ABC Supply Co. Inc. - Herculaneum, MO

Just purchased shingles for the first time in my entire life from this location on Friday. Me and a co-worker of mine had a small job to do over the weekend. I walked in and actually physically handed the guy behind the counter the shingle that I needed to match up. He acted like he instantly knew what it was and wrote me up a ticket for the amount that I was needing. I went and got my van and pulled around and loaded up the shingles. The next day I got the job site and pulled the shingles out. The first thing my co-worker realize was they were the wrong size. We couldn't use the shingles. Couldn't take them back because ABC is closed on the weekends. It was a complete disaster. To the point where I ended up walking off the job. I no longer speak to my coworker. Needless needless needless to say I will never go back to purchase shingles from ABC and this has been a big lesson for me. I'm sure if anyone sees this they will come back and say it's my responsibility to make sure that the shingles are correct. And I would have to agree but it doesn't help when the guy that's working there pisses on you and tells you it's raining.

The guys in the office were helpful got me what I needed and got me out the door in a very timely fashion

I was in ABC last week returning some material and Nick and everyone there were extremely helpful and professional! Look forward to returning there for future business. Highly recommended!
