Terrible service. 3 days of back and fourth on the phone with a guy named Thomas, gave him all the info and what im looking for. I needed a simple basic 10 x 10 deck and a kit or several kits to make a 10 x 40 deck. 1st day I called and he "forgot" to call me back, he laughed about it the next day when I called, I gave him all the info again anyway. He then sends me an email asking about what I was looking for when I already gave it to him 2 days in a row. Day 3 is here and he tells me he has to talk to someone else to give them the info so he can "special order" and wants the info again. Does 84 lumber not keep lumber in stock for this stuff? This is day 3 and still no quote on 2 basic simple decks. It's ridiculous. I guess im forced to go to lowes or home depot. 3 days and still nothing. I wouldn't waste my time calling or even going there, save the time and hassle go somewhere else.

Quality is sub par. Delivery was great, driver was exceptional, ordering was easy, but wow, the quality was garbage tier. It's like they went out of the way to give me the worst 2x4's they could find in their yard because returning a delivery is such a hassle. Out of 90-100 pieces I ordered, maybe 3 or 4 were decent quality.
This isn't just being picky either. My assumption, in retrospect, is that they give non-pro customers the rejects from their contractor customers. I think they delivered me the entire reject pile from other jobs. As much as I appreciated the delivery, I'll be going to Lowes and hand picking for my projects from now on.

I must say, The professional service that I was shown was outstanding,,Not only was it a case where I had to return materials that ,I didn't need to circumstances at hand,,I had lost the sales receipt where I had bought the shingles,,Not only did the sales associate Daniel Brick house give me the best experience that I could have even wished to have,,,I'm extremely impressed by the employees you have,,Even though I actually live about 70 miles away ,I will return to buy my materials from them,,,And ,Lowes is less then 10 miles away from me,,But this experience has proven that your company cares,,Again thanks a lot ,Michael

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
