When we had a surprise scheduling mix-up with the landscaper, American Safe Wash called me personally and seamlessly pivoted to a new date without any complaint. Wow! We just bought a house and discovered the dryer was not drying our clothes, so we replaced it. When we realized the new one STILL wasn’t drying clothes, we sadly realized it must be the dryer vent. I felt the level of communication between the scheduling team and myself was smooth and seamless. Jacob who cleaned our siding , windows, and patio that day listened to everything we wanted done and went above and beyond to get everything looking brand new again. My house is only 5 years old and typically I clean and scrub it every year because of the lack of sun we get creates lots of mildew. It seemed I could never get it as clean as we wanted. I am so happy with the job the American Safe Wash team just completed on my house. The crew that came to my house was courteous, professional and thorough. They walked me through everything they were going to do, then showed me what they did, and ensured that not only my house was clean, but made extra care to ensure it dried properly before leaving. On top of that, they did an amazing job cleaning the 30 HVAC vents in our house (which by the looks of what they removed, probably should have been done when we bought the house 3 years ago). ASW just completed a professional cleaning of our roof, siding, windows and gutters. The house looks brand new! Stained white gutters are white again. We were considering getting new gutters because my attempts to remove the stains with our power washer never removed the discoloration. Jeremy the sales rep was thorough and not at all “salesy” and the production team after the sale were spot on and professional. The 2 man crew showed up on time, explained the process and delivered. The walk around when they were done was a refreshing finish to a job well done. I would highly recommend this experience as we are very satisfied and feel we got a very good value. I hired ASW to clean moss and lichen from my roof and to remove the mold and mildew on my siding. Jacob and Avery were very knowledgeable and professional. Everyone that I dealt with from this company was wonderful. They were very patient with all my many questions as well as respectful of my property. And, my roof looks great! Prior to the cleaning and conditioning I had a rather large amount of lichen on my roof. It would distress me to watch it grow year after year. Now, I look at that lovely clean much younger looking roof. What a wonderful piece of mind this has given me.

I had American Safe Wash clean my heating ducts. They had not been cleaned in 15 years, and WOW there was a LOT of dust and dirt in them! The tech from American Safe Wash was polite and took his time to do a thorough job. He vacuumed up the debris on the floors after he cleaned the vents. I am very allergic to dust and wasn't sure how the removal of dust and dirt from the vents would affect me because I thought that there would be dust in the air. However, I had NO allergy issues at all because of the vacuum they use. I feel like I am breathing better in my condo because it's clean air that is not gunked up by the dust and dirt that was in my vents. I would highly recommend that anyone with vents get them cleaned by American Safe Wash. Tip: After they clean the vents, change the filter in your furnace and check it to see if it is dirty every month for several months. This will keep your air clean and furnace happy!

Very professional crew came out to install my Christmas lights. What questions I had were answered in a positive manner. I had asked to do a couple of extra things while they were on the ladders and there was never hesitation. Also one of the owners, Carl came out to check Up on the job. It was a Saturday and I’m sure there were lots of other things he could have been attending too.. He was a very nice guy, we chatted for a while It is extremely difficult to find services nowadays where you are 100% satisfied but I can sincerely say that I was 100% satisfied.

We bought our home 3 years ago. Did research on roof cleaning, the concerns of not having it done properly. After contacting a few companies, we chose American Safe Wash for two reasons. One, were the reviews on line. Two, the forthrightness on our first call to them. After that, the work they did was excellent. You wouldn't even know they had come except to look at our roof that looked brand new. There was no water mess or signs of the work on the ground. The folks that came called ahead of time, gave their names, told us when to expect them. We were really impressed by their whole process. Not sure why you would use anyone else.
