The owner was very thorough on his inspection of a couple of roof leaks we had - explained the process and supplied us with pictures of areas of roof that needed repairs. Started project 7 days after estimate. Came with a crew of 3 at 620am completed the job at 530. Our original tiles were discontinued so they tried to match as closely as possible, but took older tiles from back of house and switched them to the front so from the front of the house there were no mismatches and put replacement tiles in back of the house. Did thorough cleanup after project was completed . Sent us pictures of the process during the day of the work done and the final product.

I am extremely pleased with the work that Estrella Roofing did on a roof repair for me. They responded quickly to phone calls and emails, got the work scheduled quickly, showed up when they said they would, took pictures of the repair work throughout, and cleaned up my backyard very well. I would recommend them for any roof related repairs.

Juan and his crew did an excellent job installing a complex metal roof at a very reasonable price.
We supplied the materials separately and even with delivery problems and delays, Estrella Roofing handled all the unique issues.
This is his third job they have done for us in the last 6 years (my son's light weight tile underlayment, my Mother's convential asphalt singles, and now my hidden fastener metal roof) each very different.
Clean up, crew communication, no mess, and friendly interaction with Juan and his crew were pluses.
Based on my experience, even if he is not the lowest bidder he is worth the consideration. On my Son's house and my metal roof he was lowest, and on my Mother's he was middle, but still worth the extra.

While purchasing a home in Maricopa, some roof issues came up in an inspection. Estrella provided an estimate, and seller got a second opinion. We chose Estrella, even though their bid was a bit higher, because their description of what was wrong, what repairs were needed was so much more thorough, and came with a 5 year work guarantee when the other vendor only guaranteed their work for 2 years. We will definitely use tEstrella going forward for annual roof inspections, and when it's time to replace.

I had a repair to our roof done by another contractor about 8 months ago. My roof started to leak again from the same area after a storm this past November. Called previous contractor and for the last month kept getting the run around. We'll be there, we'll be there tomorrow to take a look, blah blah blah. After trying unsuccessfully for a month I had to do something before another big storm comes thru and causes more damage. I will say I am no roofer and can't be certain but I can only state the leak was in the same area. Previous contractor choose not to re-evaluate or communicate so here I am.
So I called Estrella Roofing on 12/13 and Bart came out on 12/15 to inspect the roof and also to give an estimate. Bart was on time was very thorough and gave us a detailed estimate on what they would be doing and what the cost would be.
The roofing crew showed up today 12/20 and got down to business. I was not at home while the repair was being completed. I got home later, took a look and could already see it was a more indepth and better repair than what was previously done by another contractor. Alex emailed me a link to pictures of before, during and after the repair was completed. I'm no roofer but I can tell you the area that was repaired looks really good and the craftsmanship was top shelf. There was no mess left behind either which is another plus.

I plan to have Estrella Roofing perform an annual inspection and perform repairs as necessary. Our roof is 20 yeas old so a completely new roof is in order in the near future.

This was the second time I hired Estralla Roofing to complete a repair. Their fist job was excellent and so was this job. They were fast and priced fairly. They did and excellent job of cleaning my roof and job site. I highly recommend them.

After receiving several quotes for re-coating our foam roof we decided to use Estrella Roofing. They were not the lowest price (and not the highest) but we felt much more comfortable with how detailed and specific the re-coating process would be. They then returned several weeks later for an inspection and touched up a couple spots. I'm a get up there and see for myself person, so I did. Recently I had several roof tiles fall off the east center roof line of my home. A neighbor of mine had recently used Estrella Roofing for her roof repair and was very pleased. So, I requested an estimate from ER. A Mr. Lopez came out to provide this estimate and also suggested it would be a good idea to inspect the entire roof for any unseen issues. He did so and discovered several broken roof tiles to be replaced and several whose cracks needed caulking. Note: The damaged area of my roof also included replacing several supporting line boards and wood surface boards and proper drainage support.

The work was scheduled and completed within 4 weeks/yesterday. The two gentlemen who arrived to repair my roof were very pleasant, professional and as it turns out, very good at their labor. They also cleaned up after the completion of their work/100%.

Wow. Simply wow!!! We started with Bart and had a great experience there from the get go. Then we met the crew who redid our entire roof working from as early as they could until 4 and even 5pm on a couple days. These guys did an amazing job from beginning to end and I would recommend them to my own family and friends if anyone needed a roof repaired or redone. They all did a great job in communicating when they would be here and even sent us photos of any damage found that needed to be repaired. Then, when finished, Bart stopped by to go over everything done and make sure any questions we had were answered. Again, we have worked with a couple different roofing companies over the years and this is the first one I've chosen to write a review for because they went above and beyond from beginning to end. Couldn't have been happier to have had them work on our roof.

I was impressed when one of the owners showed up to do the estimate and knew what the problem was from a picture he had seen on Google Earth. He's been in the roofing business for 25 years and was able to explain in great detail exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. As a home renovator for 19 years (with limited shingle roofing experience) it was obvious he knew what he was talking about. Where other companies recommended replacement, Estrella roofing was able to do a thorough repair in the area that needed it and I found out that the rest of the roof is actually in decent shape. They were able to get the job done in one day with a professional/friendly crew. I have already recommended them to friends and feel confident in doing so.

Very impressed with the communication, timeliness, quality, and attitudes the team members all had. Top quality and professional work was their objective. They were on the roof at 05:45 AM each morning and worked consistently until 04:45 PM each day. Then they took the last 15 minutes of each day to clean up the area around my home. No debris or nails were left behind. Photos were emailed to me throughout the process since I wasn't about to climb the latter onto the roof.

Bart the project manager and his workers were very friendly and compassionate about their work. Showed up early and started right to work. They did an excellent job of repairing my roof for leak and debris in the channels. They doubled the size of the channel’s, repaired broken tiles, and replaced the rotten wood. They also cleaned out the other channels on the roof so those wouldn’t start leaking thru the roof. I had another company come out and they immediately told me I needed to repair the whole roof. Bart told me that the other parts of the roof didn’t need to be changed only the section they repaired. Glad I called Estrella Roofing.

I had a great experience! Estrella Roofing is a family business that takes great pride in their handiwork. My new tiled roof is gorgeous and was expertly re-designed (tile rows, drainage) where needed. Adilene in the office answered the phone directly, was patient with questions, and kept me informed. Stephen inspected my roof and pointed out (with photos) where the builder could have done better. Juan, the owner, provided a detailed estimate soon afterwards, updated it after I raised issues, addressed my concerns throughout the process, and visited me in person a couple times so we could discuss the roof. Juan and his team came out and repaired all the areas on my tile roof that were leaking. They took extra care in making all repairs and necessary replacement of water damaged wood under the tiles. When finished, they were careful to clean and remove any/all remnant's of the job. Very courteous and punctual as well, they started and finished when they said they would.

We have a flat roof and turns out the scudders were not installed correctly by the builder, sadly our house is over 10 years old and cannot go back on the builder. So the scudders not being installed correctly has caused quite a bit of leaking into the ceiling (seems the seller we bought from just kept painting the ceiling so as buyers we couldn't see the damage until recently). We contacted Estrella Roofing and from their receptionist to their roofers (Juan and his team) are extremely polite and professional, provided the same information as our insurance adjustor did of the scudders and they quoted a fair price. They scheduled us pretty quick and were able to do the repairs in two days. It's not easy to find a roofer that works regularly with flat roofs and we highly recommend Estrella Roofing for your flat roof needs! Our repairs also came with a one year guarantee, though we haven't had a monsoon for a couple of years you never know what this summer may bring so get your roof looked at prior to the heavy rains. For those that live in the same neighborhood we do off Jackrabbit and north of Indian School, you probably have the same builder if you have a Santa Fe style home with a flat roof so get the scudders fixed.

We experienced water leaking near our skylights and, based on a friend's recommendation, we used Estrella Roofing for the repair. The inspector did a thorough review, showed me photos of the damaged areas and we got a quote the very next day. We scheduled an appointment and they arrived on time and worked straight through for several hours. I have to give the workers credit, it was a cold damp day and they worked until the job was completed. We then got pictures of the repairs. Overall, a very easy experience for us. Everything about Estrella Roofing was great! They did a beautiful job on a neighbors home, but it was also price that mattered to me. I had a few other estimates, and not only was Estrella less than the others, they included everything other roofing companies were going to charge extra for. The warranty was also twice as long as the others. The crew was amazing! In 100 degree temperatures, they worked 10+ hours a day, and completed the refoof in just a few days. From start to finish, Juan and his crew were on top of their game. They kept me informed at every step. The crew cleaned up each day and ensured the home was waterproof each night. I had a complete roof redo with a flat roof included. They replace all damaged fascia, plywood decking, and found a color match for 415 tiles that had to be replaced. They also coordinated with my solar install, reinstall and left additional tiles should the solar guys damage any. These guys would be highly recommended by me. I strongly recommend Estrella Roofing. These guys work hard, are honest, know what they are doing, and communicate regularly with the customer. I really appreciated the daily visits by Bart or Juan to talk with me about the progress, and I appreciated that they emailed me in the evenings with pics online of that day's work. Good job by a professionally trained and supervised crew. Their pricing was not the least expensive, but close to the middle of six quotes I meticulously reviewed, all from ROC licensed roofers of good repute.

They took time to do a detailed inspection of the vents, drains, the corners, slopes, etc. of our tile roof; assembled a quote within a week, and provided a realistic time they could start the work. I chose them, and they started the job on the date promised, cleaned up the job site every day they were here. The working crew exhibited polite and professional work attitudes at all times.

Bart photographed existing flaws or leaks or broken spaces in my existing roof, both before the work started and as it progressed, and was eager to show me problem areas any time I asked.

Estrella Roofing did an excellent job on the roof repair from the storms we had this past Fall. They communicated continuously the status and timing the job would be completed. They showed up when they said they would and completed the job on time. There was rain scheduled prior to the job being started, and they came out on their own and tarped over the damaged portion of the roof to prevent additional water damage inside the house. I'd highly recommend Estrella for any of your roofing needs. Unlike another roofing company that started the quote process but never followed up or got back to me despite repeated attempts on my behalf to give them the job....That roofing company did not go "Above and Beyond" to do the work.. Estrella Roofing ran circles around them!!

Terrible service. Had to wait 2 and a half weeks just to get someone out for an estimate for a leaking roof. Had to adjust my work schedule and leave early which cost me money to make sure I am home for the guy because for some reason they couldn't do an estimate if I wasnt home. Then 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment they call and say they are behind even after waiting 2 and a half weeks and he wont be coming to look at it but they can come out tomorrow morning. I guess companies like this dont understand in order to pay for this people have jobs and can't just take the day off just because you cant do your job and show up when you say you will.
