ABC Supply Co. Is a great place to do business, we had a hiccup in the beginning that wasn't they're fault and they stayed diligent on the task and so far we are very pleased with the effort and product we received from ABC Supply Co., Inc. in Avondale.

If I could give -0- stars I would ALL DAY. If you want to hear day after day "we're working on it." Go ahead and order from these guys. Ordered windows through ABC Supply Co. Inc in January and they still have not produced the windows. They have said for 8 months Pella hasn't delivered. Possibly the order didn't get put in, because after 4 months, they "re-ordered". In lieu of any attempt to try to find them or following up on the order, they give us Pella's phone number. The Pella manager is confused why we're calling him. We're confused too, but at this point, we just want the windows. We fully understand supply chain issues, everyone has them, but there is a level of customer service a company can provide. ABC Supply does not. We've had no luck getting ANY ONE at ABC Supply to follow up beyond a "we're working on it", which they obviously are not. Finally, located the windows through the Pella Rep, they're reportedly at another warehouse, again ABC .... no where to be found in this solution. Not sure how they stay in business.

Best place to get my material from. A young man name Juan who works outside was very helpful and had an amazing attitude. Need more workers like him.

Great Costumer Service. They have everything you need! Definitely recommend ABC in general but this location is by far the best one. Great people, great products, great costumer service.

I’ve had pretty bad experiences here until I met Steve snover, he was so helpful and treated me like a customer should be treated! He has a lot of experience and you can tell when speaking with him! Will be coming back here because of him!
