Abc supply in downtown Omaha is the best shingle supply place in Nebraska. Change my mind. If you have the pleasure of working with David at the counter, you are in good hands. The guy is a beast. Although it can be very busy at times, it is a huge turnaround from where they were! Keep up the good work, Abc

David from ABC downtown is a BEAST! The entire store has gone through so many positive changes in the past year. We need guys like this! Bilinguals, positive attitude, and very kind. Gets my orders out of there faster than jimmy John’s. Freaky fast ‍♂️

Costumer service is on point. David helps me a lot and is always in a good mood which makes this place feel positive. By far my favorite ABC to come to.

Never delivered here before and almost overshot the entrance ... But for a Friday afternoon these guys are going pretty fast to unload me .... Seeing is this place is like Lowes or home Depot sort of ... Another driver told me to deliver after lunch because it's a nightmare in the morning with downtown Omaha traffic and customers .... Idk how true that is but took his advice and got here around 1400 ... Anyway again they're unloading at a decent clip bcuz it's Friday and they wanna get outta here lol ...

Don’t know what that other reviewer had to do to not have to go through a contractor to order, but they were not at all helpful to me. They’re the only distributor of the siding on my house and I guess I’ll just have to match as close as can with some other stuff elsewhere, since they won’t work with me.

Everything was ready to go when I arrived and the service is awesome. It's my go to place and they have good quality merchandise.

I'm a home owner who ordered supplies without going through a contractor who already has an account. They were great to work with on doing a cash order and helping out someone who hadn't ordered before. siding was back ordered 4 months due to covid, but they told me that up front and were nice when I called in to check on statuses. The delivery driver was super nice and accommodating.

Eric at This ABC was fantastic to deal with. Great customer service. I didn’t feel like I was bothering anyone and he helped get the material I needed and shipped.

The person that greets your customers/contractors has to know their job. It’s a direct reflection on management. If this doesn’t go well, why would you think all that follows will. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful, knew the products I was there for & got me out the door in no time. I felt the business was appreciated & feel they will stand with what they sell. I never give 5 stars unless I’ve been to a place several times & service continues to be above average. Based on this experience I’ll go 4 1/2 stars however. There on behalf of who I work for, it was not my choice but the service I got ,I’ll recommend this place to friends. The location is also a plus because there’s not much else like it in that immediate area. There are other locations too.

I have been to this location many times and every time I say to myself I'm never going back. Very disappointed in the quality of material and the service or lack of at the counter. If thats not enough look down when you get out of your vehicle in their parking lot and you will realize that you have just drove over a bunch of nails/screws that their parking lot is covered in.
