From the start, meeting with our Consultant Joey Coscia was a pleasure. He was professional and really made this process easy by explaining the features and benefits of their products and services and how they differ from others in the industry. He answered all of our concerns and felt confident choosing A-1 Home Improvements LLC after meeting with 13 other contractors/companies. He was very patient and thorough with everything having to do with the process and expectations of each step. Joey was able to negotiate giving us more for less because of the scope of the job and save us money where we would have paid more with other companies to earn our business. When the team arrived it was really a site to see how quickly and well everyone worked together as a team from setting up all precautionary measures to keep their team and our home safe. The roof came down so quickly, and they made sure to replace and upgrade everything carefully and to code to be sure we are up to date and not cutting corners so that this roof will give us peace of mind for decades to come. Our property was left spotless, and the team was absolutely fantastic. Casey, the project manager had everything under control and kept the lines of communication open the whole time. We were so pleased with Joey that we felt confident to choose A-1 for our window needs as well as a full siding project to follow this week. We have more projects to come and A-1 will be doing those as well. Joey handled everything with our insurance company, and got us more to cover the necessary things to make the roof 100% on things most insurance companies argue about covering…We have already recommended them to our family and friends and I will surely recommend them to my clients I insure with 100% confidence. Not only did we have the best experience, but we made a friend for life with Joey and Casey. Hands down, the best experience we have had with a contractor!

Josh Vogel and his team did sn amazing job on the roof. Including fixing and replacing rotted and or broken boards with plywood. All within a days time.

I called a1 for a roof quote along with 3 other companies. These guys were the only ones who documented and took time stamped pictures with their inspection. They did an awesome job on the roof. I highly recommend them. Well priced as well, my guy was Christian. Ask for him.

Had a guy come out and point out some damage from a storm in June, then Christian was able to fight the insurance to pay for it and got it covered. I highly recommend A1 to anyone looking for any roof work.

Our experience with A1 couldn't have been any better. Christian was very informative and answered all our questions promptly. The crew arrived early and worked diligently all day. Our garage and house roof was done in two days; the reframing and soffits on our porch took two more days. They were respectful of our property, and cleaned the yard up when they were done. They installed a new roof on our house, and our separate garage. They also reframed our front porch. I highly recommend A1 for any projects you may have.

I usually hold back on reviews, but A1 earned this. My roof replacement was incredibly smooth, initiated by their proactive neighborhood approach. Communication was excellent from start to finish, with Joey clearly detailing the quote and process. The whole project took about a month, but installation was just one day. The roof looks fantastic, and the extra gutters were a great touch. My house is transformed. While perhaps not the cheapest, their quality and warranty made the investment worthwhile.

More than happy to leave these guys a 5 star review. Joey was great up front going over all the details, gave a fair estimate. Great communication throughout the process, and day of the foreman Don was great in keeping me in the loop while I was at work. The crew of 8 plus arrived and they went to town - covered everything, protected a mama bird and her eggs in a nest near the house, and got the old roof removed in no time. New roof installed perfectly, beautiful work on the flashing around the chimney. But where they really impressed me the most was how they remedied the flat roof section on the front of my house by adding a correct pitch to it to allow it to drain correctly. A previous contractor had failed at this miserably and I’ve been climbing up on the roof for the past 20 years to clean the drain out. They took pictures throughout the process, even flew a drone to take a shot of the roof at the end. Lots of little things they did also, like fixing some cedar clapboards and the trim work they did on the flat roof section. Very happy with their work.

This company has done a great job for my family and I. When facing roof damage, they quickly assessed the issue and worked with the insurance company to complete with the claim process. Financing options are VERY reasonable, especially when you are able to pay the loan amount in 12 months. Christian Gonzalez was our sales rep and helped us complete the roof repair/replacement process FAST!

Myself and my family are very happy with how our roof project came out, to our little beach cottage in the Clinton area. Mike F did a fantastic job from the open of the job to the close of it. Guiding me step by step through the roofing process and was very knowledgeable about the O/C product. Being on the shore myself and hubby felt their sure nail strip in the shingles was a great feature to help our roof stay safe and secure from these wiping winds. After getting other quotes and estimates we came to the conclusion A1’s warranty was far superior to others as it’s fully backed by Owen’s Corning! The instal crew did a fantastic job and the project manager was very informative as to what to expect. We could not be any more satisfied and we highly recommend giving A1 and Mike a call for any of your future exterior needs, as I know we will be!

If you need some renovations done for your roof but you want it as easy and pain free as deciding what you want for lunch, go to Dan. I don’t know anything about roofing and how the insurance process works at all. He explained the whole process to me in a way I could actually understand. When he said the team would be there they were there. They are reliable which is hard to find these days. Definitely recommend A1 Home Improvement
