Pat and Andrew were professional and highly skilled at fixing our drain. We had never had plumbing issues in our home but when we did L & L Plumbing was recommended, and it was a true blessing. Pat and Andrew were quick at solving the problem and left our basement as clean as it was when they arrived. I hope we never have any other plumbing issues, but if we do, I will be sure to contact L & L Plumbing.

Pat and his crew completed an extensive repair of a collapsed sewer pipe at my house, and also vented the toilet. I can't recommend Pat and his company enough - if you live in the Berea area and need any sort of plumbing services, I think you should call Pat. And not only that, he showed me a lot of compassion in getting my work scheduled quickly because of the inconvenience we had of having to stay with relatives. Pat was very friendly and professional. He communicated with us in a timely manner and was considerate and experienced. We had him install a Delta faucet in our kitchen after we had new counters installed. We then asked him to install a new faucet in the prime bathroom. 2 years ago we moved into our house and had a severe sewage problem that made our house unliveable, Pat with L&L Plumbing showed up and made our nightmare go away, getting us back into our new home extremely fast.

Fast forward to November of 2023 and yet again we found ourselves in dire straights with a massive water leak that shut the water off to our house. We called L&L immediately and they dropped everything like we were family and Pat had water restored to our house that day.

2020 left us with one final gift. A leak in the service line to our house. Pat was able to visit our home to investigate our problem, provide insight into probable location of the leak, options in going forward in repairing the leak and a timely estimate during the holiday season. Pat was able to accommodate our schedules, performed the work in a timely and professional manner and followed all COVID protocols.

I had a major break in my water line at home and I called Land L plumbing. They said they were in the middle of a job but would be over later in the afternoon. They held true to their word!!! He showed up around 2 pm and went straight to work, the water lines had busted up in the ceiling so he had to cut out part of the ceiling. He did this with minimul damage and fixed the lines. I would of had no water for that night or next day if he hadn't showed up. I was very thankful he fixed me up within a couple hours and all was well!!!! Thanks Pat!!! much appreciated.

Pat helped us to install the Certified Kitchen that we operate our baking business from. He was not only very skilled and helpful, but he was also very friendly and respectful. He always called before arriving, was there when he said he'd be, and was engaging to our 3 year old son. His work was very neat and he got our large project done very quickly. He passed inspection without any problems on the first try, which was a relief after some of the horror stories my friends have told me about their plumbing experiences. As far as I can tell Pat is loved by everyone he's dealt with and they will tell you so, after our experience with him we can see why.
