Have worked with Apex twice before and was not disappointed. Unfortunately when the recent windstorm caused the basketball goal to fall on my daughter’s Dodge charger, causing three significant dents and damages across door frame and the roof, I knew to call Apex again! Called Cody he looked over the car gave me a fair quote and took the car to new Madison Heights location… I am so impressed with how seamless the paintless dent repair looked. You cannot even tell there was damage. Great work AGAIN and fair price!

I need to take a moment to shout out Cody and his crew from Apex Collision Center (Advantage Tire) in Madison Heights! It had been 5 years since I last smacked into a deer and needed bodywork repairs done to my vehicle, so after smacking into a deer a couple of weeks ago and working with my insurance adjuster, I had decided to use my neighbor’s repair shop in order to get the necessary repairs completed. Having reached out to my neighbor, I found out that he was booked up clear into spring and wouldn’t be able to fit me in especially knowing that I was trying to repair my vehicle quickly. My neighbor recommended that I reach out to Cody at Apex Collision in Madison Heights (across the street from Waffle House). I had never heard of the center but trusting my neighbor and knowing that he has done business within Amherst County for a long time and is trusted by our residents, I called Cody.

Cody took my call and scheduled to see me the same day to review my estimate from my insurance adjuster and to eyeball my vehicle. When meeting with him, he listened to all of my concerns. My main concern, “My vehicle is ten years old, paid off and I want to save my car!” Although he couldn’t guarantee anything he assured me that when he got my vehicle into the shop and dismantled, he’d do everything in his power to try to save my vehicle for me. Within three days, my car was in the shop and broken down. Cody kept me in the loop on everything he was doing when it came to determining the route in which he was going to take in order to repair my car. Once my insurance, myself and Cody came to an agreement, he and his crew started with my repairs.

Repairs took about 2 weeks and Cody kept me in the loop every step of the way! He was always there to answer my phone calls when I had questions or to chat with me during a drop-in visit. I truly appreciate his professionalism and customer service. He and his team are very knowledgeable about “all-things” automotive and auto-body work and I felt completely comfortable knowing that my vehicle was in great hands and would be returned to me better than I left it. They went above and beyond my expectations of any auto-body shop. Staying true to his word, Cody and his team were able to make all the necessary repairs to keep my vehicle safe and drivable. They saved my car!

Something that made my experience with this business even more satisfying is that Cody offered a complimentary buffing of my passenger side headlight/fog light because my driver side headlight/fog light needed to be replaced completely. He buffed the other headlight/fog light so that the front end of my car would match. He didn’t have to do that for me, but it just goes to show that he is dedicated to paying attention to the details and they matter to him.

Apex collision has been beyond a life saver with my cars in the last 4 months. I had a shop tell me my whole transmission was needing to be replaced costing thousands of dollars apex found the issue and I spent a fraction of the cost. They are honest and fair. They respond 100% of the time and even the office employees have an intimate knowledge of vehicles what is going on in the shop. I am beyond pleased with every interaction with everyone there. 10/10 recommend.

First time taking a car in here, the staff were all very pleasant and Cody is a stand up manager he's very nice and took time to talk to me and answer any questions I had about what had happened with our car. Apex guarantees their work period. There are no manuals to repair damaged vehicles, the repair guys have to learn over time to gain experience. No repair is exactly the same and sometimes things need to be followed up. I own a fleet of vehicles and like most business owners I do my best to spread the work around. I'm truly impressed with the professionalism, customer service and most definitely the work performed. There are a number of shops and choices throughout the area you should absolutely consider Apex when you need your vehicle repaired. You will not be disappointed.

This is my family’s new 1 stop for All of our auto repair needs ! Cody was EXTREMELY helpful! He battled those insurance dirty companies to get me the ORIGINAL parts that were on our vehicle before the accident! He even sent a crew out to my house to repair a flat tire on the rental we had while my vehicle was getting fixed. Not to mention the work is fantastic! Doesn’t even look like we go into a wreck ! Dom is the man who painted it I believe! Then the cleaned the inside and out ! Talk about going above and beyond! I will happily drive past the other closer repair shops to get this A1 treatment! Working at Apex Collision has been a great experience all around! It can be very fast pace work at times due to the amount of jobs we get out per month being some of the highest in the area. But I have been blessed to work in a smaller up in coming shop that has allowed me to build my skills, grow with the team, and build strong relationships with my coworkers. I’ve worked in the industry at a few different shops and the culture of Apex is unbeatable due to the owners of the business being very focused on building a strong team that genuinely works well with each other and is dependent one another. I never thought I could enjoy clocking into work as much as I do here. 5 stars!
