Valley Roofing presented me, Mariah A. Taylor, with a FREE NEW roof, thanks to their response to KOIN TV. They gave me the opportunity as a community leader, icon, historian and VANPORT flood survivor of 77 years ago, to have a new roof. Bonnie Crosss nominated my name as as a recipient, we were featured of KOIN TV President's Day 02/17/25 at 9:00 pm. VALLEY ROOFERS were couteous, respectful, polite and gave me the best of all they had to make this miracle possible. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and God bless you all.

Valley Roofing responded to my request for a diagnosis and estimate. They sent someone the next day, who temporarily stopped the leaks around the chimney and gave me a reasonable estimate for removing the decommissioned chimney. The next dry day (two weeks), a crew came and removed the bricks above the roof line, patched the hole, and re-shingled the roof. I am very happy with the work.

We had Valley Roofing place our new roof in 2017. We were more than pleased with the work performed, as well as stellar customer service. This past week, we had a leak show up unexpectedly. We called that morning, they were here to assess the situation before noon. They have already been back to complete the repairs and it was not a small repair. They made certain we were pleased and took care the billing because, in their words, "it was the right thing to do". We are so grateful to have found Valley Roofing and highly recommend them to anyone at any time. They are honest and trustworthy and sometimes that is hard to find.

I had The Most Wonderful Roofing Experience! I contacted Valley on Tuesday, having been advised on Monday that the flat roof section above my front porch had been partially pulled off(that's another story). Not all roof contractors 'do' flat roofs, but Valley was suggested and I was impressed by the stellar reviews. I had photos of the issue and on Tuesday I sent them directly via email and the response from Tana (every response, actually), was prompt and clear and kind. It took me a second to get the digital aspect of the estimate sends, but I was reassured by Jon Taylor reaching out directly. It was a very reasonable and comfortable estimate. I was expecting to be put on a calendar; we've had so much rain and I'd gotten accustomed to the extremely wet porch, however Jon thought they'd be able to get it done 'tomorrow' (which was today). Amazing! The two man crew (Angel & Cesar) were so nice, so professional, so focused and timely, did the job at hand and really really went the extra mile to clear up an old issue of the roof. Nutshell:?I will not ever go elsewhere if I need a roof contractor. Period!

Jon came out promptly to inspect a roof leak. This was for a roof they did not install. Jon quickly found a problem and did a minor repair. He also inspected the roof for other potential issues. They were customer focused, made some suggestions, but did not try to oversell.

Stellar work ethic and attention to detail. Our whole project has been challenging. However, we didn’t have any issues with Valley Roofing. They have delivered wonderful results and I would highly recommend them to all of my friends.

I recently called Valley Roofing regarding a small leak in the vent above my bathroom. Jon, the owner, immediately came to assess the problem. He discovered it was due to debris (mainly pine needles) around the vent causing the backup. He cleaned the area and this resolved the problem. Thanks, Jon, for your service and not charging me. Absolute pleasure working with Matt Donoho, General Manager, for roof replacement completed September 2023. Outstanding customer service and care, along with a complete knowledge of roof components to address on complex roof design. Corrected issues not completed by previous company just 7 years ago, including ice and water barriers in deep valleys and low slopes, metal valley flashing, proper shingle installation, improved ventilation, and more. Any questions or concerns were promptly addressed to my satisfaction. Efficient and reliable performance, with daily clean up. The roof looks great!!!

I’m still in awe! I called this morning to get a quote on a skylight replacement. I received a call back and within a couple of hours Jon, the owner, was here to look and actually brought a replacement with him and installed on the spot. Joe Johnson came to my house to estimate a roof repair. He was prompt, professional and friendly. Valley Roofing did not carry the needed product to complete the repair. Joe put me in another contractor to complete the repair and even provided them guidance on the suggested repair. Joe went above and beyond, I will definitely contact Valley Roofing for my future needs.

Jon Taylor and his crew came out and quickly/professionally installed gutters on our 20’ Hazelnut Wash Plant. I have worked with several roofing companies over the years, and Valley Roofing is one of the Best! They also can install all kinds of roof applications!

Working with Valleys Roofing in spring of 2021 was a great experience. It started the day we arrived at the showroom- they were closed however Jon was there in his truck getting ready to go home. He took the time to greet us and let us in to get get samples and chat about our needs. The crews were exceptionally personable, professional and courteous. Had Valley Roofing install a new roof on our home 4 yrs ago, and we love it. Last week one sheet of shingles had worked its way loose. I contacted Jon at Valley Roofing and within a couple hours they sent out a crew and they fixed the problem in about 15 minutes. Very Happy.

I contracted with Valley Roofing to do needed siding repairs on a section of my house. From Tana, the very friendly first person I talked to in their office, (and later Sarah, also in their office and very nice), to Erin, the very knowledgeable estimator who really listened to my siding repair needs (unlike some other companies who had their own agenda and wanted to sell me more), to all the hard-working employees like Omar, who kept me informed by showing me what they detected (dryrot) and explained exactly what needed to be done to resolve the issues, to Jose, Jake, Bob, Juan, and Carlos, who worked every day in the hot sun to get the job done, I have to say that this was the most positive experience I have ever had working with a business. I have to give Matt special thanks for extending unbelievable generosity in resolving the roofing issues that were found. Needed to get some moss off of my roof that has extremely high pitches. Valley Roofing and Repair didn't even flinch. Their same day response from the online inquiry resulted in an appointment for a quote and a crew out just days later. To say I'm impressed is an understatement. They did what they said they were going to do, on time, and with a fantastic attitude. I couldn't believe the gentleman who got right up on our roof, you couldn't pay me to do it! I had 2 roofing companies come to inspect my roof after the ice storm, they gave me very unsatisfactory information-neither one really looked at the roof. Andy from Valley came out and provided in the same day all the information I needed to move forward.

We had our roof repaired several years ago. In a storm we had a slight problem with some flashing. They sent Andy out to fix it. They were awesome and professional. Great company to work with.
Then the insurance company needed some paperwork and they had it to us in a matter of minutes. Fantastic. I’d highly recommend them.

I contacted Valley Roofing to complete some repairs to my tiny home that was affected by the recent freeze. A tree fell on my home and damaged my roof and gutters.
Andy, with whom I spoke with completed the inspection and told me that he would get back to me to place me on the schedule to complete the repairs.
I am not moved into my home yet due to the damage. So I suspect Andy heard my sigh, that it may take longer for me moving in, no fault of theirs, of course.
I took a trip out to my home yesterday and to my surprise, the young men were just finishing up the gutter repair! I think I stood there for a least a minute or too, with my mouth open!
The roof repair was complete as well as the gutters!
Boy was that the best thing that has happened to me this year!

Valley Roofing and Exteriors went to great lengths to go above and beyond, and took great care to see that problem spots were addressed accordingly, so there would be no future problems. I had a leaky skylight that needed replacing. After calling 2 other places that didn't return my call, I called Valley Roofing. They sent out a person to inspect the job within 2 days and the very next day Andy was here to replace my skylight. it only took 3 days total till the job was completed. Andy was nice, on time and finished the job in about 20 minutes. I'm very pleased with Valley Roofing and would highly recommend them. Thanks so much

The Valley Roofing crew did a very good and thorough job on my 22-year old roof. It needed replacing due to age, the 2 plastic domed skylights were cracking, and water damaged under-roofing where the garage connects to the house (eeks, what a mess that was!) was leaking into the garage and laundry room. They came out about 6 weeks prior to roofing to tarp/seal that nasty damaged area from the rains... it worked beautifully! The roofers were a pleasant lot and, at times, they were singing while they worked... I enjoyed that from the dry and warm comfort of my kitchen. The new flat glass skylights are very nice... more light into my home (the plastic domes were tinted, which had increased with age). I inspected the work myself as it progressed and I do believe that the new metal "channels" placed in the "valleys" will prohibit water from pooling/seeping under the shingles on such a low-sloped roof. I also am taking their recommendation to remove more tree branches that are reaching over the roof and causing water issues. I will/have recommend/-ed Valley Roofing to my neighbors and friends who need similar services. "Job well done" said a satisfied customer.

Shout out to Andy. He was amazing. He took a look at our roof and fixed the problem same day. He was very quick and affordable. I would definitely recommend Andy for any future roof repair. Would give 6 stars if I could.

The Team works year round, rain or shine...my project was work on front and back of home. A few of the days weather was not pleasant, they were on site and getting project completed. Erin, my sales rep was amazing, personable, very easy to to chat with. There were a couple of items that came up I wanted to have done a bit differently, and they addressed them quickly, and finished work looks amazing. I will definately be calling them again for my next project.

I quickly got a call back from the repair man. He stated they were able to find that he had been out but that no notes made it into the system. I am glad that they were able to find it. After posting I was contacted and asked if they could send someone out to look at the roof and see if there's a way to move forward. I appreciate them reaching out. They stated that the owner was not aware until my review was posted. We opted not to have them out as we have already chosen another company to do the replace and it felt unethical to have Valley out when we knew they would not be able to earn our business back. I really wish they had reached out after I made them aware of the situation instead of after I posted the review. The person who reached out was great as always. I just wanted to update to give the full picture of their customer service on top of the issue that we had. ***
I am so disappointed in this company. We know we need a new roof. We had the out a little over a year ago and thought we had a great experience. They had separate people come out to repair the roof and then to give us an estimate on a new one. We intended to get a new roof this past summer but... our HVAC unit went out... so that was put on hold. Fast forward to the recent downpour and our leak returned. I called to ask if they could come back out and look to see what is happening. The person who answers the phones and coordinates is so nice. Then the repair person called and basically stated that he had never repaired our roof and that we must be confused. He said there was no point in looking at it again as we need a new roof. I went and looked back at my cleared checks for my account because I was sure it was them we had used and I have a cleared check for my payment to them. I called back and spoke with the office, they said they have no record of any repairs or of us ever paying them. I handed the check to the repair guy and it cleared. Now I wonder if the roof was actually repaired. We had a bucket up there from when it had leaked previously that we only brought down this fall. It's possible this person did nothing. We have no way of knowing. At any rate, we are hustling to get our roof replaced but will not be using them as a result. At best they don't keep appropriate records, at worst they have a repairman that is not on the up and up.

I called Gonzo of Valley Roofing on Friday afternoon for a repair on some flashing on a roof vent that was leaking due to rain storms. They were here AND FINISHED by Monday morning at 10:30!

Valley Roofing installed a brand new standing seam metal roof on our home and garage. It was a very tedious and labor intensive job, and they followed through and did a great job. Unfortunately some touch up paint was used that didn't weather evenly, and cosmetically there were some inconsistencies. They were responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and the job was completed correctly. Things can happen, and they made sure to resolve them correctly. Would def recommend.

If you don't use Valley Roofing for your project, you are making the wrong choice. I don't ever write reviews, but they deserve the accolade. They were timely, efficient, friendly, overly helpful, and have gone above and beyond to help us with our project! We had comp & metal roofing removed, excessive repairs of plywood and fascia, new comp installed, questions about our membrane deck, special order skylights...on and on. To the extent that I called to have more fascia replaced, in the midst of their shop moving, and I have a crew at my home less than 24 hours later. Really above and beyond - thank you to Joe, Tara, Matt, Jon and your hard-working, killer crew!

Valley Roofing replaced my roof. Their crew was responsive, polite and did an quality job. My roof had some challenging spots and they were diligent and made sure it was done right even though it took extra time. The quote was very reasonable and I felt like I could trust the integrity of this company. They cleaned everything up and left my home and yard as they found it. I would highly recommend them.

We had a small, slow leak in our older roof that was starting to cause issues in our bathroom ceiling (which we were pretty nervous about, honestly). Within literally minutes of arriving - on a Sunday no less - Andy diagnosed the issue and helped me to understand the problems, as well as how to prevent them going forward. Before he left he even did a quick look around of the roof to spot any other potential problems. Something he definitely didn’t need to do but was very appreciated.
