I have been very impressed and extremely satisfied with Paragon Exteriors and Jake Gast the owner. I had three quotes to do my roof in 2022. Jake and Paragon was the only company that said I could get by for awhile if I had a small caulking job done, which would give me some additional time to better budget for the re-roof job. Jake caulked the potential leak area at no charge and said to give him a call when I was ready to move forward. Paragon's quote was the best of the three that I received. I also liked the product and warranty that was offered. Fast forward (2 years later) to 2024, I gave Jake a call and told him I was ready to proceed. The Paragon team showed up at my home on the scheduled day, immediately got to work and did an excellent job protecting my house and property while doing the tear off of the old shingles. They were hard working, efficient, courteous and did an awesome job of installing the new roof and cleaning up on a relatively windy day. They worked till the sun went down and I couldn't believe that they finished the entire job in one day. The new roof looks great and I am extremely happy with the job that was done, and I highly recommend Jake and Paragon.

Paragon was great to work with start to finish! They came out to review our roof after a hail storm. Jake helped me work with our insurance to make sure the claim was complete. They were able to replace our roof less than 1 Month after our claim approval. The crew that came to work was great! The yard was cleaner after they left vs before the work was completed. Everyone was very professional. The entire process went smooth. In the end our roof looks amazing and we got some cool drone pictures of our house to save!!

Paragon was professional from the start to finish. They had the lowest bid and dealing with them is a pleasure, as they did not try to up-sell us something we didn't need, as one of the other quoting companies did. The installation was fast and quality. Except for cleanup, finished in one day on our large house. The roof looks great and we are very happy!

I heard great things about the work Paragon Exteriors has done for other Waukesha area homeowners. I needed to see for myself. The work performed on my roof on April 14, 2023 was excellent. Jake, the owner, sent a large crew to my home. They started and completed the project in one day... as promised! His crew protected all of our planting beds and bushes during the peel off of the old roof. The clean-up was thorough. I will recommend Paragon Exteriors to my neighbors and friends!

Our house was hit with hail in summer and damaged the front part of our roof, gutters, downspouts and siding. Another town was hit before ours and I went to that town to look at all the advertisements and stopped at a couple of houses to speak with the homeowners regarding their experience with their roofs. One of these houses had a Paragon sign outside of it and the homeowner was extremely happy with their roof. I contacted Paragon and Jake came out to our house and inspected the roof. He agreed only the front part of the roof was damaged and provided an estimate back very quickly. We signed the contract and Paragon put us on the schedule within 2 weeks of signing had our front part of our roof ripped off and new shingles on. The crew was very friendly and all work was done within a day. After that they put on new gutters and downspouts and the house looks great. I would recommend Paragon Exteriors to anyone for the great experience we had with them.

I had Paragon Exteriors replace my roof and gutters in May. I received quotes from multiple companies and I found Paragon to be reasonably priced. Jake, their initial point of contact was wonderful to work with and did not provide the ‘hard sell’ other companies did to try to get my business.

Paragon did a wonderful job with communication. They were accurate and prompt in providing the start date to replace the roof as well as the dates to replace the gutters. They completed the work on the date stated. The day they were scheduled to replace the roof, they started early and did a great job. They were thorough in their cleanup afterwards. I didn’t have any issues with nails or scraps of roofing materials laying around after the project was completed.

Great Service, very professional and reasonable. We had a wind storm pass through our area which ripped off quite a few roof shingles. I talked with Jake and he was great, he assured me it's not a big deal and they would take care of it. As it worked out, Jake got someone there right away because we were expecting more heavy rain. They did take pictures of the repair, I just couldn't find them. When it's time for a new roof, these are my guys.

Paragon installed a new roof with complete tear off in July of 2021 and I’ve waited to post a review to see how it holds up in all different Wisconsin weather. I’m very happy with how quiet it is in the house even in the pouring rain! Although last winter wasn’t too heavy with snow we didn’t have any ice dams, issues with any leaking, or trouble retaining heat.

Paragon gave us an incredibly competitive price and had the shortest lead time for install- the crew arrived around 7am and were done by 11am!

Overall, Jake and Tim were very helpful and responsive when answering all my questions. A few things were missed that were included in our quote but Tim was quick to come by and fix everything and review the work himself. Will be considering them for new gutters later on.

Paragon replaced our extremely old and damaged roof. They brought a full crew that was extremely efficient and professional. They replaced damaged plywood and their cleanup was extraordinary! They finished the roof in 1 day. When they came back to do our gutters they took the time to pitch them correctly and offered better options than how the existing gutters were. Above and beyond! I will recommend them to anyone who needs their services. Pricing was good and they stuck to their estimate, even though there was extra repairs involved. Thank you Jake and crew!

Paragon Exteriors was awesome to work with and did a fantastic job. You can’t beat the price in this area for the quality of product and work performed. Tim came out to inspect my roof as I had a tiny water leak. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to work with during this project. Tim always answered the phone when I had questions, he would respond promptly via text as well. He was honest and friendly and you could tell wanted to make sure you were happy with the finished result. The guys tore off my old roof on the house and installed Owens Corning shingles, which are one of the best on the market. The guys were extremely fast, finished in 1 day along with the cleanup. Despite it being dark when they finished, they did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Considering everything they removed, I only found a few stray nails the next day. I felt the pricing was very fair considering the size of our roof. They also completed some trim work for us (gutters/fascia) and that also looks great. More importantly, water is being directed away from our home as it should. Finally, Jake always responded to e-mails before and after the job and was quick to answer the phone when I had questions the day the work was being completed. I was extremely pleased with Jake (the owner) and his crew. From the prompt replies, fast quote and reasonable pricing to the quick turnaround and install, everything was what I hoped it would be. It is a large investment and I am glad we went with Paragon. They showed up on time and were able to complete my roof in one day which was incredible in my opinion. We had several quotes and I met with three different companies. I felt most comfortable with Jake. There was very low pressure, he was honest about condition of the roof and the pricing was the lowest out of the quotes I received. Paragon Exteriors was very efficient and responsive. Completed the complete tear off and new roof install in half a day. Took very much care for the surrounding plants and yard. After clean up you could not tell they where here that day. Provided me time to paint behind where the old gutters were, to inspect and seal existing bare would that was not painted by the builder when house was built. Came back and did the gutter install later when I was ready.

Paragon replaced our roof and gutters just yesterday. Jake, the owner, was incredibly knowledgeable and responsive. We felt fairly priced as well and no down payment required. His crew was respectful of our property and efficient. Finished our complete tear off and replacement in under two days. Probably would have taken only one day if it had not started to rain. Not only did they do a great job on our roof and gutters, they left our lawn looking better then when they arrived. They cleaned up so well! Jake was on sight to check in at the start on first day and stopped by again the second day. Be prepared-they are incredibly punctual and start at 7am! :)

Paragon Exteriors did a fantastic job redoing our roof. They completed the tear off and installed the new roof in one day. Our sales man Randy Barkley replied to all of our questions in a timely manner and came out after the job was complete to see if we had any questions and inspected the installation. Our roof was completed on time, on budget and at a fantastic value (we had a quote for twice as much for the same materials). They picked up all of the old roof materials and left the job site cleaner than when they arrived. The worker were professional and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They worked till almost dark to finish the roofing in one day and then came on Saturday to do the gutters and stayed until they were done. They always cleaned up after themselves. I think I only found like 6 nails since they left and expected to find many more since it's really hard to contain them.

I received several quotes for my roof and gutter replacement project and Paragon's was the best pricing. The owner came out several times and answered all my questions. He was also able to coordinate scheduling with my chimney project and work around a landscaping project. The crew were great and worked hard all day in the heat of July. The project was finished on time and as ordered. I like that they have the resources of a large company but your main contact is with the owner and everything that was discussed was done. They looked over my problem, told me exactly what they felt would be needed and did not try to upsell me any unneeded service. The day of the repairs they arrived in a timely manner, did the repairs and cleaned up. I couldn't be happier with the job they did. My husband and I spent about a year looking for the right company to put on our new roof. Our roof began to leak and we were getting pretty concerned about protecting our home from mold damage. We took quotes from at least 5 companies. All of the companies were way too much. During the whole entire quotation process Paragon was the only company that actually went on our roof and really looked at it. I was shocked the other contractors did not take the time to take a look. Therefore, in my opinion they were making up crazy quotes without even knowing what they were working with. Paragon got us in there que as fast as they could. It rained the morning they were scheduled to put up our new roof. The crew showed up as soon as it was sunny, in the mid afternoon and they put the roof up in about 5 hours. They also cleaned our gutters and put up leaf guards!! We were amazed, they prepped, put the roof up and cleaned up in the blink of an eye. The whole crew was extremely professional, youthful strong guys. They were very polite and clean. They worked nonstop. Don't go with some company with an over the top website and marketing because your not going to have any idea who will show up and work on your roof, they probably don't know who they are going to subcontract to in the first place. The only company that is going to do our work is Paragon. This is probably the best exterior company in Southeast Wisconsin, if not the state. There brand should be the standard!

Paragon completed a new roof job for me this week. The entire experience was great and the price was very competitive. Not only did Jake and his crew do top quality work on our roof, gutters, and windows, they kept the mess to an absolute minimum. Aside from our house looking like it got a serious upgrade, you wouldn't know they were here. With the ridiculous amount of rain during our scheduled improvement time, Jake always communicated when they would be able to work and what they would get done. We called several contractors to bid on our roof, only a handful returned our call, and of those, only Paragon was actively engaging with us for our business. Jake came by and did a measure and gave us a quote. There was no pressure and he listened to what we wanted to do and only gave suggestions when we asked for his professional opinion. He came by later with samples and took his time with us as we narrowed down our choices. When the time came, the weather was being typical Wisconsin, but Jake kept in touch with us via text letting us know when he expected the material and crew to be on site. When they showed up (on time by the way) they got straight to it. They picked up all of their garbage, didn't damage any of our plants or even our grass. They looked for nails and debris around the house several times, and cleaned up every day before they left. We weren't expecting it, but Jake was kind enough to also work around our window install which because of the weather, was also pushed around a bit. His guys ended up working on the weekend to get the job done - Again, not expected. Overall we were very satisfied with their workmanship. The weather hasn't been that great still and the roof is doing its thing and it looks great. We will recommend Paragon to everyone.

I am extremely satisfied with Paragon Exteriors roof replacement. From the day Randy gave me an estimate until he did the final inspection he kept in touch and answered all questions I had. He brought sample shingles to help me decide on a color and gave ample notice as to when the job was to be started and completed. The initial price quoted was honored and there were no hidden costs. The roofers were organized and efficient. I am impressed with the quality of work and clean up at job completion. I was happy with the equipment used to remove the roofing debris at night, eliminating the need for a dumpster in the driveway. I have already recommended your company to a friend.
