RMZ tree service took down 2 elm trees for me today and they were so fast, efficient ,professional and only here about 2 1/2 hours. Cleaned everything up like they were never here. Great job awesome crew.

Outstanding service. We had a small job...tree limbs had snapped and were hanging in the tree above our driveway and air conditioner. We called RMZ Monday evening and Ruben was out the next day at 1;45pm. Looked at the job, gave a quote, which was VERY reasonable. A bucket truck was in our driveway by 2:30 pm and they were done and gone by 3pm. And they even took away some broken limbs from our Magnolia tree that we didn't even ask them to do. We definitely will use them again.

This is a great tree removal company and I could not have been more happy with the service they provided. We had 17 large trees removed from a wooded lot, flower garden and yard. Very fast and efficient and cleaned up great, repaired holes left by the falling tree trunks. They removed all of the logs and left me with a LOT of mulch that I can use in my gardens and flower beds. They went the extra mile and even removed nearby little stubby trees that needed to be removed and some small brush piles that were under the felled trees. The crew was courteous and considerate and in my rural situation they were the perfect fit. Reuben was very kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. They showed up on time and finished on time. We wouldn't even have known that they had been there except for the trees are gone, lots more sunlight, and due to the increased light we now need grass to replace the moss!!

I did everything right.. Got three quotes and Ramon and his company RMZ tree service was the low bidder. What a job!!! He and his professional crew were professional and polite. Got a very difficult job done quicker than expected... As I wanted a little fire wood out of the deal, the company left me for no charge, a chord of seasoned wood. Additionally, yes I am not done, they planted grass seed in a large area of the yard where a large oak had fallen. Not even in the contract. Great company!!

Met with Mr. Ruben on Friday afternoon and my two large oak trees were cut down and out of my yard within 2 hours on Saturday. Cleaned up the yard and were friendly and professional. Wonderful to work with and did a great job safely and quickly. Couldn't be more pleased!

We had RMZ Tree Removal cut down a huge oak tree close to our house and they dropped it, precisely, in three sections in under 20 minutes. They also took down 6 other smaller trees on the property, removed old remnants from a previous tree cutting we had done a few years ago and removed a large amount of downed limbs left behind by the Appalachian Power Co. near the power lines on our property. Our property was cleaned up so good that you can't even tell they were here! And the price was very reasonable for the work that was done. I would highly recommend them for any tree removal needs. RMZ did an excellent job taking down a very, very large tree and some small shrub trees. They cleaned up all the wood/limbs an hauled away. Ground the stump. Pruned back really large branches encroaching our parking lot over 80+ feet up, removed older overgrown shrubs, leveled and trimmed out shrubs, removed dead limbs from trees and used a Bobcat to scrape back debris from the ground. Everything into the wood chipper and hauled off. Excellent service and reasonable rates to match. Thank you Ruben and your hard working team. 10/10 would recommend!!!

I purchased their services and I was not pleased with the results.

RMZ did a excellent job cutting and removing trees from my property, I will highly recommend them to anyone that needs tree cutting

They are just finishing up after cutting down 2 trees and trimming a few more. Could not be more satisfied with the quality of work. This 3 man crew worked like a well oiled machine all day long. VERY safety conscious which is important to me. Hard hats, face shields and always aware of what’s above or below them. Will use again.

The owner (Ruben), office staff (Abigail), and the work crew were top notch! The work crew worked on a VERY tall tree between me and my neighbor. They worked in some tight space (adjacent pool, and house) to drop the limbs, main trunk and perfectly dropped everything. They were fastidious in their clean-up and left a clean area upon their completing the job. I would utilize them again for our next tree!

RMZ showed up on their scheduled day and time with the right resources to get the job done. Everyone worked well together and stayed busy. I will be using them in the future.

My son and I were not at all impressed by rmz tree service.
Lots of trucks and workers to do simple work.
They used heavy equipment on small projects that has caused mud and now erosion concerns. We will be looking for a different tree service for our next project.

I got a word of mouth recommendation from a friend in town and really couldn't be happier with RMZs work. I had a very large and very old, dying silver maple tree taken down that was threatening both my house and my neighbor's house. For both the estimate and the day of removal, Ruben and his team showed up on time. I couldn't help but watch out the window as it was such a fascinating operation...every single team member was working at all times and the entire tree was down and the stump was removed by the afternoon. Some of the grass around where the tree was is definitely a bit torn up but they brought in a crane, dump truck, stump grinder and some other equipment so I don't think it was possible to avoid. I felt the customer service and the lady I dealt with on the phone were top notch, and the price was fair. Wild that I can't even tell where exactly the stump even was in looking at the ground now! Definitely recommend- thanks guys!

Ruben and his crew were very experienced, hard working, and professional. They cleared out our back woods and along our driveway. They also took down two large oaks next to our house and trimmed our large crepe myrtle. Cleanup was okay but not as good as we expected. Parts of the yard and all of the driveway were a mess from Bobcat traffic. Half of our backyard will need to be reseeded and our driveway will need to be cleaned, repaired, and sealed. We would have given them five stars if not for less than expected cleanup and damage to yard and driveway.

Never again

1. Cracked my pavement without even a word about the damage.

2. Needless spinning of his machinery on my new grass. Oh by the way I had very small trees removed..no need for heavy equipment.
3. No helmet or chainsaw protection.

Will never use RMZ again. I’ve seen landscapers with more respect for property.

The owner and the employees are great and very professional. They removed around 7 trees for me and done a heck of a job. Very reasonable prices. They did not leave a mess, got up everything. Very satisfied. Highly recommend.

What a great job they did taking down a sickly maple tree for my mom. Cleaned up when done. Removed stump and left clean level ground. We definitely recommend. Only thing to mention is that they didn’t let us know when they were coming so we were surprised when they showed up earlier than expected. Luckily we were home.

Came out to both cut down a small tree and also to hang a swing from a high branch. Super friendly, probably one of the friendliest tree guys I’ve dealt with. Was done in no time and it was solid work. Will absolutely use again!

These guys were awesome!! Not only did they remove the limbs out of our backyard but our neighbors backyard as well! I don't know how far they travel but I wouldn't hesitate to call and ask and give them a try!!

Reuben and his crew did an exceptional job taking down a large oak which was very close to our deck. They were professional, affordable and did a thorough cleanup. They even left us some cut up firewood at the woodshed!

I called this service for my elderly mother from their Ad online after I saw they had such great reviews. And I must say the reviews were actually right on about these guys! RMZ Tree Service is the best tree service company in the area. Not only are they wonderful to deal with from a customer service standpoint as they take the time to really talk to you and they give you a quote before they actually do the work but They also show up when they say and do an excellent job and do it efficiently. I'll preface this review by writing "I did not purchase RMZ's services;" my neighbor did. We share a property line in the city. His bushes were growing over my property and a few of my tree branches were growing over his; its been like this for years. But today he utilized RMZ to cut down his bushes and trim back my tree. My fiancee calls me while I'm at work to inform me that people were in our yard and cutting down parts of our tree. I called RMZ and the receptionist told me she would talk to the owner and get them to stop what they were doing (she is very nice). I thought that the issuse had been resolved however I was incorrect. I checked my camera system and RMZ was still in my yard messing with my tree. I had to call the police to get RMZ off of my property. Long story short if either party (RMZ or my neighbor) would have told me about what was about to happen and that they needed to walk around my property there probably wouldn't have been much of an issuse. However, here I am at work afraid that my old blackwalnut tree was being cut down. RMZ, I believe that you owe me an apology.

I only wish I had discovered RMZ Tree Service a couple of years ago before I was taken to the cleaners by a less-than service! I read a very complementary review of RMZ while I was searching for a service I could depend on.
I called them yesterday and Ruben of RMZ came by shortly thereafter to give me a very reasonable quote. Yesterday I had a dead pine tree and a nuisance magnolia tree: this morning I have neither! In a very short time the trees were gone, and my property was as clean as if they had never been there.

My compliments to the RMZ crew that removed the trees. Very efficient, professional and friendly.

Ruben was super knowledgeable and helpful when he came out to give a quote, and his prices were very reasonable. They worked with me to figure out a plan that would take care of most important trees to take care of given my budget. Abigail at the office was always friendly and helpful when I called. Ruben and his team did the work this morning. They arrived on time, worked efficiently (I couldn’t believe how much they got done in the amount of time they were here), and did a fantastic job! Ruben had been recommended to me and I will absolutely recommend him and his business to others in the future.

Worked quickly and cleaned up everything after work was completed. Even took extra time to help me put my trampoline back in place. I would 200% recommend them to everyone!!! We are very happy with their work!!!!

Thought it was a good price till his workers completed the job… my dads yard was destroyed and when asked to fix it he said it wasn’t his job.
Doesn’t take much to save a yard,but he doesn’t care.

Would’ve spent a few more dollars to save my dads yard.

Ruben and his team did a fantastic job removing 2 trees that were close to our fence and house. The trees were removed and yard and street was cleared of any debris from the work performed. I highly recommend RMZ and will definitely call them again.

RMZ removed 7 trees from around our house, including a giant maple that was within a foot of our front porch and septic tank. They were able to safely drop the maple in the exact location that would avoid our septic system and porch. All other trees were removed efficiently and in amazing speed bc the crew worked so well together. They also removed limbs from several trees overhanging our house. RMZ cleaned up all debris from the yard and blew off the driveway so that everything looked as clean or cleaner than before they came. I would absolutely recommend RMZ to anyone looking for tree work. I cannot praise them enough.

I’m so happy I called them yesterday! The mess is gone already today! Within 24 hrs. Great customer service. Great price. I’m beyond please with RMZ and will use them again and recommend to everyone I know!

Ruben and his crew came out on a Saturday, even though it’s not a part of the regular schedule. We had a tree near the corner of our house that was giving us some anxiety. They not only cut it down quickly and efficiently, they also cleaned up the mess and had everything looking great by the end of their time here.
They worked well together, were very professional, knowledgeable and also incredibly friendly.
If I ever have a tree that I don’t feel confident with in the future, I guarantee that I’ll be calling Ruben again.

If you are debating who you should get to do your tree work, look no further. Reuben and his team are fast, effecient and professional. I had a giant Oak in my front yard that suddenly died. It was very close to my home, I was afraid that the dropping limbs would eventually damage my roof. I first got the opinion of a family friend who is also in the tree business. I was told the tree would have to be delimbed, the job would take several days and the price was astronomical. RMZ got the whole tree down in a few hours, cleaned, mulched and for a 3rd of the price. I would also like to mention that my flowers were left in great shape. These guys really take pride in their work, which is rare these days. I appreciate everything and will not trust anyone else for future tree work. Thank You for a pleasant experience!

RMZ removed a large dead tree as well as a smaller tree for me. They worked very quickly and left the yard in good shape afterwards as well.

Ruben and his team were very professional. They did tremendous work on a very large tree that was beginning to be a danger to my home. While most tree services in town wanted nothing to do with this tree Ruben offered to take care of it right away and at a great price! I highly recommend using RMZ for your tree removal services!!!

This company has been great to work with. They arrived early in the morning took our two trees down. They made sure all the little sticks where picked up they left the yard looking better than it did when they came. When holes were made by the limbs of the tree they made sure that they were taken care of and filled back. We will definitely use them again. I found them to be very professional.
