I had a leak in my roof. Tim and Miguel came out and Identified the problem immediately. The repair was done that day and they came back two days later to make sure the repair fixed the issue. They were very professional and did a clean job. I recommend them for all your roofing needs. Thanks Guys

Non responsive, contacted them in December and still haven't done anything with my roof. I have sent them countless emails and several calls. They always say they're going to get back to me by end of day and I never get a call back. I am always the one calling in and asking for a status. I called my insurance handler last week and she told me they had just reached out to her. She told them what was needed and they have not done anything. Poor customer service.

After moving to a house, we knew we needed roofers to help with part of the roof that came up on the inspection report. A1 was responsive and gave a quick quote. They were also able to schedule quick and were right on time! They did find some bad plywood under the area of roof they were pulling up and sent pictures of the area for me and were quick to get the new plywood and make the repairs. They also provide photos and periodic updates while the are working via text. Awesome crew! Would recommend them and use them in the future for any roofing needs!

Had multiple companies put in an offer to redo our aging roof. For a 5bd house they quoted underlayment replacement at $17k and an additional $4k for tile. I said I'd like to go with them and we scheduled a date to meet and finalize everything. They cancelled and said they're going to reschedule when back in the office and they never got back to me, even after I reached back out. I just got ghosted by them. I was ready to write the check. I just got ghosted.

Do not call for an estimate!!!

They made my wife sign a waiver to have
“permission to go on the roof for an estimate”
Knowing she wouldn't read it.
Their bid came back with unnecessary repairs and double any one else's quote.
They then said that by signing to give an estimate we were contractually obligated to do the work.
They tried to intimidate my wife and I had to trespass them from my property
A-1 roofing and the representatives have no integrity and deal in bait and switch tactics. Don't waste your time.
Company will go out of business with time.
If you have to rely on fraudulent tactics then you clearly don't have a winning business model or pride in it.

A1 Roofing saved the day and the deal for a client of mine refinancing their home! Wonderful customer service, they were so quick to respond and very reasonable on their pricing. Both the client and I were just blown away by how top notch this company is and I will make sure to refer others to them in the future!

It is so refreshing to find a company that really is as CUSTOMER FOCUSED as they say they are! A-1 has been extremely helpful in getting our mother's roof done, and we are so grateful for all of their hard work and dedication. From our first encounter with Jose, to our ongoing emails and conversations with Ron, and even our small interactions with Bonnie, we could not be more pleased and at ease using this company. We are over 2000 miles away, and they could not have made this process any easier. When you are far away and the local person does not use texts, emails, or even drive for that matter, it makes it very difficult to get things done efficiently; but Ron worked so diligently to make things happen and always kept us informed. I really can not say enough about Ron and ALL of his hard work! Our mother is very pleased, and has had great things to say about all of her interactions with the crew on site. Ron even sent us before and after pictures, which meant a lot considering our distance. I would ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND A-1 to anyone in the Peoria area! I have never been one to write a review but I wanted to express my gratitude. From the first day that I started calling around for quotes Jose from A1 roofing had my business. He the owner dealt with me through the entire project. Even taking a call on his personal vacation. Due to the past and recent monsoons I ended up with hail and wind damaged shingles. Out of 5 roofing companies 3 were less expensive. Jose's knowledge of the business and his professionalism is why I chose A1. I knew I didn't have to worry about them cutting corners or improper repairs as they pointed out all the flaws and past repairs which is why I was in need of a new roof to begin with. I contacted my insurance agency who informed me my roof wouldn't be covered due to the condition it was in when we bought the house 2 years ago. However with Jose's persistency on starting a claim and making sure he was there when the insurance agent came out to show the previouse damage, I was awarded over a quarter of the price of the project! The project started exactly when he said it would and finished early. They even had to schedule it a day later due to the streets in the neighborhood being repaved. 10 and a half hours one day, 12 hours the next, and finished the 3rd. Working til dark. Every night the old materials and trash were picked up and the exterior of the house was blown. Jose helped us out tremendously more than he thought he was going to have to due to the damage that couldn't be seen on the initial roof inspection. I could probably say no other company would have gone further and done more for me than Jose with A1 Roofing. I will be scheduling a second inspection for the next repair project. Thank You.

I had a great experience with A1 Roofing, start to finish. I requested bids through home advisor, and the owner Jose was the first one to respond. He was very responsive and immediately sent someone out for an estimate. The gentleman who came out, Ron, gave really exceptional customer service; he was friendly and professional and very prompt with the inspection and the estimate. I did get other quotes as we don’ t make a lot of money and we really needed the lowest price but all of the other quotes were higher and the guys who came out didn’t give the same level of customer service, so I ended up going with A1. Also, I really liked that they are family owned; you could tell they cared more about our business than the other companies. The work did end up taking a little longer than was originally forecasted, and also they had to replace more wood and tiles than they thought at first, so there was an additional cost beyond the original quote, but even with that they were still less expensive than anyone else, and they did do a really good job on the roof. I would definitely recommend them. The customer service was top notch and the price was by far the best. Ron in particular was great; he responded to all my questions and concerns in a timely manner and explained everything as we went along. The crew was very good about cleaning up every day, and left my yard exactly as they found it. Really a great job at a great price.

I love these guys! We just bought a house that we knew we'd have to replace the roof right away. Even at the start of the height of "roofing season" (before the monsoons) Ron was super responsive and prompt with an inspection and estimate. A1s estimate was right on par with what I was expecting... below a couple of competitors that we also checked out.

When the day came to do the work... the team was on time, respectful, and professional. They did an excellent job with the work and a great job at cleanup as well. Everything was completed on the schedule they promised (they even finished early I think!).

Having to replace a roof is not a super fun task... but A1 made it a painless experience... I would definitely recommend these guys. I was most impressed by the responsiveness and professionalism... AND they did a great job.

I was in need of a Good roofer after we found storm damage on our roof, we called a1 roofing they came out the next day gave us a good quote and did a great Job on our roof. I would highly recommend them.

A1 Roofing is one of the most professional companies we have ever worked with. From the very first appointment to assess and fix a leak in our roof they consistently were prompt, thorough in their assessment, respectful, professional, and went above and beyond to address our concerns. Ron helped manage our roof repair and eventual replacement expertly. He truly exceeded our expectations with his responsiveness and respectful manner. Because we had a leak right before the holidays which they repaired we had another storm which revealed another leak in our roof. Ron came back out and reinstalled the tarp while we planned for an entire roof repair and replacement. While we worked to secure financing for the new roof Ron graciously came back out on his own time and removed the tarp for an appraisal and then came back out to reinstall it while we planned for the project to start this April. Ron truly represents customer service excellence. His crew at A1 were absolutely amazing, hard working, respectful and talented. They all worked consistently as a four man team well over a week and completed the job with perfection. We are so grateful to Ron and the crew at A1 Roofing. We hope that many neighbors will see their work and invest to get their roofs replaced by them. A1 helped to restore our home and maintain its integrity by making it structurally sound. Fantastic job! I got three bids for a roof replacement, their bid was the lowest of the companies I chose. Their warranty for workmanship was the best, and they were able to start the work the following week.

At the end of both days, it was like the crew wasn't even there. The worksite was left immaculate and the roof looks great.Very professional and highly recommend.

No one was close to the bid submitted by A1 Roofing. Did they live up to their reputation of excellence? You bet they did. Our roof was started and completed on time, and the crews left everything tidy each night. Based on price, quality, and existing reputation, I would recommend A1 Roofing over and over again!
