We are very pleased with everything that Tim and his crew have done for us. They replaced windows, siding, gutters, and porch flooring. They also screened in our back porch and added a mezzanine and a loft to our new barn. They are courteous, punctual, and professional. A key thing was communication. I’m March of 2024 we had significant hail damage hit NKY. I contacted Elite Exteriors of Ky and met with Tim. The education Tim brought to our complete outside home renovation is something that I believe is hard to find these days. Tim completely changed the vinyl siding to an amazing Lp Brand siding. I purchased new windows that Tim and his guys installed during the process of the new siding along with the new roof and gutters. Everything on the outside of our home was replaced, this was a very stressful and nerve racking job having your home completely re done but Tim made the process simple and easy. His communication, knowledge and caring attitude is what sets Tim apart from everyone else. Thank you Tim for the hard work and for my family to able to enjoy the makeover you gave our farmhouse.

We had chipmunks ruin our siding. We were going to go with hardy board, but Tim looked at the problem and recommended a better solution.

Tim and his crew installed new siding, covered our soffits, wrapped windows and our garage door frames and installed 9 new windows.
