DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE!! We went to this establishment to buy a engine for my husbands truck in April. We put down 750.00 (which they told us we had to put half down). After a week of not hearing from them, I tried calling them numerous times and fianlly somebody answered. They told us they had to order another engine bc wrong one came in. Still waited weeks, no answer. I finally got someone to answer and told them we wanted our money back. My husband went there and they said they only had 500.00 and for us come back tomorrow. After 5 visits and text messages saying come back tomorrow, we still don't have our money! We will be taking them to court!! It's a shame a business will do hard working people this way! Shame on you A and A auto salvage!!

Called, they pulled the replacement window that I needed after having my car vandalized while visiting my daughter. Being from another state, I was impressed with the service and friendliness. Definitely reccomend.

If your looking for a part for you automobile then this is the place to stop. They are friendly and very helpful when it comes to explaining any questions or concerns you might have and they don't over charge you.

Bought a motor from them, had to pay half down and half upon pick up. Thing is after they got the $900.00 down they would never answer the phones. I drove there 3 times from Nicholasville and waited for hours and no one showed up. The phones don't work now so they basically took my money and ran.

Do not use these people . They run a scam operation I purchased a engine from them and the ran my card for $900.00. It’s been a month now when they told me 2-3 days . I have went there 3 times and no one was there during normal hours . They will not answer there phones and will not return my calls . When I was able to reach someone they would say they would call back in 10 minutes but never did . The only time they will answer is when they want you card information to run it . My advice is to stay away from these crooks because it’s not ligit

Bought a motor gave 1749.00 may 21 2021 never got the motor they won't answer my calls and text when they want too first they send 800.00 western union then they send 500.00 western union and they still owe 449.00 and he text and tells me he will send it but lies and doesn't im fixing to get them for theft and fraudulent...

They was the only place that had a gas tank for our truck. Called the day ahead so they could have the part ready we waited and waited for the part to be pulled. There not professionals at all. They have a big selection of parts but honestly isn’t worth the aggravation!!! After we got here and waited 30 mins they tell us someone cut the gas tank! Save your time!!!

I'd looked every where for the k frame or cross member for my 2009 dodge charger. They not only had the part I needed but also a few other things I needed as well. And for reasonable price. Thank you A&A auto I really appreciate you..

Ordered an engine from this company and had the worst experience. Me being a mechanic, I put my name on the line for this company. What was supposed to be a 2 day shipment turned into a blame game. There was zero communication after those 2 days had elapsed. After many attempts to contact the business there was no answers or returned calls. Fast forward to week 2, it took for my customer to make fraudulent report with his bank to resolve the issue. Ironically they contacted myself and my customer explaining why it was our fault we never got the shipment. Hope this helps someone like myself get out of a bind.

I didn't have no problem with this business, I explain to them what I need. He had just what I were looking for.

I bought on Friday 1998 Honda passport they brought used Isuzu 2001 so it didn't fit,I payed $328 and my warranty of 90 days started on Monday when I went to returned mine from passport,couldn't get any help but a man was sitting in chair fell over his look like meth pipe fell out and anther guy passing out on so other drug (heroin) he got up went and slept in a truck ,Jimmy Goins is the person in been dealing with and he finally said to my husband the money would be there today BUT my husband waited on some one 2 hrs on Mon and they new he was coming but went and
Hid. Now today Tues they won't answer phone ,So Don't Buy anything from them ,they just take your money for Drugs,the owner name is Shannon that's all I know,NO WAY TO Run. Business I Ran a Dicount Tobacco store for 13 yrs ,we will see what the judge says about the warranty.
