Brent and his team at Ascent Roofing have always gone above and beyond! They even responded to a weekend call promptly. They are also very easy to communicate with and they will give you all the details of your job through written communication, text, email, videos and pics (before and after) of the job site.

We had a good experience with Ascent Roofing. Sales Rep Adam Conrad came out, specified and estimated the project, recommended fixes for some existing problem areas, answered all my questions, always called or texted me back, was here the day of the install to make sure work was done as specified and photo documented it all.

Price-wise, they weren't the highest or the lowest of bids. I feel like it was a fair price for the quality of materials and work. They do use all Certainteed materials with guarantees. Time will tell of course, but it seems to me that the roofing job and repairs we had will be good for another 20+ years.

Ascent Roofing was GREAT! They were on-time, and did a great job on my 150 year old house! They where very friendly.

We had our roof replaced earlier in the fall. Since then we have had rough storms and the first snow storm of the year. We couldn't be happier. There are no hot spots in the roof losing heat, the new ridge and edge vents are doing a great job moving air. The new gutter guards are far better than our previous ones. The entire crew were thorough and professional. They replaced our shingles, boards, installed new ridge vents, edge vents, and gutter guards on our house and garage for far less than what we were expecting and helped us avoid a major disaster. Big shout out to Alan who went way above and beyond. My wife and I work opposite shifts so we only see each other a few minutes a day. After meeting with him early in the day he volunteered to come back after 5pm that same day to meet with my wife to answer any questions she might have and go through everything with her. We were both so impressed with him that we canceled the inspections that we had scheduled with the other companies then and there. Bill from Ascent roofing is a an incredible human and provided me with the best possible service, guidance, advice, and outcome. He communicates with you throughout the process of installing a new roof. His style is straight forward. He came and looked at my 20+ year old roof and told me that it will need replaced soon and to budget for it. But never tried to "sell" it to me or create panic that the roof was in need of immediate attention. That told me what I needed to know about his character. He was the reason we chose to go with Ascent. I cannot use enough positive descriptive words to highlight Bill. Just an tremendous person. Bergin, who works in the office, was so helpful and communicative too. This entire process was very low stress, quick, efficient, and installed incredibly well. If you are reading this, I presume you are fixing for a new roof or want at least some input from a roofing professional that you can trust, just stop and call Bill or Bergin. After getting several estimates, I went with Ascent Roofing Solutions for my tear-off/re-roof needs. Ascent wasn't the cheapest, nor the most expensive. Like Goldilocks, they were just right.

From the get-go, I had a good gut feeling just talking with Bill. We just "clicked". He was professional, courteous and took the extra step to drive by my home ahead of our initial appointment so he could bring out samples of shingles in colors I might like. I appreciated that. Being a Navy brat, I appreciate the company is owned/operated by vets. Bill answered all my questions and got my project scheduled quickly. The crew arrived at 6:30 AM and was done by just after 12:30PM. They were very careful to tarp above my landscaping to protect it. They worked quickly and efficiently. Afterwards, they were meticulous with clean up, going over not once but twice with rakes and magnets to find practically every nail in my grass and landscaping. They missed very few. They used a leaf blower to get any debris off the deck roof, deck, driveway and walkway. Bill returned after the crew left and he courteously "tweaked" a few things for me. To say the least, I was impressed. From inspection to quote to finished project, I'm very pleased with the outcome. I would not hesitate to recommend Ascent Roofing Solutions.

After receiving several quotes from other companies, we chose Ascent Roofing after my husbands employer recommended them. Bill and Alan were fabulous from the get go. Our roof was sagging between the rafters due to poor ventilation. After inspection, (which included climbing into the attic), they recommended upgraded vents and thicker sheathing to bring the roof up to code. Alan discovered our bathroom fan wasn't vented during the tear off, and actually went and got the materials to correct the problem at no additional charge. Everyone was knowledgeable, punctual, and friendly. How the crew did a complete tear off and not ruin my flower beds is beyond me. The roof looks amazing and we couldn't be happier. If you need a new roof, you should call them first.

My wife and I recently had a new roof, gutters and skylight installed on our home by Ascent Roofing Solutions. They did an amazing job and we could not be happier with the results. The price was great too. We had a few other companies come out to give us quotes and they would not even inspect the roof. Our Ascent Roofing representative, Jorge Jimenez, got up on the roof as well as entered our attic to inspect the condition and offered us the best solution. There was also no hard sell whatsoever. I am a condominium association manager and I work closely with Ascent Roofing for roof repairs and replacements. They are always prompt to reply and schedule work to be done. I never have to call them back after they make a repair. They do it right the first time!

Once you can get a hold of them great work and quick to come and out quote. My husband called and left a message but never heard back. I filled out the form on the website. They called me back the same day.

I am a commercial property manager and have worked with Ascent on a number of roofing projects. They are a reliable, honest and effective contractor and are great to work with. Brent, Bergin, Lyndon and the rest of their crew are amazing people and I would only let them on my own roof when the time comes. Whether you need a new roof on your home, condo, commercial or rental properties, do yourself a favor and reach out to them for a proposal. Then ask yourself if you want to pay less for an idiot with a pick-up truck and ladder and have a mess to deal with or, work with Ascent, sip your coffee, relax and be worry free.

I had Ascent come out and replace my existing roof on a 1928 home with several different pitches and years of bad renovations. The guys had to repair several areas of sheathing before the new roof could go on and it looks great! I could not be happier with the crew or with Brent for all of the work performed. I was so happy with their work I had them come back out and install a roof of my new addition, turned out amazing! Great company and people.

We are having our third roof replaced (different houses) using Ascent. They have always been honest, hardworking, and craftsmen who take pride in their work. They actually do what they say they'll do and show up when they say they will. I couldn't recommend them higher!

I have to say that I am very pleased with the installation of our new roof through Ascent Roofing Solutions. It all started with an initial estimate to get a corroded and splitting exterior of a 54-year-old B-vent / furnace vent replaced on the roof. I had a few independent contractors come out and check it out, but they were pricey, and I realized I could be creating a possible issue by compromising the existing roof’s shingles. (The current roof was 22 years old and had been showing some accelerated wear and granular loss over the past few years.) After ditching the thought of replacing the B-vent or just its exterior, I started making some calls. Including Ascent Roofing Solutions, I contacted four different companies to come out and give me estimates on a new roof. One company uses Owens Corning shingles and the other three (including Ascent) use CertainTeed shingles.

Not to disparage anybody that sells cars for a living (and this is certainly not reflective of Owens Corning Shingles in any way), but the salesman with the company that uses Owens Corning gave me more of a stereotypical “car salesman” vibe. He even asked me about other estimates after I had received them, telling me that they may be able to bring their price down a bit. (You know, the “let me see what I can do” kind of thing.) I’m sorry, but I’m not going to haggle over the price of a roof like I’m in the back sales office at a car dealership. Give me your best price up-front. Otherwise, it’s just a bloated lie in pricing to me. Again, nothing against Owens Corning. It was just this one person at this one company, but that customer-facing interaction did not induce any positive feelings about transactions with their company.

The second company would have been installing CertainTeed shingles, and they were certified through CertainTeed as SELECT ShingleMaster installers. Everything was feeling good, but the price was high.

The third company was quite small, but well-established and experienced. They would be installing CertainTeed shingles, but were not SELECT ShingleMaster installers, so they could not offer specific warranties I was considering.

The last company I met with was Ascent. When I met with Steve, there was no high-pressure sales talk, the discussions were very open and transparent, and the pricing was the best of the bunch. (Note: All companies had multi-tiered pricing, so I was fairly evaluating comparable tiers between the companies.) They are also SELECT ShingleMaster certified, so they could offer the warranty I desired at an additional but very reasonable cost. Surprisingly to me, Ascent Roofing Solutions had the lowest overall price. I felt confident about choosing them for the installation. Communication was great and I never felt like I was bothering them with my questions in the lead up to the installation date. It just felt like I was in good company.

On the day of installation, the team arrived on time at 7:00 am. I met with Brent to go over the job and make sure we were on the same page with everything. The installers laid out plenty of protective layers around the perimeter of our house and got to work. They were all done within approximately 7 hours, including their thorough cleanup. I did a walk-though on the roof with the foreman and the lead installer and viewed photos that the foreman had taken during different stages of the tear off and installation. Shortly thereafter, I did a secondary walk-through with Brent. Nothing needed to be addressed or corrected. Everything looked to have been done with a high level of skill, quality, and consistency. And there was zero cleanup for us to do around the outside of the house. Overall, it was a much, much better experience than I had been expecting when I first contemplated replacing the roof. Kudos to the entire team at Ascent Roofing Solutions. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish and I absolutely recommend them highly!

My roof was recently damaged by tornadoes that hit the area. I contacted Marc Schmauch at Ascent and he had someone at my home before 10am to assess the damage and tarp affected areas. Before noon my roof was once again weather tight. I couldn’t believe how quickly he responded and how efficiently and thoroughly the problem was addressed. I am so appreciative of the excellent response and the outstanding quality of the work.

Marc Schmauch was top notch from estimate to completion. Of all the roofers we interviewed his was the most competitive and detailed quote. This was a commercial installation. Marc kept in contact with me on a daily with pictures showing progress on the job. What was supposed to be a two day job turned into three and requiring fewer gutters than was estimated and my final bill was less than the original quote. I would recommend Ascent Roofing Solutions to anyone needing a roof whether commercial or residential. Ascent is run by veterans which makes just one more reason we chose them.

I recently had my roof and gutters replaced. While I got estimates from most of the big name companies in town, I settled with Ascent. I did some research before deciding. I worked very closely with Marc, and as I fellow veteran we connected well. Communication was very good before and during.

The installation went smoothly. There was a very large crew that worked hard and efficiently. To my surprise, they got the (large) roof done in 1 day. While you might not hear their ads on TV/Radio multiple times per day, I would definitely recommend Ascent.

Recently had our roof replaced due to hail damage and Ascent Roofing was recommended. We contacted them and they worked with our insurance and scheduled the install. It took them 1 DAY to remove all of the shingles, remove some wood damage, and completely replace everything. They started at 6:50 a.m. and were complete by 4:00 p.m.!

Not only were we pleased with the work they performed, we are pleased with the extra attention to detail throughout the entire project. They placed tarps around the entire house to catch any debris. After they were complete they walked around the entire house to ensure no debris (including small nails) was left after the install. Every person was involved (including the boss) with this task.

Even after they were complete they ensured that the trash truck was completely covered so that no trash blows out of their vehicle. This is one of my pet peeves! When unwanted trash blows from a truck all over the road or highway.

If you need a new roof, need an inspection, have hail or wind damage please do yourself a favor and look up Ascent Roofing Solutions! They are Veteran Owned and operated! They also do residential and commercial.

One of the drivers of this company’s truck drives like a lunatic. In the 5 minutes that I observed him driving on I-71, he was driving so fast that he almost rear-ended myself and another driver, then proceeded to basically run us both off of the road. If his driving is any indication of this company’s work quality and ethics I would avoid them at all costs.

Ascent was responsive to our needs during negotiations with the insurance company after a storm left us with roof damage. Once the claim was settled, they were able to quickly fix a date for the installation of a new roof. The crew was on time and ready to go to work. And work they did. Everyone knew their job and didn't need any prompting from the crew foreman. They worked hard and fast and the whole job was done in about five and a half hours. They took precautions not to damage flower beds, etc. and clean up all debris. We now have a beautiful new roof with top quality features. We highly recommend Ascent Roofing Solutions.

Ascent Roofing Solutions replaced my roof along with the decking. I really appreciated the extra touches on paint matching vents and caulking chimney crown.They put in a full day but still spent the extra time in cleaning up and leaving the site as they found it. The roof looks amazing crown. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Ascent Roofing Solutions replaced the roof on my house and it looks great. This is the second roof that they have replaced for me and I have no complaints. The Project Manager, Steve, was very thorough in explaining the entire process and all of my options to me and I didn't feel pressured to use them. I compared them to another company that my neighbor recommended, but they were harder to get a hold of and their price was $2,200 more than Ascent. The job was completed all in one day and they cleaned up everything. I hope I don't need a 3rd roof anytime soon, but if I do I would definitely use Ascent again.

Ascent Roofing Solutions installed a brand new roof on our house yesterday and we are so impressed. Steve, the project manager was so great to work with. He is professional, responsive and extremely knowledgable. We did not have to worry about anything. He went above and beyond to make sure the installation was seamless. The installers were hardworking and had a system that was so impressive and detail oriented. Our roof has several high pitches and the degree of the pitches were very steep and challenging. We had our roof on both the house & garage replaced, as well adding gutters w/ guards to both, last Spring. We've waited on the review, to see how everything held up thru the seasons, & could not be more pleased. Thru severe weather they both held their own, & the pouring rain didn't get the best of the gutter guards. Mark was our go to guy, & was always available for the million questions we had; & always w/ a genuine smile. The guys on site were friendly, & got everything done in a couple days time. Only "complaint"? They didn't seem to take their magnet around to pick up the nails/metal bits from the grass. Annoying? Yes. Does it change my feelings about the company? Not a single bit (an honest mistake I'm sure, as they left the magnet onsite, just forgot to use it). We've now used them for a repair on the old roof, as well as a full replacement. Excellent experience. Marc was easy to work with and very professional. Ascent was the only roofing contractor to give a line item quote and and transparent on impact of upgrades such as water barrier and underlayment. The crew that showed up for the work were excellent and efficient. They tarped everything around the house to make sure debris doesn't get embedded in landscape or scratch railings and decking. Marc verified all materials during delivery before anything got on the roof so you know what you pay for is what you are getting. Roof was installed a month ago and so far so good. I am sure in the unlikely event there is an issue, Ascent will take care of it. Absolute pleasure to work with.

Accent Roofing tore off old roof and replaced it with a beautiful new roof and gutters. they did an excellent job and were very professional and efficient and were very pleasant to do business with.I highly recommend their company for all your roofing needs. Had a whole roof replacement with Ascent, October 2022. The experience was excellent. Communication with Marc was fantastic - any question or request I had, big or small was immediately answered and addressed. The team doing our roof worked professionally and tirelessly. My dahlias were in full bloom right next to the house and I don't think one bloom was harmed, which amazed me. The cleanup was incredible. As for the quality of the roof, time will tell but they updated the ventilation and re-did the flashing around our chimney - it looks great. They ventilated our shed which I didn't even expect. Overall, an A+ experience working with this company. I am grateful I found them.

Brent and his team are professional and thorough in what they do and are so easy and friendly to work with. We had them replace our whole roof several years ago and have had them back twice since then to repair storm damage and also raccoon damage. I have been using Ascent Roofing Solutions since 2015. Our facility is over 300,000sq ft under roof. Our roof consists of several different roofing systems, shingle, modified bit, hot mop, and epdm. We schedule a specific section of roof every year to have it replaced. Ascent has done all of the roughly 80% of work that has been completed and will certainly do the other 20%. We have always had great success working with their crews. They are stringent about covering our product when working over it, daily clean up, not impeding our truck traffic, and above all, they back their work. The few small weather related issues we have had after roof replacement were fixed quickly and effectively. We have used our warranty for epdm roofing application thru J&M and Ascent made sure it was taken care of quickly and correctly. Can't recommend this company enough. I have friends and family that have used Ascent for residential services, and all are very happy with the results.

We've used this contractor for several years for repairs and most recently installation work. Our 100 years old house has asphalt shingles and a variety of engineering challenges (venting concerns and solar panels).

Professional right out of the gate!!! My project manager Steve came out to quote exactly on time. He explained all my options and never tried to oversell anything. The office staff Bergin and Cari have been super responsive too. The Crew showed up to my house at 6am... worked extremely hard and were gone by 11am without leaving a single nail in the yard!!!!!!! Roof is gorgeous. Steve was there near beginning of job and came back later to inspect finished roof and pick up the last of unused materials. Neighbors are so impressed - I've already been asked for a referral. They use high-end materials and only replaced two pieces of rotted wood... so I believe they are as honest as they come! Plus... they are Veteran-Owned, which I love and support!!!

We had a smaller issue on our roof and we were referred Ascent roofs. I called, they called me back asap! They came out and checked out the issue asap. Brent, the owner, came out himself and checked out our concern. He was on time, he was professional, helpful, honest and explained things in a way I could actually understand. He walked me through the possible problem, issues and solutions. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to use Ascent Roofs. They do quality work for reasonable prices, are timely, honest, respectful and are veterans. This is a veteran owned business with veterans as employees. Eight years after Ascent installed our membrane roof, we began to have a small leak... Turns out, the leak wasn't coming from the roof, but from an old weather hood. Brent personally responded to our call immediately and fixed it on the spot... no charge!
