I had three other roofing companies come out and give me quotes of over $15,000 to $20,000 for my roof. Reasonable came out, offered me $11,000 and gave me a upgrade choice to a tier 4 shingle for only $600 more dollars. This was an excellent choice and I would definitely recommend them

After receiving quotes from other window companies, I decided to go with Reasonable Roofing. The Project Manager Val Zohr came to my house and measured my windows. She brought brochures of windows and explained everything in detail. She also had with her a folder with the company insurance and warranty information that the others window companies never mentioned. Val was very professional and very knowledgeable in the field of windows. She kept us updated from the ordering of the windows to the installation of them. I couldn’t be anymore pleased with our windows and the crew who installed them, all very professional. I already have neighbors asking what company I got my windows from. After a tree fell on the back part of our house, we had considerable roof and truss damage. Frank from reasonable roofing came out and said they could handle everything from start to finish. From the drywall to the electricians to the plumbers, Frank scheduled all the trades thru out the process, our house turned out better than we imagined! There company along with Graham and dry force made a possible bad experience, into one that was not so bad. Graham also dealt with our insurance adjuster, so we didn't have to. We all know how difficult they can be! Thank you Frank and Graham!

Reasonable recently did siding and roofing on my house. Looks like a new house! Can't say enough about Val and all the hard work she put in to get the job done and done right! Would definitely recommend.

Took awhile for supplies to come in and for insurance payment to come. Once everything fell into place roofers were there at 7:30 am and done by 5:00 pm the same day and cleaned everything up. No left over nails laying around. Very happy with the service.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Valerie and her team on a roof replacement, adding gutter guards as well as some storm damage repairs. I cannot say enough good things about Valerie as well as the work product that has been undertaken so far. Valerie is an absolute gem. We are also undergoing a significant project, including structural work, adding windows, etc. to a lake-side facing wall. Beware! I called this company to come and give me and estimate on fixing a leak and also tell me if they see any storm damage as another company had said there was. I was not home but my teenager daughter was. I was seeing them on my cameras coming in with wood and things so I had her go ask what they were doing as I'd only asked for an estimate. They then called me and said they had found the leak (a rusty nail) and it would be $200 (service call) to fix it. I said no thank you as I was already dealing with a chaotic situation with another roofer and didnt want to rush into anything else. They then had my daughter's boyfriend come up on the roof so they could show him the spot as it would be easy for us to fix ourselves. 2 days later I got a bill for $200 for a service call. So they billed me for a service that I not only didnt ask for but they didn't do. They did "wave the fee" after I called to ask about it but the lady was pretty rude and acted like she was doing me a favor when in reality they were in the wrong.

Brian Fitzpatrick was friendly, professional and thorough in his initial visit. The price was good and above all Chad and his crew were on time, meticulous, friendly and answered any questions. Thanks for a great experience!

Reasonable Contracting recently completed a tear off and re-roof on our home in St Clair. Very impressed from our initial meeting with Val who took time to explain what to expect and answer all of our questions. Very thorough. Also, had a great crew led by Wayne and a great group of courteous and professional young men. In two days we had a beautiful new roof. Looks great and are delighted with the extended and transferable warranty. Val returned when the work was completed and swept for any errant nails. Great clean up each day. 100% satisfied. Glad to use a local company who has a storefront in the community.

This company is a representation of what a company should be! They did our roof and did such a great job that we hired them to do our siding and gutters a few years later. We had an issue with a window glaring on the siding and melting it in a spot. Even though it was not their fault, Reasonable came back out and replaced the piece for no charge. Reasonable replaced two roofs for us. Right from the start in working with their sales consultant, Val, we knew we were in good hands. She was knowledgeable, personable and most thorough in presenting what products and options were available to us. Her double checking and follow up visits as the work was underway and after completion were impressive.
The crew who did the work were efficient and careful. The crew chief was always open to questions and gave thorough explanations. They arrived when promised and went right to work.The cleanup was done well - nothing left behind.

I have been dealing with Brian Fitzpatrick since September 2023. Needless to say he is the man to have on your side. He has bent over backwards with a siding quote we are still in the process of doing, and he reassured us of everything when we just had our roof done in January. He is extremely knowledgeable with the roofing materials-as expected with a contractor-but so were the crew members who came out and installed our roof. When I first met Brian, he and another colleague instantly noticed hail damage on our siding which we didn’t know about. He is very detailed and doesn’t miss any imperfections. He is very compliant with answering my calls and texts and he has answered my texts on Sundays even. All around reasonable roofing is a great company and our contractor Brian Fitzpatrick is 10/10 the best person to deal with. He isn’t a typical salesman who pushes extra stuff on you or talks you into unnecessary things, he is concerned with the customers and how they feel about any work that needs to be done. Our roof looks great as they added a ridge vent and took out our 9 canned vents. Jim the schedule supervisor was also nice and was very quick on decisions. He called me 2 weeks prior to work being done saying he would have materials delivered and they would hopefully do the job the next week. It snowed big time but it was one day before it snowed again and he pulled the trigger on getting our house done before it snowed the next day. That was the only downfall as my fiance wanted to be home when the work was completed but I appreciated the trigger punch of his decision.

Fantastic work to repair hail damage to our home. Val met with the insurance adjuster and was with us every step of the process. So glad we chose a local contractor, it made a huge difference on the insurance claim, the amount of work covered, and saved us thousands of dollars. Plus, we have complete warranty coverage now, from a trusted, local contractor.

Our garage roof got partly smashed by a tree limb during the July 2023 storm. Brian worked with us to get such a good price for the repair that we decided to get the entire 30 plus year old garage roof redone as well as gutter guards on both it and our house. The work was all expertly done and at an extremely Reasonable price!

I chose Reasonable fir the simple fact that they were the only company out of three contacted that came out the next day after being contacted.
I work alot so my schedule is tight and not very flexible, that was a huge bonus, the other two, well one was busy and the other quoted from an online Google earth photo. Valerie Zohr was awesome she took over my projects after my former contact left the company. I started my journey with them just looking for a roof and gutters, asking the right questions quickly turned into new doors, windows, siding, and gutter guards. All things are done at a very reasonable and exceptionally good price. From beginning to end, both made me feel very secure during the whole project. They made me feel like my home was like their own, taking a huge personal interest in every little detail. Service workers gave the same feeling and vibe presented, they took their time meticulously making sure everything was picture perfect. From the initial quote, to the finished job they were great! our quote came with a copy of their business license and insurance liability binder (not something the competitors gave or seemed interested in) and we got a thorough explanation of the entire job. Brian was more than accommodating dropping off samples and keeping in touch as we got closer to the roofing day. When it came time to do the job the crew was just as responsive and did a great job. On time, clear communication and did a nice job cleaning everything up.
If you're looking for the cheapest price you'll need to go elsewhere, but if you're after quality, professionalism and value, you'll be hard pressed to find better!

If you are willing to wait 5 months for your windows, this is the company for you. Took a day off work waiting for the windows to "supposedly" be installed and they couldn't find them. Called to cancel the order and miraculaously they appeared 2 weeks later and insisted there wouldn't be a cancellationof the contract. Poor business practice..

Reasonable Roofing did a great job replacing my roof and skylights. Erica went out of her way to make sure everything was covered and did an excellent job working with the insurance company.

I'm in the process of having an 8x12 mudroom added onto my existing home.
So far, this job is going perfectly.
It's framed, shingles on and wrapped. The electrician is coming next week, the insulation will be done next. windows are ordered, the siding ordered. Erica, the Project manger, is excellent at her job! Carpentry is beautiful. Shingles are perfect.

We had roof repair and new windows with patio door and front storm door installed by Reasonable Contractors in April 2023 and was extremely pleased with the results. One of only two companies I could get to come out for a small residential job at the time, this one had the better quote price.

We were looking to get a new roof, siding, and windows. We were able to pick the kind of roof we wanted after they gave us the options available. We wanted to change some of the outside of our house and Val gave us some ideas and we picked what we wanted from different choices and also replaced our windows. I love the way the house looks and all the people who worked on the house were very helpful with what we wanted done and they all did a great job. I have had many compliments on my house.
