My husband and I went in today thinking they just sold to builders and not 'regular' walk-in customers.

They refused to do a sale over the phone because I don't have an account.
Worst supplier in Michigan. Wouldn't let me return trim coils that I purchased the day before.
Guy shows me the small print no returns on aluminum.

They refused to do a sale over the phone because I don't have an account and when I asked to open account Larry treated me like I was an idiot and he was doing me a favor even talking to me so I went to Gulf eagle and elmont and they were more than happy to take my money

My husband and i went in today thinking they just sold to builders and not "regular" walk-in customers. We have dealt with Mark before choosing siding for our home with our contractor. Worst supplier in Michigan. Wouldn't let me return trim coils that I purchased the day before. Had them less then 24 hours. Found way cheaper coils is the reason I was returning. New never opened the box. Packaging in perfect condition. Guy shows me the small print no returns on aluminum. Strange how they don't mention it when you're buying it. I deal with a lot of suppliers and box stores. Never ever had a problem returning materials that weren't special order.
