ABC Supply Co. Inc. - Bridgeport, WV

This is probably the easiest ABC I’ve delivered to…and I deliver to a boat load of ABC Supply stores. Google maps will get you here off I 79 easier than your truck version GPS. For van trailers…super easy dock and really good people.

From the start of my small business, this ABC branch had been very supportive, even when other local roofing suppliers were not. Their loyalty has paid off as my business expanded and I will continue on in the relationship formed. The Manager, Mike as well as the salesman Tim and John have been very helpful. Since Mike has taken over the Management position, I have not only been able to get them to stock new products, just for me, but have been asked if there are other things that would be helpful to be stocked. Steve, the dispatcher, was a delivery man previously, and was always very good with clients, and very positive even on less then ideal deliveries. Tim replaced him as delivery man, and has shown himself a capable person as well. Good client relations, knowing what the boom can reach without having to try first. I have been to several other ABC Supplies and these guys do much better at protecting the items during handling, especially when running the forklift.

Horrible customer service. Had some cracked soffitt to replace. Called several times all week. They don't have it & don't try to find it anywhere else even though they're only distributors who can get the product. They said they would call back. Hasn't happened yet. That was days ago. Pathetic follow through & pathetic follow up.
