before we picked it up so it was ready to go and no need to bring it back.

I was greeted outside the dealership so I could immediately start my AM walk then provided the extra care of inspection through 2026 and even a car wash at the end! Every time I go to get service done at this location I receive courtesy and excellent (quick and on the ball) service from Anna Deleo at the service desk. She makes me feel like an important customer. She communicates with the mechanics (at my request) and follows up with me during the service. I'm in and out quick with a smile. Anna and the service technicians get 5 stars.

What a joke! Over $100 for a synthetic oil change?! On a little Hyundai car? Why would I drive out of my way to spend so much?! That’s on their website as a special by the way… I hope management sees this and corrects it as that price is NOT competitive. I will go to Leominster MA hyundai which is a little closer to me. and pay $74.99

Also very impressed with the dealership’s integrity when it came to financing. I came in with a very competitive rate from my credit union, but they found us an even better one—despite the fact that they could have easily financed at the higher rate. I purchased a Tucson Hybrid at this dealership (I drove all the way from Nashua!) and was very pleased with the up front pricing and no gimmicks when it was time to wrap up the deal. If you end up working with Syrina, you will be in great hands! She was friendly, professional and answered all my questions promptly and thoroughly. When the purchase was completed, Syrina walked out with me to the car and spent 15 minutes showing me all the details. Shady practices to sell a vehicle, AND their service dept is terrible.

EDIT: They answered my review but not my family members review. You know the one your employees slandered behind their back while being recorded. They posted that all over reddit, and showed all of us the recording. Keene Hyundai needs to fire those people or it'll just get worse with reviews.

Bought a used Santa fe private sale, and needed a state inspection and service completed. Went in and spoke with erik Lilly the service manager to set up and appointment and go over the details. He was polite and professional and answered any questions I had. The day of my appointment I was met by his service team members anna and Robert. There customer service was top notch and kept me informed along the way, and they even ran my Santa fe through their carwash. I look forward to doing more business with them!

had gone to keene to do some shopping, and while stopping for lunch had an issue with my rig. stopped into the service dept to see if there was any way they could squeeze me in. Talked with Erik and told him what i had for issues. he told me to give him a minute, he went and grabbed a mechanic, came back out wrote my rig up and had the mechanic start on it right away and figured out a way to get me fixed and back on the road in under an hour. 10/10 stars would do business here again anytime. friendly, fair and quick repairs. what more could anyone ask for

I have had nothing but problems with my 2019 Hyundai Tucson. My car was using up oil very quickly. I was told that this was under warranty and that I would need to go every 1000 miles to complete oil consumption tests. This met countless trips to have them say it wasn’t down enough for Hyundai Standards. On one of the tests, my car was down 1 1/2 quarts of oil. I was told they would replace the engine if the oil was down this low. Please be aware that buying used vehicles doesn’t help. I even called and opened a case with Hyundai Headquarters. After countless trips and phone calls, the company does absolutely nothing for you when you purchase a used vehicle. They make you think they're gonna help you each time and deliver nothing. I will never purchase a Hyundai again.

Experience with Jonathan was first rate - no pressure and full of customer service! I recently visited the dealership to look at a used car not commonly seen. It’s been a while since I’ve bought a car and I was surprised at how easy the process went at Hyundai of Keene. Yuri was my salesperson and Zack was the one I dealt with in the financial department. Both of them were friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. They weren’t pushy and at no point did I feel pressured to buy.

O n May 20th I was traveling to Lowell on route 3 when my 2016 Hyundai Santa FE I lost all power the motor just stopped working? So called AAA for assistance, the roadside technician tried to jump start the car no luck, so I requested a tow back to Hyundai of Keene for service. I contacted the Hyundai service department the first thing on Monday morning to explain what had happened with my car. I think the name of the I spoke with was Erik Lilly? He asked me a few questions about what had happened and was very concerned and would try to get on it as soon as possible but could not guarantee if they would be able to get to it on that day, and I said that was no problem .
On April 23rd I received a call from the service administrator Anna Deleco that the engine had seized and was covered by warrantee from Hyundai and was going to send a shuttle car to my house to bring me to the dealership to sign some paperwork and get me a loaner car. I was very surprised that they were giving me a loner, (a 2025 Santa Cruz) hears the supersizing part of this I did not by my SantaFe from this dealership, i had a couple of recall repairs done here, but I was treated like a long time customer, everyone was very helpful and friendly, I was very impressed and grateful for the quality of service that I received. The general manager of Hyundai of Keene, and the Fenton Family Group should be very proud of the service department, and all the great people that work there, I defiantly would recommend this dealership for all of your Hyundai services.

Robert and Anna are the most amazing people. I travel for work and their team did an engine replacement, replaced my fuel systems and dealt with my deplorable warranty company. They did everything so fast so I would be able to get back on the road to go home. Coming from a family of them, I have never trusted mechanics but (in theory) I would drive the 900 miles from home to come back if my car had issues again. The lead tech explained everything they had done, gave me a copy for my files. He asked for my signature, and I was done! Well worth the wait time - I was there at 1:45, done by 3 - the bathroom was clean, and people were very friendly.

They advertise cars with pics and they are not the actual car. Sounds like bait and switch. Also car is listed with a cash price. And then you call and they say oj that's with 2000 rebate . Well it said cash price. When you call them out on it they make excuses. Its in the works being fixed. Well Mr dealer in terms of car. You just gotta change the pic. Not very hard. I looked same car up 2 weeks ago and today it's still listed wrong.

I’ve been coming to this dealership for years to service my Santa Fe, and the experience has always been top-notch. The service team has consistently been informative, thorough, and able to get the job done right the first time.

Engine Recall & Service Experience (2021)

Back in 2021, my 2016 Santa Fe was unfortunately part of the Hyundai engine recall. One day, my car threw a code and went into limp mode. Using my own scanner, I pulled up code P1326, which meant it either needed a new wiring harness or an entirely new engine.

I was already aware of Hyundai’s service campaign, so I called the Keene service department and explained the issue. They confirmed that my car would likely need an engine replacement. I had it towed in, and after their inspection, they determined that a new motor was necessary. To my surprise, they replaced the engine within two days, which was an impressive turnaround. I was thrilled with how efficiently they handled it.

The car ran flawlessly for years after that. Unfortunately, it was later totaled in an accident. I absolutely loved that car—aside from the engine recall and regular maintenance, it never gave me any trouble.

Searching for a New Car

Naturally, this dealership was my first choice when I started looking for a replacement. I’ve owned multiple Hyundai vehicles over the years and have always appreciated their quality and value.

When I first visited, I wasn’t sure if I wanted to buy new, lease, or go for a used vehicle. The first salesperson I spoke with didn’t seem very enthusiastic—he lacked that typical "salesman" energy and honestly felt more like someone selling TVs at Best Buy than cars. He had me test drive a 2025 Santa Fe, but I wasn’t a fan. The massive screen, lack of physical buttons, and the awkward gear shifter lever under the windshield wiper handle didn’t appeal to me. I told him I’d think about it, especially since I was still waiting for my insurance check to come in.

Over the next two weeks, he followed up with a few calls and emails. Once I received my check, I tried calling the number on his business card, but the voicemail had someone else’s name, which made me think he no longer worked there.

Buying My New Car

Since I couldn’t wait any longer—I needed a car for work—I headed to the dealership and was greeted by Yuri. Right away, I could tell he was a seasoned salesperson. He was friendly, professional, and confident, which put me at ease. He mentioned that he had been working there for years, and it showed in his knowledge and approach.

After discussing my needs, Yuri helped me find a low-mileage 2023 Santa Fe that was fully loaded with the features I wanted—all at a great price. While talking with him, I learned that the original salesperson I had spoken to still worked there; it was just his day off, and he hadn’t updated his voicemail yet.

Yuri took the time to answer all my questions and address any concerns my wife and I had. His professionalism and expertise made the buying process smooth, and I can see why he’s been with the dealership for so long. The next day, I drove home in my new Santa Fe, feeling confident in my purchase.

Final Thoughts

Overall, I’ve had great experiences with both the service and sales departments at this dealership. While my first salesperson wasn’t the best fit for me, Yuri more than made up for it. If you’re in the market for a Hyundai, I highly recommend asking for him!

He was very patient, letting me try various cars at various dealerships at Fenton Family Dealership. He was honest with his recommendations, perfectly suited for me. From my first phone call, to my first handshake and to the last hug. the folks at Fenton dealerships, specifically in the service department knew exactly what they were doing. Took care of me as if I was a friend. Walked me through the entire process. Always told me the truth. Worked tirelessly to get my part replaced when corporate wasn't agreeing. Loaned mean impeccable car for the next 30 plus days at no charge to me. And I required no deductible when everything was said and done. I was my husband's caregiver until his passing, this car was our first ever brand new car it means a lot to me. I lost him in October, normally he would be the one to handle all of these situations. So in essence I felt tossed to the wind! Until I walked through the doors at Fenton dealerships, was met at the service desk with a smile. They assured me that I would (not) be leaving with my car, that just because there was no check engine light on? Does not mean there isn't a problem. They addressed everything as if I were a friend or a family member. I will forever be grateful and I am so thankful.
