Had a great experience with Cross Roads. Sergio, the design consultant answered any questions we had. The work was done quickly and exceptionally well done. Everyone was professional and always courteous. Happy to have them do work on our home.

I am so excited to share my experience with Crossroads. My home looks so nice now. I observed the entire process and they definitely prep as described and are careful when applying the paint. They are professional in every sense of the word. Also, my preliminary research shows that the paint makes a difference. My sales associate, Sergio, was involved from start to finish. These guys do solid work! Needed a remodel for my rental and these guys really came through. I had gotten a couple quotes from other companies, but they were hands down the most affordable. Plus, they were able to work with my tight deadline. Will definitely be calling them if I need work done on my other rental. Highly recommend!

I contracted with Crosswords in January 2025 with 50% deposit for a sunroom. My sunroom has not even started. Try to get my money back. Ed, the owner, has been dodging me, and my phone calls about getting my deposit back . It is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company!! If I could give them a -10, I would!!!!

Crossroads Home Improvements has amazing roofers! Our existing roof was poorly repaired by another contractor so we had to call new ones immediately. They did a great job and our roof looks new. Great job!

The finished product is simply stunning. The cabinets look incredible, and the hardware installation is flawless. It’s clear that the installers take pride in their work, and it shows in the final results.

I was trying to Google a company to paint my house and I stumbled onto Crossroads Home Improvement. I had no idea that there's paint coatings that can last a lifetime and it will also deflect heat! I think this is a must have for Arizona houses.

We are very pleased with our new paint job. The men who came out were great workers and they worked very hard prepping before they put the paint on. They worked long hours paying attention to details. They finished within the time limit they gave us. It was neat to have a fresh paint job for Christmas.

One of the biggest advantages I’ve noticed is the reduction in outside noise. The vinyl windows provide excellent insulation, making my home quieter and more comfortable. Additionally, they are easy to clean and maintain, which is a huge plus for someone with a busy lifestyle.

: This company has called me now 5 times in less than 5->7 weeks. Each time I have told them I am Not interested, please do not call me again. This last time the person on the phone laughed at me, said there is no such thing as a do not call list, then laughed harder when I said their phonecalls were unwanted and borderline harrassment. I will never deal with somebody so rude and disrespectfull.

We recently had our bathrooms remodeled by Crossroads Home Improvement Company.
We interviewed three companies for the remodel. Marie from Crossroads met with us and provided the options we were looking for. The remodel cost is very reasonable. The installation was completed during the holiday season which is a busy time of year for us all.
Kevin and his team worked efficiently and were very professional. They performed quality work, while keeping the work area clean. We can now enjoy two beautiful bathrooms. We recommend Crossroads Home Improvement for your remodeling projects.

Evidently instead of returning calls for people that WANT to talk to them, they spend all their time calling people who say NO and request to be removed from their list. They call constantly, I hang up on them, ignore them, they keep calling. I've blocked 3 phone numbers that they have called from, yet they have another. I asked again to be removed. If they call again, next time will be a complaint with FTC.

Contracted with Croasroads for a full bathroom remodel. Make sure to check contracts and do not take the word of anyone at this company!

They demolished our cabinets and tub that were on the list of items to keep or were not on the contract at all. Then tried to convince us they did us a favor by replacing the tub but we still have no cabinets.

Each time the workers showed up, usually towards noon, they were unsure of what they were supposed to be doing. Then they would take an hour or more break on our patio, left their trash on the ground and wanted to work until well after 7pm. They were quick to take our cabinets and smaller accessories from the bathroom though. Also, make sure someone speaks Spanish to be able to provide direction and oversee the work, the company does not provide direction and oversight as part of the job.

The workers also attempted to get my wife to pay them for supplies claiming that the company does not furnish all materials needed for the job.

And the project manager, he would come out and glance at the work, ignore any questions or simply respond with "I'm just an employee, I don't know" to each question. When we tried to find out why the contract was so different than what we were told by the salesman, we were ignored completely. But when he wanted payment he was argumentative, aggressive, and still unwilling to answer any questions. I ultimately had to ask him to leave very directly, he stormed out scaring my wife in the process.

We asked for an itemized bill and were told they don't do that and haven't for 30 years. They refused to supply material costs even and went on about how overhead is built into the cost so they can't really share that. They also acknowledged there are plenty of software packages that can do this, they just don't want to provide this transparency to their customers. They will overcharge!!! It was approximately 80 square feet of tile (tile cost under $3/sqft), change a light (we provided the new light), and add an outlet on an interior wall with the bill being over 10k.

This company has cold called me every other week citing having done work in my neighborhood. After weeks of saying Im not interested, they continue to call and waste my time. Makes me question their ethics in general.

Update: When I asked them not to call me anymore they said "Oh no, you gonna cry". AVOID this company at all cost.

We live in Prescott Valley/Humboldt but learned of crossroadshomeimprovements.com (located in Avondale) through networking. In hearing good things about their work, we went ahead and got a proposal from them for a bathroom remodel we wanted to complete.

-The proposal/sales process was very "easy/smooth" and very well detailed. Rick (who we worked with) was very informational and PROFESSIONAL. He answered all of our questions. We accepted the proposal, and they were able to start almost immediately (important to us).
-We had a "few communication gaps" along the way for what was to be completed (from the sales to the operations interpretation), but the sales/operations/remodel team were very accommodating to ensure those communication gaps were closed quickly.
-The remodel work completed was top notch (and of course to code) and we were able to review every step of the way. From watching our previous house in Texas being built and remodels from other houses we owned previous to being here in Prescott Valley, we think we can speak from experience from the excellent work they completed.

WE WILL DEFINITELY LOOK TO THEM FOR FUTURE REMODEL WORK TO BE COMPLETED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Received an unsolicited sales call from Diana at Crossroads Home improvements even though I am on the Do Not Call registry. If they are willing to break laws to get sales then they are willing to break the law with poor quality work on your home to save a few bucks. Stay away from this company!!!!

Love my new bathroom from Crossroads! Tile work was exceptional and the whole thing came out beautifully. Chris, Eddie and the team were very responsive to us and communicated regularly through the whole process. A full bathroom remodel isn’t easy but they were great to work with.
