Fabulous experience from start to end. Ali knocked on our door and asked if we’d like him to check our roof for hail damage. We typically say no to this but there was something special about Ali. He was very professional and had a card so we said sure. From then on, he ran with the entire sales process with very little effort on our part. They did a thorough check on our roof with pictures, came back with the insurance adjuster, and got approval for a new roof and skylights. Kevin took over from there as the project manager. Excellent communication, the crew was always here when they said they would be here, workmanship was excellent, and clean-up was exceptional. We needed some inside trim work on the skylights and they sent Freddy to do that. It’s better now than when the builder did it! Phenomenal experience from start to finish.
I didn’t think it was possible for my husband and I to be so extremely happy with our Roof, Screened in porch and gutters. Ali from Absolute Roofing stopped by our home and offered a free inspection and from that point on it was a very easy decision to go with this company. There was no pushy sales person at my door. There was a man who wanted to make our house look beautiful again and that’s just what he and his company did.The process was effortless on our end as Ali handled everything.
