- The customer service at this place is terrible! Unless you’re a contractor don’t go.
- The first word under the name on their sign for supplies says 'Windows'.. however I went there twice in 2 weeks and 'the window person' wasn’t there.
- Horrible service in the back. Seems like no one wants to assist customers.
- I drove 40 mins on a Saturday to find out they are closed; they have off season hours not posted.

I saw some reviews were bad for this place but they were quick with me for a delivery even there was a FTL of shingles ahead of me. Nice and friendly people but little tight for a new comer. I think you can park overnight as well
Delivered to so many ABC supply locations across US but this one has to be my worst experience, the guy took like forever to just count the boxes n made me sit n wait there for 2 hours. So pissed right now. Make sure you are ready to waste your whole day when you come here for deliveries.
Customer service at this place is terrible! Unless you’re a contractor don’t go. They are unwilling to help you and act like they are bothered to even answer your questions…or come out from behind the counter. Awful awful awful.
In response to your offer to speak to me…no thanks. Twice I came in and it was the same. Sometimes regular people do need help….like rebuilding a home from a total loss and your insurance company nor your builder do anything to help you with the products you’re to pick out…just go and do it. Then to walk in to a business and be treated like you’re a bother while you are trying to survive with zero help from anyone? My advice to you all is to remember that other people besides contractors do exist and do need help.
