These guys will not respect your property. I Caught the guy taking a piss on my house! First he admits it and then says he didn't. He does it in the open where kids walk and bike all the time!! This dude is a idiot! He's lucky the cops didn't drive by. After I notify the owner he shrugs it off and admits he does it too. I cant believe these people. Don't let these people work on your house, they are a JOKE!

The team at Absolute Roofing were Rock Stars! They were amazing...They were extremely competitive with their bid, kept the trash controlled and did a great job to get in and out! They had to replace some under decking and were very reasonable and didn't add a bunch of costs. I will recommend them 100%

Absolute roofing guarantees an absolutely TERRIBLE experience! Our original request was to fix a few shingles that blew off from the bad storms back in March. Their "fix" turned into a roof leak, that caused ceiling damage in the hallway. (The leak literally happened right where the shingles fell off and were"put back on") Not to mention it took them like 2 months to get back to "fix" the leak, and that was only after we called to see where we were at in the queue. Yeah, they don't do specific service dates, you get put in a queue and hope for the best. $275 and they told us to just paint over the water stain.

Unfortunately, due to literal plants growing in the gutters and the heavy rain forecast ahead, we opted for their gutter cleaning services which took about 2 weeks for them to come do in addition. Today they cleared out SOME of the gutters, not all of them, AND they just threw all the debris in our yard! I literally could've done a better job myself for $75.

I will also put that I did call and was transferred directly to the owner, who was very understanding and did in fact give a refund for the gutter cleaning. However, not without letting me know that the reason they didn't clean the sunroom gutters was because usually sunroom ceilings are awnings and they thought the debris was just "on the roof" not actually in gutters--or something like that. We did overlook the fact that in the contract, it states that they will just throw the debris in the yard, which they also let us know that $75 gutter cleaning is actually cheap. So I guess it was our fault for skimming over the contract and assuming that part of the gutter cleaning service would be to remove the debris from the property, not just from the gutters.

All in all, we got a refund for some of it so there's nothing else to do except warn others about the mediocre gutter cleaning services and roof repair. I've included photos for the skeptics.

I called them after the recent hail storm. They had someone come out the next day and survey our roof and siding. Payton, did a great job communicating with me and explaining what he saw. I didn't need to use their services for repairs, but would gladly call them next time I need something. Refreshing to not be sold something I don't need.

I just came here to say, every night I put on night time music for my 1 year old to go to sleep to. Almost everytime we see your ad and she loves it. She dances to it every time such a good ad!!!

Discovered we had a leak somewhere on our roof. Called Absolute and they got out very quickly, diagnosed the issue causing the damage to our ceiling and did an overall general inspection of the roof. Gave us a great quote and had someone out in just a couple of days and fixed it. Quite happy and will use them for future needs. Highly recommend!

Two shingles needed repair. Called Colt on Thursday. He came out to view first thing Friday morning. Within two hours of my providing him shingle name and color, he provided an estimate. I approved, and repairman, Oscar, came out at 4:30 and made the repair. Very pleased with everything at Absolute Roofing!

Absolute Roofing is an exceptional business in our community. Had they installed the roof on my home instead of someone else; I'm sure shingles wouldn't be flying off of it like they currently do. But at least this has given me an opportunity to find such a wonderful company to work with who responds immediately and is fairly priced.

With the amount of unqualified and/or unethical companies in this industry, Absolute is doing more than their part to show there are some great companies as well. Shoutout to Colt who always takes great care of us!

These guys are amazing. Very on top of it all and with so much damage in our area, we knew things could get behind a bit (understandable) but they kept on it and in touch and got everything done great!

The final product (new roof) was good but the lack of cleanup at the end of each day was horrible. We had a few buildings that were done so we lived with the mess for 4 days. There was no attempt to pickup debris at the end of a day, including shingles, nails, soda and water bottles, chip bags, etc. the satellite was disconnected one day one and replaced at the end of day three after we complained. The owner was contacted on day two but he did NOT make any attempt to respond. We are still waiting on gutter guards to be re-installed a week after the roofs were completed. I believe and hope the actual roofs are done correctly but this was a very poor effort from a company who states on their website “ Stress-Free, Mess-Free Roof Repair and Replacement”

Great. Did what they said they would. Colt the estimator, was very friendly,and professional. Like any reputable company around here.(Good luck finding one).. They have a backlog. But when it was our turn they knocked it out in one day. Didn't leave a single nail, or shingle anywhere to be found. They even have a little dog in the office. I think it's a a Shitsapoo, or something? And I almost forgot. There crew informed my wife of a grounding wire issue with the electric main, coming into the house. (Which City Utilities came out ,and promptly fixed)..

Absolute Roofing did an incredible job for me. After a hail storm they installed a new roof and new gutters in only one day. The whole process was incredibly smooth and they cleaned up perfectly after they were done.

We had a leak on our front porch for 4 years. Had 3 other roofers come and check it out, rub a little caulk on it and not fix it. My son told me to call Absolute. Klint came out and gave me a solution for an inexpensive repair, but after Brandon came out we decided to bite the bullet and get a whole new roof. Had to pay out of pocket 8000.00.

Brandon with Absolute Roofing is always great to work with! He came out, gave an estimate that was the most reasonable compared to other roofing companies in the area, and was great with communication.

The shingles and other supplies were dropped off three weeks after we signed the contract. A week later the roofers came out and knocked out the roof in one day, which we thought would take longer due to the size of our roof. They also did a wonderful job of cleaning up which we appreciated! Then a few days later the gutter guards were installed, and it was complete.

Everything looks fantastic, and we are very happy to have used Absolute. We now have a peace of mind when it comes to our home being protected for the future.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Colt did a great job getting things started off with clear communication. Chris and crew knocked our roof tear off and lay down in one day. Kyle finished things off with gutters within a few days of the roof. I highly recommend these guys if you want an easy customer oriented experience.

Getting a new roof is messy but Absolute Roofing took great care of us after our hail damage. Brandon was professional and answered all of our questions. The start time on the job was quick, color recommendation was perfect and our crew got us dried in and finished in a day and a half. We highly recommend this company.

Nice employees, fast working and good clean up, but their catalog of colors is misleading. We ordered the pewter color since it showed as a dark color but not straight black. This color is complete trash. It is not dark at all, has way too much gray in it and looks like a light gray roof as a finished product. When we called to let them know that the color seemed to light, they were not quite halfway done. By the time their representative showed up on site and spoke with us, and then had their management contact us, they were over 3/4 of the way done. They then advised us that we noticed the color issues too late, so we were stuck with the color. Now we have a trashy weathered colored gray roof that will not go with the exterior remodeling we had planned. Again, we called before they were 1/2 way done, but they continued working, then blamed us for not noticing in time.

These guys came out the day after I called. We had a hailstorm but they were honest with me and told me I had no damage. A fly by night contractor had told my neighbor their roof was totaled. The Absolute guy checked a couple of other neighbors and reported no damage. The people with "damage" were using the "storm chasers", here today, gone tomorrow type outfits. STAY LOCAL when you are dealing with roofs.

I could not ask for a better company to work with. They were super helpful getting my roof temporarily fix so no more damage would be done while the insurance gears were turning. They also kept me informed on every step, from shingle delivery to when the crew would be out, and what to expect when they arrived. I used them in my Springfield, MO home couple years back. After purchasing my second home I had a leak but I happen to be over 75 miles away near Fort Leaner Wood and they came the same day to repair it! Wow! I was blown away that they came out of the way to a repeat customer! Now that completely excede my expectations and ensure my business once again!

Absolute Roofing did an excellent job when they replaced our roof. They took off the two layers of roof, repaired/replaced roof decking and put on the new shingles in one day. The crew from Absolute Roofing appeared at 7:30 a.m. on the scheduled day and got immediately to work. They arrived with the empty trash trailer in tow, parked it, moved to put down tarps around the house to catch the removed old shingles, and then began to strip off the old materials. Our roof is fairly large and has many steep angles to it, yet the entire new installation was completed in that single day, with the final two workmen putting their last shingles down in near darkness. Next morning, a work leader appeared, went all around the house to seek out any piece of trash remaining, then used a 'blower' to completely clean off the back patio and driveway, leaving everything 'spic and span'. I could not possibly be more pleased with the job these wonderful people accomplished for me. I would unconditionally recommend them to anyone! Dan Rich

Absolute roofing replaced the roof on our house and garage. They were done in a day and a half, and did an excellent job. They had one person on the ground at all times cleaning up evry little bit of debri, raking our property, checking for nails etc.
The house is three stories with several peaks.
We would recommend them to anyone.

Absolute Roofing is by far the best, most professional roofing company I have ever used. We had a neighbor's tree fall on our house causing damage to a 3 year old roof, Absolute was the third company I called to discuss what needed to be done and get an estimate. They took care of everything, roof, guttering, fascia, etc. If/when I need another roof, Absolute will be the only company I call.

As always, they are so professional, attentive, and kind. Payton was here today to give us some estimates. He found a problem with the leak we had had for a while. I had multiple bids from companies after the storms came through Republic and damaged most of the homes in my neighborhood. Everyone I dealt with at Absolute Roofing went above and beyond to provide a level of customer service that quickly set them apart from the rest .

From a next day bid to the billing after completion, my experience was great. I had lots of questions and my knowledge was limited and everyone was more than patient and kind. The owner even called me on two occasions to make sure my questions and concerns had been addressed.

They are customer service experts. Super people to deal with when your having a major roof disaster, such as bowling ball sized holes in your roof from a tree branch driven through it by a sever storm. They are quick and do excellent work.

Second year I’ve used Absolute to clean my gutters. Edwardo does an excellent job. When he is done getting the Oak seeds off the roof, he goes around and cleans up the ground. I used another company and they never cleaned up the ground. These guys are great!

Gentle man ran a rope across the road across my property and tied a rope around my little tree in front of my house and was tugging on it. The man incharge of the crew thought it was funny and laughed along with his guys. The man was also completely rude. Tried to tell me that it was fine his guys were on my property and were just using my tree to stretch his rope. Mind you they weren't even hired by me and had absolutely no reason to be on my property let alone damaging my property. The company's receptionist had no disregard to my concern and lied to me saying they didn't have a crew there but shortly after a truck marked with absolute roofing pulled up to the property shortly after I had spoke to the receptionist. I called several local roofers to get estimates for an immediate minor repair and for a whole new roof in the near future. The estimates varied wildly. While I understand companies have to charge a minimum for repairs, Absolute's sales person, Payton, was the only estimator that didn't pile-on un-necessary, exorbitant items and pricing. It was a fast and simple 10 minute fix, which they handled quickly. Their man that did the work was professional and knowledgeable. When I'm ready for my new roof, I'll give them a call. I would recommend.
