The staff was pleasant, I was able to get in and out quickly. There was some confusion when I called. The first time I was told I could purchase something as a public purchase. The second time I called I was told they do not sell this item to the public. Probably just some training but I'm glad I got the first person because this was a an item I really needed to finish my roofing job.

This is a great company to do business with Ryan definitely goes above and beyond with all my material needs and the office staff is amazing and super patient and polite.

I have used you guys for years.. an awesome place to get roofing materials peeps are usually very friendly..

So, i called looking for versetta stone. Right?

Shelly answered the phone and said they didn't carry it.

Being as it was today that I learned from versettas direct that abc is infact a retailer for westlake,,

I was surprised when Shelly and her friend at the desk mocked and ridiculed me,
*corrected me with mis-information.*

I made sure to call shelly back, of course (after): I called abs denver to verify.

This is not how you increase sales people,..

... And Shelly; saying we have cultured stone but not versetta stone is like saying we have cars but not Toyotas.

Learn your product.

..and stop using your desk pals to mock clientele.

Hey so I went here because we were doing a roof that had 100 year old clay tile for the roof they had it I don't know what else I should say I think we got a fairly decent deal on an antique roofing system so I'm giving the high rating go with your contractor so you get the right thing the first time so you are not backing up just my thoughts

Everything was fine it's just the past couple times I called to order things there phones didn't work right to the point we're they could not hear me

I CANNOT BELIEVE HOW RUDE THEIR "CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS ARE. I HAD CALLED IN NEEDING TO PLACE AN ORDER FOR PICK UP. THE GUY ON THE OTHER LINE KEPT INTERRUPTING ME. HE TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO CALL BACK ON MONDAY BECAUSE HE WAS SWAMPED. EVEN IF I WANTED TO TALK TO A MANGER, I WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO AS HE HUNG UP ON ME MID SENTENCE. I CAN ONLY IMAGINE WHAT MANAGEMENT IS LIKE, CONSIDERING HE WAS PROBABLY TRAINED TO WORK THIS WAY.

I'm a project manager for a roofing company here in town so I end up at ABC quite often. There's hardly ever been a place where you feel so welcome and greeted with friendly faces. Just today I came in feeling stressed out about a project but left feeling much better. Thank you ABC Supply.

Matt is always willing to help us with deliveries, inside staff is also very nice to work with on the phone.

Awesome! Brandon saved my butt and went out of his way to help a customer. They earned my loyalty for life.
