We’ve used Absolute Roofing as a subcontractor for several of our jobs. They’re great to work with and put quality and attention into the services they’ve provided. We will absolutely continue to use and recommend Absolute Roofing.

I called Absolute on Monday and someone came out on Tuesday. Ethan was very helpful, answered all my questions and was able to fix the problem right then. He was professional and courteous. I will definitely call Absolute Roofing if I have any more roofing problems.

We had gone out for a out 6 quotes for our roof replacement and glad we went with Absolute Roofing. Ethan, the estimator, explained things thoroughly and professionally. Once we decided to go with Absolute, Ashley kept us updated on when they would be starting. The crew showed up exactly when they said they would. Our roof turned out to be a much bigger project than expected when it was discovered our decking would need to be replaced. It took over 2 weeks to complete the roof, but we were impressed by the hard working crew (working 12+ hrs a day). Hector, the on-site manager, did a great job communicating any issues or concerns with us and Ashley continued to keep us updated even when we had to go out of town for a few days. In the end our roof looks great and Absolute made sure we were 100 percent satisfied before asking for final payment. Would highly recommend!

We received many estimates to replace our old roof from different companies and were not impressed with any. We had a great experience with the sales rep from absolute roofing and were very happy with the estimate as well as the professionalism and timely replies from the office team since we were really on a time crunch to have our roof redone due to damage. They stayed in constant communication with us with updates on weather delays/ etc and showed up on time to start the job. The crew was very nice and professional and worked quickly. We are very happy with the end result and will be referring them to our friends and family.

I hired Absolute Roofing to repair and replace a garage roof damaged in a recent ice storm. They were expedient, professional, and pleasant. Mathew was out within a day or two of my phone call and provided an estimate for my insurance company that same day. He was very patient and explained the step by step process of repairing and replacing the roof while answering all of my questions. The office coordinator (Ashley) was very courteous and professional. She kept me informed of the company’s progress through a series of phone calls and text messages. The workers were friendly and stayed on task. They were here and gone before I knew it. I experienced no difficulties and am satisfied with the work completed. I found this to be a very positive experience and would recommend this company.

Absolutely terrible. BUYER BEWARE! Crew was incompetent. Couldn't even put the drip edge on properly. Then when I had a leak that collapsed my ceiling, they tried to tell me my siding soaked up all that water and made it leak. Then when I cut the siding away and exposed their horrible flashing, they stopped responding to my calls and blocked me on Facebook. In my opinion, they are incompetent crooks that cut corners and look for the quick payout and do not stand behind their warranty.

I recently used Absolute Roofing to install a new roof and gutters. The price was reasonable and the work was done in a timely and professional manner. Ethan, Ashley and Hector were all great to work with. Since I was not on-site, they even sent me ground and aerial pictures of the completed project. I would recommend Absolute Roofing to anyone who asks.

I collected four bids and Ethan was by far was the most professional. He was equipped with a packet of material samples and completely laid out everything that would be done. It was nice to just hand to my husband to go over compared to the other estimates we received that were just Vague breakdowns of the work. We also chose Absolute Roofing because they are a family business and employ their crew, they are not sub contracted. Hector the foreman is awesome. We couldn’t be more pleased with how it turned out. Ashley kept us updated and because I was not in town they send multiple pictures and were in constant contact throughout the whole process. Also we were able to stay within our firm budget. Absolute Roofing did an amazing job and was amazing to work with. Thank you!!!

A roof is a substantial investment. I knew mine was in dire need of replacement. I did my homework and selected three contractors for quotes. One was a major supplier of home repairs (windows, doors, siding, roofs) who you've probably seen on TV; they used subcontractors and their quote was almost triple the others I received!! The other two were local contractors. I met with Matthew (the owner) from Absolute Roofing and was very impressed with his knowledge and experience. He not only brought a package of information for me to keep for my review, he also had samples of the roofing available to show me. I was very surprised that the other local contractor showed up with absolutely nothing in hand, and appeared content to sell me a roof through his salesmanship alone. One big point for Absolute. I was also surprised to learn that this second local contractor also used subcontractors, which he assured me "everyone does." Absolute has their own crews. Another huge point for Absolute. I don't want to deal with a lot of finger pointing when an issue arises, and it was nice to know that Absolute is completely in-house. And before signing with Absolute, I peppered Matthew with questions regarding the installation. He was always upfront, answering all my questions and addressing any concerns. I felt I was in good hands from signing to project completion. Matthew was great, Ashley (in the office) was always extremely helpful, and Hector (onsite manager) was equally amazing. Did issues arise during the install? Yes. If you've done any kind of home improvement, you know issues are almost inevitable. But to their credit, the whole Absolute team handled those issues to my satisfaction. No one at Absolute even asked for a final payment until all issues had been addressed. This is a company that very obviously wants to make a good impression, and wants happy customers. I would absolutely hire them again!!

I had a roof leak during a recent rain. I called Absolute Roofing for an estimate. I got their name from a neighbor who had them put a new roof on his house, and they did a great job. The office sent out a man named Matthew. He went into my attic to see the places where i had damage, and then up on the roof. He immediately diagnosed the problem, but suggested that I contact a chimney specialist and a carpenter. He told me his own carpenter was pretty much booked. I really appreciated his honesty and the fact that he made suggestions that were for my benefit, even though he would not be providing the work. I'll certainly be calling them when I need a roofing service!

3. Prompt service and started job before 7am, finished major job the same day by 8pm.

I thought I had a roof leak-maybe I still do. But an inspection didn't reveal any problems. We discussed possibilities for the water mark on the ceiling and next steps if needed. I appreciated Matt's carefulness and the thoroughness of his explanation. I called Matt because a family member had referred him and am glad to have made the connection.

Matthew provided several options for replacing our low sloped roof. We eventually chose a glued down product. Hector and the crew were great, they even offered to help unload groceries from my wife’s car when she came home! Excellent work, the crew was awesome, they took extra care to check the gate when we had to let the dogs out. They left our property cleaned up and in perfect shape. They took extra time to correct some small issues without asking. Communication with the office on scheduling and billing was perfect. Highly recommended.

From our initial inquiry, the staff at Absolute Roofing have been excellent to work with. Matthew came to our home and discussed many different roofing options and was very patient in answering all of our questions. Communication with Ashley the office manager was always prompt and she was pleasant to work with as well. The company was very flexible when setting up a time for the project that worked best for our schedules. Despite rain delays, the crew had our job done in about 10-11 hours. We had moved furniture off of our patio to allow room for the crew to work and they politely placed it all back for us when the job was done. They did a fantastic job cleaning up. I bought my first house in June last year, and 2 months in, my roof sprung a leak. I called Absolute after being recommended by a friend, and I'm so glad I did! Matthew came by very soon to give me a quote, and he was so friendly and professional! He explained everything thoroughly to me and really put me at ease with the process and unexpected expense. He recommended options that were within my budget and included an awesome warranty. I never felt pressured to "upgrade" materials or anything. With the early snows we got in 2019, they couldn't replace it right away but promised I would be one of the first houses in 2020, and I was - my tear-off was scheduled for early March, and was only slightly put off by inclement weather. They did not charge me more than my initial quote, even though I called well after the time frame to set up the replacement (I was weighing my options as this was not money I anticipated spending so soon). Hector and his crew were incredibly friendly and professional. My new roof is beautiful, and I still stop to admire it frequently! I recommend Absolute to everyone who mentions needing roof work done. Ashley was super friendly and helpful with questions I had as well! This is the only roofing company anyone in the area needs to call!!

I hired Absolute Roofing twice, house and then barn yrs later. Both times, a smooth operation from start to finish. I must say adding Ashley to the business is a plus. She keeps you informed regarding scheduling and any potential issues. Absolute Roofing is a class act.

Matt was awesome to work with - answered all my questions and provided a quote same-day. Took care of the building permit, which was nice. The crew showed up on time, answered any additional question, and did a nice job cleaning up. Job was completed between 7:30am and 5:00 PM.

He even brought the estimate to our home so we could discuss the work and arrange for the project start date. The work was completed in a timely fashion and the only minor concern with the application was handled immediately and with the upmost professionalism. I was impressed with the use of technology, the before and after aerial pictures of the structure’s roof gave me peace of mind as to the actual work they completed. Called Matt after having a poor experience with another roofer. Matt was honest and professional and even came out twice to make sure I was ready to repair. When they opened up the roof they noticed a few other issues and were quick to communicate via calls and text pictures . I was at work and appreciated the communication and pictures to show me the issues as well as the repairs being made. Very comforting and felt like they genuinely cared not only about getting the job done but making sure it was correct. I would highly recommend and would use again !!
