I would recommend First Response Roofing and Construction for any roofing projects you may need to have completed. Greg was my sales person. He was polite, professional and most importantly, at least to me, not “pushy”. When I had questions, Greg provided me with the information I needed to make informed decisions in a timely manner. The company was able to perform their work with minimal to no disruption to my daily life. The price was within my budget. Overall a very pleasant experience.

First Response completed our repairs in a timely manner, at a price we could afford. We've since had heavy rain with no issues.

Roof looks great, guys worked late to complete the job the same day with rain predicted the following morning. Excellent clean up.

Terrible communication about issues with there windows they represent and sell. Don't purchase the Pella 250 series windows. They freeze on the inside. Clean up around the house was Terrible rushing to leave for the day. Multiple nails left in yard and driveway. Screens were damaged on the windows and still waiting for replacements. It's been almost 3 months. Greg there salesman says everything will be taken care of just to persuade you. Use caution and your judgment for this company my experience is so unprofessional and legal action should be taken.

They were great to work with and the siding/ windows / gutter project turned out very well. We are very satisfied with this company.

The First Response Crew was awesome! We LOVE the new siding color! They kept me posted if they came across anything unexpected. They took special care in picking up nails, etc because of our dogs. I highly recommend First Response!!!

They turned a 1 star review into a 5 star review. Learned after the job started a sub contracted crew was working for them doing my complete roof tear off and replace job. They neglected to take 10 extra minutes each morning to put tarps over my brand new Trex Deck porches which resulted in $350 worth of damages due to black tar stains and scratches from falling debris. They did a poor job in cleaning up which resulted in me filling up three 5 gallon buckets of trash and countless cig butts. Had to apologize to my neighbor for debris ended up in his yard which they did not pick up. They also neglected to replace all the necessary wood which resulted in coming back to replace sections once the new shingles were installed. Because they made it right, offered countless apologies, fired the contracted crew that next week and deducted expenses for damages and my clean up time did they get 5 stars. Greg did a great job giving me a professional, fair and communicative quote & got started on the job a season early due to discovered water leaks. Steve did a great job dealing with my issues, being available when requested and sending Jake back to correct what the contracted crew should of done the first time and overall being the professional image of the company. I would use them again in the future if I was assured they were not using contracted crews. Jake took the time to do a few "extras" associated with the job to ensure all was sealed off from past bat issues, re-secured chimney screen and painted over a few areas that were once covered. They convinced me they stand behind there work and made sure I was satisfied. I wanted to be angry but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and they proved why they should have 5 stars after all. Thank you

Hired First Response to re-do my dad's roof. They were competitively priced, did top notch work, left no mess after, and hands-down the best customer service of all the places I had bid on the project. 5 stars.

I contacted First Response to replace a shed that was damaged by stormy weather conditions. The team came out promptly and removed the old shed as promised. They completed the work on the new shed in a timely manner, cleaned up after the job was done and were extremely polite and professional.
I highly recommend First Response for any projects that need to be done around the house. I will definitely hire them again in the future.

The team at First Response did a fantastic job replacing the siding on my home. They were affordable and quick. Good communication and customer service.

When we were searching for a company to replace our roof we were looking for a company who had perfect reviews. First response was HIGHLY recommended across the board.

Before our roof was done they also installed a window for my moms second story condo which required quite a bit of brick work. They knocked it out of the park so I felt extremely comfortable with hiring them to do the roof.

When we called we were met with a really knowledgeable secretary who set us up with an appointment for the quote. Mario was the one who came out and quoted us. He located our problem areas immediately and the quote was in our email within a few hours with the different options we requested. He never pressured us to make the sale.

One thing that we really liked was that they stood behind their work with a 10 year warranty. The last time we had the roof done we replaced drywall where water damage had occurred from a leak. The leak was back within a couple years and all the work we did was destroyed. We didn’t want this to happen again.

It was months before we decided to go ahead but they honored the original quote. Mario came and met us again, we chose a color, put a down payment down and a few weeks later we received a call from Steve saying they were ready to start the next day. The crew showed up in the morning the next day and they work FAST! Within a few hours they had the entire roof stripped and were working on laying the new shingles. I want to stress that although they work fast they don’t cut corners. They finished the entire roof in one day and it isn’t a small house. They also cleaned up really well.

Steve and I met up for the final payment and, although it hasn’t rained on the new roof, I felt completely comfortable that if I had any issues Steve would handle it and make it correct. I can’t say enough good things about everyone at this company. When we’re ready to do the siding we’ll be calling them!

Greg was great to deal with, and the metal installers were first rate. Given the changes we had to make and the weather they had to deal with somewhat on the fly, I was very pleased by their work ethic and dedication to getting it done.

Out of the 4 companies I contacted, First Response was the only company to actually take the time to talk to me about the process and the items used for our new roof. They also had the best price as well and was done in just two days! Workers were polite and quick. I did find some trash left behind and am finding nails here and there, but they did a good job using the magnet to get most of the nails and offered to come back if I continued to find more. All in all, good experience and I would definitely recommend them.

First Response did an amazing job doing repairs and putting up siding on the condominium complex where I live. The estimate was accurate, they started on time, worked hard, and all the crew was professional and respectful. The job was finished much faster than anticipated and looks great! This was the smoothest home improvement we have ever contracted out! From day 1! Mario is an honest salesman. His crew was scheduled for a later date and ended up coming a week early. They are professional, hard working, and very nice young men. No complaints.

The gentleman that came out to do the work were friendly, professional and communicated with us. We are enjoying our new metal roof and hope to use the company for new gutters next year.

Had to have a new roof installed and called 3 different roofing company's. One never called me back and 1 spent about 5 minutes here and said that my roof was "on its last leg". First response came out and spent about 30 minutes explaining the issues we had. Quoted us and said that it would be about a month before they could get started. Due to all the rain we had it didn't get started for about 4 1/2 weeks. Jeremy, Matt, Justice, and Charles were super professional and the whole crew cleaned up EVERY single day. They worked about 12 hrs every day. My new roof is amazing and if I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Thank you guys for a great job.

We had First Response Roofing build a roof over our patio area and it is better than we ever imagined! The entire crew was very friendly, cleaned up after themselves and answered all questions we had! Will recommend this company for any building job!!

Very professional and respectful company and team of employees. After I requested a bid, the person called on arrival as I requested to conduct measurements of the roof being replaced. Received email regarding both bids that were requested within a day or two. Once I accepted the bid, the sales representative came to the location I was at to finalize necessary paperwork. Ensuring I fully understood the details of the job, that would be performed. Informing me of the required down payment. He explained once the down payment was received the job would be put on the schedule and should be completed within 4 to 6 weeks. I believe I was contacted within 3 weeks of the down payment being made, asking if they could complete the job that day. They had the roof completely replaced before I was even out of work that day. The only two ways I could tell they were there, the new roof and their dumpster trailer. Which their trailer was removed within 24 hours of the job being completed. They insured the entire area was safely inspected, to ensure everything had been cleaned up and put in their dumpster for my dog's safety.
I would definitely recommend them. This single mom was proud of this completed project and will be calling them again when I'm ready for my next home project.

Our roof was in major need of repair. This company gave a quote and was able to come out the same day and complete the repairs we needed for a reasonable price. All members of the staff both on property and in the office have been polite and respectful. They left no trash, nails, or debris at the home. Definitely recommend.

Firstly, Greg helped me decide what roofing materials would be best for this application. Any questions I had, Greg answered them quickly.

The First Response team worked well with us to complete our home maintenance project. Work was done to our satisfaction and was reasonably priced. I would recommend First Response to others.

We had First Response install new windows in our house. They also replaced one of the windows with an 8 foot doorwall in the living room. They did an excellent job and kept everything very clean inside and out. I would 100% recommend First Response.

I did some research and ended up receiving a few quotes from different roofing companies. Workmanship warranty, cost and reviews all factored in on my decision. FR checked all the boxes and I am glad I chose this company. Justin, Steve, Chris and his crew made the process of replacing my roof a pleasant experience. They are all respectful, honest, knowledgeable, hard working professionals. I was updated daily with the progress, immediately made aware of any issues and provided options, they left my homesite clean and there were no hidden fees. Took them a day less than expected, I have 2 dogs and was worried about nails, every night I checked all over the yard and never found anything, crew was amazing to work with and very professional!

First Response did a great job with my roof replacement and repairs. One of the roof jacks slipped off during installation which busted one of our gutters; however FR coordinated the gutter replacement in just a few days. I would highly recommend First Response.

First Response built a new front porch and deck on the back of our home. Their customer service was impeccable. They cleaned up the area very well. They also gave me time to transition some hosta plants before beginning. I was so grateful! I definitely recommend their services.
