I recently hired Yahara Restoration to repair a leaking single membrane roof on a retail rental building. We asked five firms to inspect it and recommend the best solution. Chris stood out with his prompt, well-thought-out analysis, and innovative cost-effective recommendation. Because of the time of the year, the project took longer to complete than normal. Throughout the entire process Chris kept us well informed as he dealt with the weather, ballast removal, repairing damaged membrane areas, resealing the seams, the final sealing coat overlay and the warranty paperwork. He was also sensitive to the needs of the tenant. I have a lot of experience repairing/replacing commercial roofs. I can honestly say Chris was one of the most professionals I have ever worked with. There were no unkept promises, overly optimistic schedules or cost surprises. I highly recommened Chris.

We worked with Chris and he was very professional and easy to work with. He did the roof on our vacation mobile home which is an old 1970 model. This process has extended the life of our mobile home. We couldn't be happier with the end results! I would definitely highly recommend Yahara Restoration!

HIGHLY recommend working with Chris from Yahara Restoration. We hired him to replace windows/siding on our house, he did a phenomenal job and was very responsive with communication and had the project completed quickly. I would highly recommend!
