This is a newer location to the ABC family. Our crew has needed things that they did not have in stock but the team at the Lacey ABC found away to get them within hours and saved our project. Now that this location has started carrying more and more roofing materials and supplies we look forward to doing more business there going forward. Thank you to the team (Nicole Larsen and Kendra Cabrera) for always finding a way to help out small businesses every day.
Shannon at Kaycan was incredibly helpful, first by phone walking me through pricing and availability, and later in person making sure the available soffits were what I was after. The prices were great too, will definitely be back.
Shannon attitude on the phone is rude and impatient. First time trying to buy at Kaycan so I wanted to make sure they had the material before going cause my business is in the North area. English is not my first language. I called them and I couldn't understand one terminology word so I asked Shannon if she could spell it for me. She answered in a rude way saying that she will not explain me anything, to which I replied: "Yes, you have to do it, if not how can I order or buy something"
