I needed a small roofing repair and Contacted A1 Roofing after a recommendation from a family member. Nick, the owner was friendly and professional, he sent a crew right away. The work was done quickly and they did a great job. They even fixed and cleaned a loose gutter they noticed while repairing the roof.

Was referred to call A1 from a co worker that knows them personally. The owner called and set up a time to come see the roof and siding back in July/August. He showed up on his motorcycle unprepared to get on roof to do any inspection. I assisted in getting him access to roof. 2 days later he sent people out to get pictures and took a sample of the siding off the house. Since that time unless I have made the effort to contact them it has been radio silence. The owner told me he would handle the issue personally and that the siding would be able to get covered but maybe not the roof. I was ok with that, but again haven't heard anything from them for months. Seems like they have no desire to do the work or even call to advise status. Not what I would expect from a company.

We found a leak coming from our ceiling in our bedroom and within a few hours Nick had his crew out and patched up the area on the roof that’s as exposed.
His crew took pictures and explained the services they provided.
I was very pleased with the timing and professionalism they showed.

Crew did a great job being organized and clean while completing work. Nick is a trustworthy business owner with great integrity which is hard to find these days.

I had a roof and vents put in. Not only was this company cheaper than the other 3, they had it all complete in 1 day. Had a ton of people up there all doing a job. They cleaned up all the trash and walked me through the process. Amazing company.

I don't leave a lot of reviews, but I have to speak up on this one. We had a bad storm with High winds and hail back in July. I've never had a claim and all my 15 years of home ownership, I see why they say insurance companies are snakes. Nick fought for me through the whole process. The first contractor dropped the ball so I reached out to Nick from research and Recommendations. After going through two agents and and alot of stressful nights. Nick and Kenny got it done for my family. My home looks Beautiful and I know it's done right. I can finally rest easy tonight knowing there Really honest companies out here still. They quickly diagnosed the problem and told me how I could fix it myself. Turned out to be a quick repair. Since it was so easy they decided not to charge me a single dollar. Had a leak in my kitchen, called the team of Nick Miller and Sheila Miller and A1 Roofing Solutions to see what was the problem was. Nick assessed the problem and a few days later he and Kenny Lockhart came out and fixed the problem right away. They also checked my roof for a second time after the hail storm in Canal WInchester the other day.

I am very very happy with the new roof that A1 Roofing did for me. They were on time and very professional during the whole process. Nick Miller and Sheila Yasin did a great job keeping me informed with what was happening and when it was going to happen and it did when they said it would. The workers were here on time and worked straight thru until it was finished with only a couple breaks and it was really hot that day. I would recommend them to everyone for all their roofing needs.

Nick was very professional and kept us up-to-date on when he would arrive. He came out in a reasonable amount of time, inspected the roof and fixed the problem on the spot. After this past storm our roof took a nice hit. My husband and I worked with Nick, the owner, who responded in a timely manner. He made sure during every step of the way he checked in and updated us and answered any questions we might have. We have little ones and they made sure when repairing the roof they used a catch-all to make sure no loose nails landed in our yard. We were beyond pleased with the customer service! After some pretty nasty storms I had water coming into my upstairs crawl space. I asked around and Nick was heavily recommended by the community. I contacted him and he came out the next day to inspect my roof. He talked me through the entire process and helped me navigate the insurance claim process and even met with the insurance adjuster to show him the damage on the roof.
He came by the day of the roof install with his team to make sure everything was being done properly and came out the day after to ensure everything was cleaned up to his standards and to make sure we didn't need anything else.
