So many positives it’s hard to know where to start! From the initial site visit to the final walkthrough today, this has been an outstanding company to work with. Having lived in a small Cape Cod house for over 20 years, having the laundry in the basement and bedrooms on the second floor, I now have a beautiful en suite (including laundry and walk-in closet) on the first floor. Their initial estimate was very accurate, as was the timing for completing the project. They started digging the foundation in mid November and had everything completed by the end of February. They worked through some of the coldest weather we’ve had in years without complaint. And it was not at all unusual for the work to continue after 5:00. This company doesn’t follow the clock, calendar or weather. It’s all about finishing what needed to be done each day. The entire Cascio team was a dream to work with, but especially the project manager, Josh Boyce. He was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had, kept me well informed of the work schedule, and somehow managed to smile throughout! A special thank you also goes out to Heather, Haley, and Joe for making me feel like I was the most important client they had. I truly cannot say enough good things about this company and their staff!! There was never a time that I did not feel like everybody involved in this project was not putting my needs first!
