Daniel & crew did a wonderful job building a beautiful ‘old school’ shingled shade for my west side window. I contacted him because a neighbor had a couple of these built over their southern windows; as soon as I saw them I wanted one too! The shade was built as described, and the cleanup was excellent. I was very impressed with Daniel. He has knowledge and skill in his work. I my case, he replaced a toilet shutoff valve, then replaced the toilet, and also replaced the bathroom faucet fixtures. Contacted Daniel from Renaissance and let him know I needed a bedroom door put in. Let him know I had the door and hinges so he estimated the labor at a good price. Set up an appointment and he showed up on time. He was very nice and professional and went to work after introducing himself. Had to modify the door to close smoothly but when he was done it was a great fit. My strike latch didn't work so he had a spare that he put in for no charge. Great work and cleaned up before he left. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had some water damage to my patio roof and Daniel (& Luis) were awesome in getting it back in shape. Daniel broke the labor quote down in to three jobs (roof repair, painting & gutter installation) to make the cost more manageable. He emailed the materials list with the cost included which I was able to order & pay for online, and he picked it up and brought it with him. So easy. Work days, they showed up on time and picked up before leaving. Their work ethics and fun attitudes are topnotch and I'll be calling on their expertise again.

I'm extremely happy with the work Mr. Lopez did on a gate that was falling apart on the side of our house. Needed dry wall repair in a couple of areas where our dog chewed up when she was a puppy. Wasn’t sure I could match texture on the walls . Daniel assured me he could texture wall and get everything ready for paint. He did a great job , matched texture on wall and got walls ready to paint .Very professional and when he was done he always cleaned up around areas he worked in . Would hire again if needed

I hired Daniel to install a pet door in the wall for my dog. Daniel showed up on time and was prepared to do the job. He finished in good amount of time and cleaned up the area after.
