- To each his own, but we will never deal with 84 Lumber again on any projects in Yuma. We went through them for a home build project, and it has been nothing but hassles from the quality of the materials to the service.
- When I returned them for my $156 refund the only gave me $104. Told me there was a $10 per pallet charge for usage. Such a terrible way to rip people off!
- the lumber I ordered was not delivered the promised day and set us back on our back patio roof project... the wood looks like 2nd hand, chipped, cracked, you name it.
- I stood in front of them for about five minutes waiting to be acknowledged, but it seemed as if I was invisible.

To each his own, but we will never deal with 84 Lumber again on any projects in Yuma. We went through them for a home build project, and it has been nothing but hassles from the quality of the materials to the service from our outside sales rep. The lumber delivery had used wood in it, nail holes and warped. Half of that load went back for better wood. Our beams were warped and had some gashes in them, the doors we ordered were warped. We were supposed to get replacements for them, but like everything else we have to make 2-3 phone calls before getting anything. When we ordered our windows we were told they were 2 weeks out so no need to order ahead of time. Well, after we ordered it was 5 weeks before we got them, and then our outside sales rep ordered the wrong color. We sat in his office and pointed out on the brochure the specific color we wanted and he didn't even listen, he ordered a completely different color. We also ordered rain glass for some windows and we got opaque, again the sales rep didn't take notes or listen. That's just a portion of the issues we experienced, there were A LOT of issues. This is not first house we've built so we are experienced, and I can say the professionalism is 100% missing at 84 Lumber in Yuma. We dealt with Foxworth on our first build and regret not going with them on this house. Lesson learned.

If you're planning to pick up items, it is perfect. If you expect items to get delivered to your home, then probably not the best option. In the end, you will get your items just not the way expected ( my personal experience).
