Yesterday I thought I bought sliding glass doors for my addition. Now I realize I thought I had a bargain and paid the young man at the counter. I am an unemployed Veteran who has been married to a 100 percent disabled man.We live with our son that is active duty army coming off deployment. That money I paid was just about all the money that my son had. When I went to pick up the doors the man informed me that they had sold me the wrong doors and tried to raise the price 1000

Chris is a heck of a manager. I am a woman veteran who crafts and Chris was helpful and kind. I felt completely comfortable and respected. Oh, they have the best driver in town!

Delivering here Jan. 9 2025. Pulled in at 7am was told they don’t touch loads until 8. I said that’s fine no problem just wanted to know where to pull to be out of the way. I pulled out of the way. There is snow on the ground here and where they had me pull the fork lifts can’t run so at 8 I backed up since no body had been moving since 715 am and guy walked over and was in such a bad mood for no reason. I told him I would gladly pull back to where he wanted me to was just you to make it easier on them since it was 8 they wouldn’t have to walk so far to talk to me. Dude went crazy telling me I could get the f out of his lot strap down in leave if I couldn’t follow orders. No reason it had to go to that extreme. I hadn’t been rude and rushing anyone. I don’t get why people are always in such a bad mood. This man said a lot more than that and I hope if he’s reading this he can get some help. That man had some problems if he gets that worked up over something that small.

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.
When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.
Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
