this business,ABC Roofing Supply loaded a roof across the street from our home February 19,.2020. I had to call their office. The workers loading the roof had their non English radio turned up so loud a person could hear it inside my home!!! The workers never turned their radio down or off even though,Rebecca,whom I talked to said she would call workers and tell them to turn down radio. Never happened. We will make sure if anyone needs roofing materials delivered from this company they are aware of this unprofessional conduct.

Unable to use them as a vendor. Never able to get roofs loaded and always over charged on quoted jobs. My outside sales representative couldn't even be bothered to get me a price list, after two months of bothering her for it I finally got pricing only to find out they wouldn't stand behind the numbers they gave me. I lost thousands on jobs that we bid under false pricing. I would never recommend them as a supplier, they seem to struggle with stocking enough product or knowing what was in there inventory. We were consistently having to settle for different brands or other products to get our jobs compleated as schedule for our customers.

The staff are always helpful, friendly and professional. They take everything in stride pretty well even though I throw some pretty tough jobs at them from time to time.

I thank you for recommending Advance Roofing, Otis, OR, to me a few weeks ago. However, i am advising you never to recommend Advance Roofing to anyone in the future! I called the supervisor of the company and was told that I would have an estimate "at the end of the week." Never heard anything from them. I called him back....left message and never heard back. I, then, called the office and left message, no response. It has been 3 weeks and still no response! I would never recommend them to anyone! (It makes you look bad.) Although it seems you are getting good messages on your site. Advance Roofing's site is getting bad messages....

Fantastic customer service all around from order to delivery. Very professional helpful staff! Highly recommend making your next roofing purchase through them and they offer many other products. Truly happy to do business with such an exceptional company.
