He came right out my house did a full evaluation and realized my roof was very bad and in need of replacement. He gave me an amazing quote and we decided to do the roof. Johnny's crew did a fabulous job and I cannot say enough good things about his guy Paul. I was in a rush because of my insurance renewal and the previous roofer I had scheduled could not get to my job in time. I threw it out there to Facebook land and Paul was messaging me almost instantly and was there the very next morning with Johnny to quote the job. It was within two days and that was with some add-ons I needed completed. Only one minor issue arose after the job was completed (my fault as I didn't opt for the recommended new skylight) and the guys were back the next day to rectify no questions asked. I highly recommend Trusted General Contractors to anyone and everyone.

I had a great experience working with Trusted General Contractor . I needed to replace my roof quickly and they were extremely accommodating. I initially worked with Paul , he’s very knowledgeable, attentive and answered all my questions in a timely matter. I was mostly impressed by how organized and respectful the roofing team was. Efficient communication to meet with the team and schedule the work very quickly lead to a great experience with this company. The workers arrived on time, worked carefully and removed and replaced my roof in just 1 day. They took time to ensure the joints were flashed and sealed appropriately and left the work area neat and clean. A great job and positive experience overall.

The whole experience of working with Jhonny and the team at Trusted General Contractor exceeded my expectations from start to finish. They completed a large deck project for us June-July 2024 connecting our house and pool, and did an excellent job. Their fair prices made them stand out from the beginning - we would not have been able to afford the final product we got (deck size and better quality material) had we gone through another contractor.

Their competitive prices also did not compromise on quality of work or materials. The deck came out beautifully and their team does high quality work with attention to detail. We got multiple comments from family and friends about the quality of work and they must know what they're doing. They also completed the job in a very timely manner, even throughout delays from the town with permitting and inspection. The very few hiccups that came up (I don't think you can complete a project without any), they addressed and fixed easily.

In addition to that, Jhonny and all of his employees are professional and very nice people that are a pleasure to work with. Kind, responsive, and accommodating to changes/questions. Not always easy to find in a contractor.

My wife and I purchased a home in Lyme this Summer. Jhonny and his team at Trusted General Contractor completed multiple exterior upgrades to the house before our purchase, including new cedar impression siding and roof improvements. The roof above our living room is a large, flat roof, which was our only concern when purchasing the house. Luckily, the prior owner was fantastic and agreed to have Jhonny and his team install a new EPDM roof to address our concerns about potential leaks. We experienced a small leak about a month ago and contacted Jhonny for help. Jhonny was highly responsive and came over the same day with his crew to assess and fix the issue. He provided detailed pictures of before and after, including where they found the leak to be present at a crack in the chimney. We were very impressed with Jhonny's rapid response in servicing our house and assuring us of his continued support to address any future issues honoring the labor/material warranty.

Jhonny Rivera is truly a trusted contractor in my experience.
