I'm a contractor that works around the lake though I never knew about this place it's a gem in the rough. They have a place where I can buy any Makita tool I want absolutely fantastic. And they take care of my tools to get repaired. They have a tool rental place. And they have a lumber yard full service thank you very much for being available and open.

Home Lumber is all about customer service and satisfying people with the quality of work. Great place to look for materials and help for any project!

Staff is quick to help. The owners are right there on the floor helping to. Even though they specialize in moving lots of construction materials, they gladly accommodate hobbyists like myself.

Kris does a fantastic job with all of your cabinet and countertop needs.
She also has a very nice custom closet line with many colors to chose from.

If you are looking for construction- grade durable tools, this is the place to go. I have bought cordless tools, lumber and drywall and have always had exceptional service.

The owner went out of his way, literally to drive across town and pick up a part I needed for LED lighting project on my deck. Great customer service from a hometown hardware store.

Helpful staff know tools & products, make recommendations. Good paint selection but no 5 gal pails stocked -- must order that size if needed.

This review is based on the very poor service we received from Janice Mc... My sisters and I can handle a slow sales person , but not a very rude one as well . Hasn't anyone bothered to retrain her ? Or noticed ? Janice answered none of our questions , and stared into space instead . And then got nasty . We were told that she had been at home lumber for a long while .

Called Home Lumber because I needed a tool and I know they sell high quality tools. The gentleman I was referred to, Geoff seemed to know the tools and was enthusiastic about the brands they carry. I decided to make the trip and check out their selection.
When I arrived Geoff greeted me and seemed genuinely pleased to meet me. He showed me several options in the tool I was interested in and then showed the full line of tools, introduced me to several co-workers and made me feel like I was the most important person in the place. I thought, "This guy is an incredible asset to this company."
Well, come to find out, I was right! He is an incredible asset to the company, he's the owner!
